It makes it worth it to me to get nails trimmed and I hate brushing the dogs also. With that said I will use Baxter again. Only constructive criticism I would say is I'm disappointed I can't find Baxters website? I've found other groomers that you can book appointments online I like that hope Baxter would consider that. I know you can Book appointments on Facebook but not everyone uses Facebook. The thing I like about having a website you can see details of service and prices. Mailbox is full. 11 came and went. After around 1115, she texted me apologizing that she had made a mistake and has me down for today, which is Friday. Accidents happen. She offers to reduce the price by 10$, which I say ok. This morning, once again, she 'texts' me apologizing, she made a mistake and booked someone else. I run 2 successful businesses. And 1 of the businesses, I am actually a teacher about the other business. So, I'm no stranger to making a mistake, even two, and making sure the customer was a satisfied customer after the fact. It seems like Megan was about the money before the customer. Unfortunately for Megan, there are others locally that are cheaper with better customer service.

So, I was going to leave a fairly positive review. They came to my house, I liked the way my dogs…read morelooked when they came out, and the price was fair ($85 each). I immediately noticed one of my dogs fussing around his abdomen. He had a cut with a tiny flap off skin hanging off. I showed them before they left and they put some powder on it. It is now four days later and the wound is not healed. My dog is clearly in pain. I told them I was going to the vet and asked if they would at least refund me for just the one trim. They replied that they do not give refunds and to try some Neosporin. I informed them that the vet exam was $110 and that depending on the cost of any medication or further work, I would sue them in small claims. They are convenient, but they do not care much after they get paid. I would not recommend this business at all.

After reading the reviews and following Angela on Instagram, one thing she wrote in her bio instantly stood out to me -- that if our fur-babies need a moment, she gives it to them. The second I read that, I knew she's the one. You can tell this isn't just a job for her, it's her passion. Today (3/4/26) I took both of my boys in, and Angela welcomed us with open arms. I shared Mikey's backstory, and she met him with nothing but compassion, grace, and understanding. She was so patient and gentle, and that meant everything to me. When I picked them up, I was in awe.
