My husband and I both have numerous watches, some for work and play and others for dress, we also have a very bad habit of when the battery wears out, we set the watches aside and just start wearing another one, until we get to the point where we are left without a watch! Talk about procrastination, which ends up costing us dearly! Right now I have three watches that need batteries replaced and I refuse to wear my gold and diamond watch for everyday use, tacky plus knowing me, it would end up in the dead watch pile. Hubby is down to wearing his Rolex with two Seiko's stopped in time. One of hubby's watches simply needs a pin, but when he has a battery replaced he insists on having it sent off to be sealed, because his watch never leaves his wrist, including showers and dish washing, I for one can't wait to take my watch off when I get home, so I really could care less if the watch is resealed or not. The last time hubby took one watch to Time after Time and not only did he wait for weeks to have it resealed but it cost him $50.00 plus tax! We have never paid such an exuberant price for having one watch battery replaced and the watch resealed. Never use Time After Time for battery replacement. They charged $23.95 plus tax to replace a $5.00 battery with the claim that they have to reseal the watch so that it will continue to be waterproof. I paid it and I knew better, but I just needed my watch working again!! Now I am so angry because I should have held out and just used my cell phone for time. They are crooks which leads me to believe that they will rob you any way they can. Stay Away!!! Do not trust them. Came here twice in the past year. The first time I was grabbing a last minute gift for a friend I meant to ask as the best man in my upcoming wedding. I hoped to have the thing engraved to hand over to him the very same day since he was getting married himself the next day and I sorta wanted to see him wear it. Normally it seems it has to be sent to a separate store and sent back over the course of a couple days, but the employee was eager to call the other store up and work out the details of me going to this other store and get it done. Ultimately I got a very nice gift for him with a personal engraving at no additional charge. He wore it at his own wedding and continues to today. I'm glad these guys were able to assist me on such short notice to help create a lasting memento between me and my best friend. I was here again yesterday while having some other watches engraved at the neighboring Things Remembered store, who apparently needed me to have the watch backs taken off before they engraved them. The TAT employee was glad to do so at no additional charge (mind you, for two watches I purchased from some other store). They just seem like store full of good, helpful, friendly employees and I commend them all. read more

This place is absolutely the worst bought a watch and never got the debit card back and magically it went missing. The next complaint they sell junk overpriced watches by all means, an Invicta toy watch I mean a dive watch could easily be found for much cheaper online, this place also thinks an automatic watch requires a spare battery these folks don't even know what there doing, they probably don't even know the difference of lug sizes, and they call themselves a watch store, better not stop selling Pandora. read more

This kiosk has been in the mall forever. I used to go there for watch batteries for the convenience factor, even though they charge 2-3 times what a jeweler or a department store does. But this last time ended that folly. I had a battery replacement a year ago, from which I kept the receipt because the last one seemed to have died very quickly. When I brought it back in 9 months, with the receipt, they replaced it, but told me the warranty for the new battery would only be for the remaining two-plus months from the last warranty. They are basically telling me they are selling old and dead batteries. They gave me a "new" battery, which should last for more than 2 years, and a warranty for less than 90 days. Employees are quick and efficient and really go above and beyond to help without smothering you as soon as you walk in. They have competitive pricing and I'd prefer to buy there for the convenience of being in the mall where i can do other shopping as well. Lucky person who only got charged 50.00...This company has had my Festina Automatic for more than 3 years and even with monthly calls, I keep getting either new managers (smartened up old managers?) or get the same old "we will look into it and call you back...No call backs ever in 3 years. I did get some satisfaction when I went in today and let customers know how the company was, until I got threatened by Mark (another new manager!), but this time he "promise" me he would call. I won't be holding my breath. TOTAL RIPOFFS. Hope to visit tomorrow too to let some customers know how bad company is. read more

I went into the store to buy my husband a new watch. I took the old one in and showed the woman that it wasn't ticking correctly. She immediately told me I needed a new solar battery which was 75$ and never asked any other questions about the watch. If I was going to pay 75 for a new battery I asked how much the watches were to see if purchasing a new one was a better option. The women told me the citizens were on sale. She picked out a watch that was similar but bigger then the original. I was upfront with her and told her I was unsure whether my husband would like it. She assured me it wasn't much bigger and that it was a nice watch. She pressured me into buying the watch telling me that I could bring it back if he didn't like it. She made it seem like the process would be easy if he didn't like it knowing that I was unsure about my purchase to begin with. My husband ended up not liking the watch that night when I gave it to him. After doing some research ON OUR OWN that his watch completely "discharged" and needed direct sunlight to charge for several hours, I took it back the next day for a return. I was told upon entering the store that the store policy was exchanges or store credit only. The employee never once informed me of any of those policies even being aware that I was unsure my husband would like the watch. My husband went back to talk to the store manager the next day, explained the story and was told "well I can't help you" with an attitude. He asked where the policy was posted and she pulled a plaque from the furthest shelf and then stated "it's also on the receipt." So let me get this straight, you pride yourself in being experts with watches and customer service, yet I was lied to and mislead about the entire purchase. You allow your customers to purchase expensive, elaborate watches without being forthcoming with information regarding your return policy and then state it is printed on the receipt which prints AFTER I've made the purchase and am now stuck with the product. Time after Time needs to educate their employees on how to fix things instead of looking how to make a quick buck and should consider improving their customer service skills since they seem to be lacking in that area as well. I am thoroughly disappointed and will make sure my friends and family know to shop elsewhere. read more

Looks like they sold me used watch. No warranty card in the box. Cannot return it, because they will not issue a refund. Watch is foggy now (probably was water damaged by previous owner) and not glowing in the dark (probably was overheated and burned luminous). Probably even aftermarket. They are crooked. Should be investigated and closed down. Do not shop in Time After Time. read more
