What I was most impressed about was them fixing my very rare and dainty Sutton Tank watch (measuring about 14-15mm). They told me that I needed a new movement because the battery corroded the parts and it will take a week. I didn't mind that because they knew where to order the parts/movement. (parking tip, just park at the bigger lot and walk over) Until today I stopped by to get a watch band, I was amazed at the selection of watches they had and they even got clocks and antique souvenirs... and these guys are licensed dealers so you dont have to worry about the amazon gray market when it comes to these watches They knew I was gonna be a needy customer so they were rotating 3 people in n out to answer all of my questions ... i just had to try on just about every single watch ... And man, These people are absolute experts at watches and time .... I hung around for about an hour and they were teaching me everything about the latest movements, types of titanium bands, latest aeronautical technologies, and even taught me about time travel ... I told them I wanna be able to fly to London and basically have my watch change itself to the correct time the moment i step off the plane and we found a watch that basically does that!!
