    2nd malfunctioninf previously owned Rolex.

    UPDATE: Today I purchased a 2023 Rolex still under Rolex warranty. The owner Chris was extremely kind & helpful. Thanks for the great experience! History: I exchanged the 1st Rolex purchased for another & paid an additional $1.5K. This Rolex is newer. Less than 24hrs later the 2nd Rolex has inaccurate time. The watch just stops. I called the seller in the store & left a message. I also left a message on the seller's cell phone. I have not receive so much as a return call. I advised in my messages that I would allow them time to find/obtain/locate a Rolex that is 36mm, aged 2014 - 2025 that is a bracelet 2-tone gold/pink gold, with a light colored face, with a diamond or roman numeral dial & of course keeps precise time. I will come to the store one more time for an exchange this weekend. No one & certainly not me will spend thousands of dollars for a Rolex that is broken & doesn't keep accurate time! I will not make their problem with a watch they purchased my problem. The watch I traded kept precise time & had no problems. I expect the same from a Rolex I purchase at their business. My plight continues. I will keep you updated. SMH

Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. Although we are still on the search for the "perfect" chain for each of us (we are not major jewelry people but need this to be just right for us in every way), I appreciate the help that Jeweler's Touch gave and would recommend them for anyone looking for a custom piece or specific jewelry services.

    I recently visited Jared in Brea to have my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned, inspected,…read moreand sent out for the routine semi-annual maintenance I've received there in the past. Unfortunately, my experience with JD was disappointing from when I requested my rings to be serviced. When I arrived, he initially told me the process would take about 10 minutes and that he would clean, inspect, and check the prongs unless I wanted the rings sent to the lab for a more thorough service but would take 3 days I agreed to have them sent to the lab which is what I typically do. At that point, the interaction noticeably changed. JD insisted also that my engagement ring/band were platinum, despite me explaining that my rings are white gold and only my husband's band is platinum. Even after I pointed out that the receipt itself listed the metal type as "WG 18K," he continued to insist it was platinum on the system.   The bigger concern came when I reviewed the intake receipt. Total rings sent for service were listed with a value of only $3K, despite being worth approximately $25K, and the description of the center diamond was incomplete. JD initially told me the information was there, but when I pointed out the discrepancies, he crossed out the $3K value by hand, replaced it with $25K, and initialed it instead of getting a new receipt, he even if he showed me the print screen that it was changes to $25K.  This did not inspire confidence when leaving a valuable pieces of jewelries in their care. He also sent a copy of a receipt via email.  I also noticed that the photo taken of the diamond's GIA number was blurry and unreadable. When I explained that previous receipts had included much more detailed documentation, including the GIA number written out, Sophie stepped in to assist who has been witnessing the entire interaction. She reviewed my concerns, agreed that the GIA photo was not clear, verified my information, and took the time to compare the documentation with prior records. Because I was uncomfortable with how the intake process had been handled, I requested that the pieces be processed separately, as they had been in previous visits. Sophie accommodated my request and ensured the documentation was completed properly. I want to recognize Sophie for her professionalism, patience, and willingness to address my concerns. She turned an increasingly frustrating situation into one that felt much more secure and transparent. When customers are leaving valuable jewelry for service, accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, JD's attitude, dismissiveness, and lack of customer service made what should have been a routine visit feel tense and uncomfortable.  If there's one thing more precious than a diamond, it's confidence in the paperwork that goes with it--and that was in noticeably short supply with JD. Thanks to Sophie for stepping up!

Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process feel like a partnership rather than a transaction. While Mary does a fantastic job taking care of my wife Priscilla's jewelry needs, I'm glad to say I've officially found "my guy" for my side of things. What I appreciated most was Eric's willingness to help me look toward the future. My daughters are still in their teens, but I've started investing now in high-quality rings and men's bracelets for my future sons-in-law and daughter-in-law.
