I absolutely loved dealing with Timberline. We just moved into our new home and it was covered with trees. I called around and got three different estimates. Steve not only was able to get me a good deal but also spent over an hour discussing all my options. He really took the time to give me great advice and options. He never pressured and I felt confident hiring him since he came highly recommended through my facebook. His guys showed up on time the day of the job. They worked all day without breaks to cut down and grind over 9 big trees. When they left, the place was spotless. The job took almost all day and Steve made several appearances to ensure that my expectations were met. He also did not charge me a penny until the job was complete and met my approval. He even delivered firewood for me and made sure that it is stacked up neatly. A great experience all around! I had a very large tree in a very tight spot that had to be removed. Two other well-known tree companies turned the job down because of the difficulty. Steve from Timberline not only came the same day I called, but was the only one one who gave me a written estimate on the spot. Steve was knowledgeable, personable, honest and gave a fair estimate. Timberline came when they said they would, did a great job removing the tree, cleaned up all the debris and finished way ahead of schedule. Quick, Clean, and Efficient! I called Timberline for an estimate and Mark called me back immediately to review the work and provide an estimate. I was a little concerned about when they planned the removal of 5 medium to large trees on my property. We had a lot of rain and the ground was saturated. I did not want them ruining my lawn while they were performing the tree removal. Their solution was to lay ply-wood across my lawn so they can bring their trucks and equipment in without damaging the yard. All work was done as requested without any issue and they left my property as it was before they performed the work. I will call on Timberline Tree & Landscape if needed in the future. Timberline Tree and Landscape recently helped reclaim my back yard from brush and briars and topped off a number of trees. They were professional, brought in heavy duty equipment, took care to put plywood down to protect the driveway and advised on what could or could not be cut,provided recommendations on maintaining tree health and gardening tips to prepare for spring ( and protect from deer and ground hogs). The team was very safety conscious, using appropriate rigging and safety equipment. The cleaned up all the debris and left is the way they found it, less the brush and tree tops. Timberline was great. They down and did a quote on a tree removal and three stump removals. The prices were genuine and not overinflated. He told me that since it is a small job, they will have to find a spot when to schedule. I didn't have to pay and he said he will charge after the job was done. The tree to be removed was on a double yellow line street. The workers set up cones and guided traffic while they cut the tree down in 30 minutes. They then cleaned up all the twigs and brush on the street. After the job was done, it was like they were never there. This was a no-hassle no-problem experience. read more

A 50 foot tree on our property was dying and needed to be cut down. we contacted Steve DiRocco, owner, who came to our property to assess what needed to be done. A detailed estimate was provided which was the lowest bid that we received. We scheduled the removal of the tree and the crew he sent did an excellent job----they were courteous, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The tree was cut down and removed , the area cleaned of all debris in a few hours. The area looked the same except for the tree no longer there. We worked with Mark after our neighbor recommended him for tree removal. He's an arborist who's knowledgable and friendly--an absolute pleasure to work with. The quote was very competitive for the huge area of dead trees covered in vines we needed to get rid of. His crew arrived promptly, worked diligently and efficiently, and went the extra mile to take out more of the overgrown brush than we thought would be possible (they even stayed late to make sure the job was finished). Timberline was a pleasure to deal with. Stacey and Steve were professional, prompt and courteous. The same day that I I called, Steve was at my house and Stacey had emailed me an estimate for a few different options. Need firewood? Need Cords? This is the place to go. The gentleman who delivered the wood are not only experts in dumping the truck of 3 cords, they are the nicest, sweets guys!!!! Timberline did a fantastic job taking down two trees from our patio that were over 200 years old, the trees were a hazard and the work had to be done manually as the driveway is not big enough for a crane.
