I cannot believe that I did not find this repair shop sooner. I had been needing a sentimental jewelry piece cleaned. Some of the larger jewelry shops I had asked about cleaning jewelry said that they send items off-site. This small and simple storefront does all work on-site. The lady at the front and the gentleman working there were very helpful in answering questions and recognized the quality of detail in the simple necklace I left for cleaning. I did not request a quick timeline and it was ready and beautiful in a couple days at an inexpensive price. I had a necklace which lost a tiny crystal. I'd already checked at a crafting store and their smallest crystals were too large to match the remaining crystals. I stopped by Time to Repair and Ciro not only told me he had matching crystals, but he could have the crystal installed in about 15 minutes! I walked a lap around the lower level of the mall and returned. Ciro was polishing my necklace...and charged me a whole lot less than I ever expected. Great service, great price, great guy. I brought a ring in that I purchased from Macy's and they said they could not resize it from a 7 to a 5. I brought it to Time to Repair and they said they could do it. They sized it exactly to a 5 but the ring is pretty heavy and I was worried it might slip off so they they sized it smaller for no extra charge!! Great work and honest, nice people!
