Tonkotsu Ramen (Pork Broth) with bdl pork bdl egg

The ramen has a great flavor, the spring rolls were light and crunchy super fresh and hot. The udon is good it comes in a cast iron bowl.

Asian fusion. Atmosphere: cartoon pictures on one wall and TVs on the other. Tv showing how good is made and other with travel video scenes. I enjoyed watching the cooking videos. Pop Asian music always also interesting. Restaurant seemed clean but not tidy. Cleaning supplies left out along with handicap signs sitting on ground. They can be better in this area. Food was delicious but a bit like warm. Couldn't find sweet sour sauce for the egg rolls so I used soy sauce and siracha packets.

Super cute, self order eatery. You literally don't have to talk to anyone to order your food here because you order thru a kiosk. There aren't too many tables inside but I feel like timing is key for a small place. The food was brought out super quick and it was all so amazing. Truly authentic food here and there's so many options. Come try them out when you take yourself on a date. It's totally worth it.

Enter the restaurant at 11:10. They had just opened. I was the only customer there. Ordered at the counter and sat myself. Walked up to the fountain to get my soda and as soon as the pressed the button, about a hundred fruit flies flew out of the soda fountain. Looked for a table to sit at and almost all the tables had plates and bbq sticks left on the table from the night before. The floor was filthy.... I get it, they are a small business and probably has a long night before but dirty plates from last night left on tables is unacceptable. Order the bulgogi rice. The meat was a tough and chewy and was not marinated in anything. A spicy red sauce was placed on top and it was just not good at all. The scallion cakes were decent but did not come with any type of sauce to dip it with. Would not come here again.

    Metal in ragoon

Order here if you want metal in your food. Normally I'm not one to leave a bad review but this was just horrifying to me. I ordered off of DoorDash and I found metal in my food !!! I felt sick to my stomach and threw the whole order away. Luckily I saw it befor I bit into it! It could've gotten stuck in my throat. How does metal even end up in a food item ?? Felt like it must be unsanitary for that to happen . It looked like a piece of those stainless steel metal sponges . Which leaves me with more questions about why that was around the food. Were they holding the sponge with dirty dish water and cleaning chemicals and whatever other dirty things it may have come in contact with above my food ? I feel so disgusted. I will never be ordering from here again.

Five stars just for the service and people running the restaurant! Came in twice, 1st time on the grand opening and unknowingly got a $15 voucher that I just recently cashed in. Cashier is incredibly polite, and I think it's a family run local business. The sushi chef personally came and checked in on our sushi taste a few minutes after we got it! My boyfriend and I loved the sushi, and always ask for spicy mayo on the side. This place is very tailored to the anime-loving culture, but it's still a fun quick place to grab a bite! I got take out recently and my food was ready fast and hot, so I'm excited to try the bento box out this summer. Only thing is they said the curry chicken rice bowl was spicy, amongst other dishes, and none of them really had much spice, so next time ask for more spiciness if you want!

Alright so let's start off with the ambiance. Its a cute hole in the wall, you'd assume it to be decent. We ordered dumplings, Rangoon's chicken and beef skewers, tonkuso ramen and the miso ramen. Tonkusu was not horrible I'd rate it an 5.5/10. Miso tasted like straight up water. Beef skewers were legit not edible, extremely hard and over cooked. Chicken was fine (no flavor really). Crab Rangoon tasted like freezer Rangoon's, they were freaking horrible. Worst of all, the dumplings were so over cooked and disgusting. How do you mess up dumplings lol Anyways I'm not coming back :/ sorry! Oh and they gave us legit maple syrup with the krab Rangoon are you fr rn...

The food was great! The ambience was great! The music- great! The people- great! I can't praise this place enough. I went to them because they were next door to Mr.C 's Fried Chicken and Waffles. I knew I had to try it. I ordered the bento box of chicken, potstickers and the like. My first clue that this place was going to be great was that the theme song from Your Lie in April. I had just finished that anime and when I heard it playing in the restaurant, I don't know what the emotion was- I just knew I was in the right place. I asked the waiter was that the song and he said the owner always plays songs from anime. He went and asked him and my guess was correct. It made me love it more. I sat down with the food and with an "itadakimasu!" I dug in and yes, thank you!

If I could leave no stars, I would. The absolute worse food we've ever had, here in San Antonio. We ordered a lot which would've came out to almost $200. The waitress brought out the pork belly steamed bun and you can tell it was heated up in the microwave as the center of it was still cold and the bun was hard around the edges. My husband and son immediately felt sick so we paid for our drinks and the horrible appetizer and left. Most of their menu online, is not what they have in the restaurant and the waitress has no clue what they even have on their menu. I would a hundred percent NOT recommend this place. Don't waste your money.

We went there for dinner during Mother's Day weekend. There were 13 of us. The staff was friendly and helpful. They turned on the fan and lowered the blinds, but it was still hot in the restaurant. It was disappointing that their sushi bar was closed. We ordered takoyaki, cubed steak, chicken with udon, veggie rice with chicken, and squid rice. The food was okay, nothing special.

    Beef and peppers

The food was good. The staff was nice. Place was very clean. Nice artwork on the walls. Weird having to thumb thru the digital to order your food. I prefer a physical menu where I can see everything. That's why I deducted a star.

    Colombian flag? Ownership change?
    Jerry T.

Hmmm... not really happy with my last experience. It looks like the original owners sold out and a Colombian family bought them out. The food was "ok". Finished were missing... like the takoyaki didn't have any eel sauce... just spicy mayo. My kids wanted the chicken bento but all they had was the tilapia. The soda selection I posted a pic of. It was just disappointing overall... like a shell of the restaurant it once was. I might pop by in a month. If I see the menu still half empty. If it is then I'll leave. It will probably be a different restaurant by then. If so, I'll give it a shot as well.

Which makes me question the sincerity of the quality of their restaurant. I dined in and their menu was extremely limited and you have to add everything a la cart unlike other ramen places. On the menu they clearly state do not leave a bad review just leave direct feedback. But honestly, you shouldn't have to bribe or beg your patrons in trying to silence them. Make the needed adjustments to earn loyal customers, like not making them add every single ingredient as a separate charge, playing some music to drown out conversation from the other table, checking on your customers a little more often, and improving the quality of your menu. I love local businesses but the pressure they put on you as a customer, is unreal. I'll try giving them another chance but not anytime soon, I'll stick with Suck It in the Medical Center.

I had never eaten here before so I was really excited to try it and I'm so glad they brought me here because every single thing we tried was absolutely delicious! Our server was great, she checked on us just enough, but not so much that it was bothersome. Off of the happy hour menu we ordered the shrimp and we love them so much we ordered a second one. We also ordered seaweed salad, which was delicious, pork dumplings, which were perfect, and the ginger, garlic beef with tempura sweet potato fries, and that was really good. I just wish that it wasn't ground beef because it was a little bit hard to get with chopsticks. We ordered a Philadelphia roll, and I cannot remember the names of the other two but one of them had yellow fish. (Sashimi I think) everything was wonderful and tasted super fresh. For a dessert we wanted to be daring and ordered the black sesame crème brûlée and it was absolutely wonderful! Not what I was expecting at all, the flavor was great, and the sesame seed was not overbearing.
