I first called in to see if their appraisal specialist was there and found out it is a family owned jeweler and the son is a GIA trained diamond specialist, he was very kind over the phone and welcomed me to come in same day for an appraisal. He not only did appraisals, but ring cleaning and rhodium plating if needed during the process. The store is located in a cute little shopping center with a simply elegant storefront. The store is very secure and safe with two locked doors to enter and exit. We were met by the son, Michelangelo, who was very pleasant to work with. He explained the process to me and that he could do everything right now in front of me. This was a huge relief because a lot of jewelers say you drop off your diamond and they will call you to come back when the appraisal is complete. I did not feel comfortable leaving my diamond with anyone, but Michelangelo assured me everything would be done right in front of me. He pulled out his microscope to read my GIA number on the side of my diamond and even let me look through the lenses to show me where my number was located as well. The entire process took about 10 min, which was extended longer because we were talking so much and he was teaching me about my diamond. He said he does a lot of custom pieces so we talked about a custom wedding band for my fiancé. Overall, very pleased with this experience. Michelangelo was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. I highly recommend Geneva Jewelry not only for jewelry appraisals, but for beautifully crafted custom jewelry pieces.

The woman claimed that the cancelation fee was $20 and the battery was $20. Needless to say she kept the watch and would not give it back to a 12yr old. The cops were called and they told us it was a civil matter. I will also be reporting them to the BBB!

I cannot believe that I did not find this repair shop sooner. I had been needing a sentimental jewelry piece cleaned. Some of the larger jewelry shops I had asked about cleaning jewelry said that they send items off-site. This small and simple storefront does all work on-site. The lady at the front and the gentleman working there were very helpful in answering questions and recognized the quality of detail in the simple necklace I left for cleaning. I did not request a quick timeline and it was ready and beautiful in a couple days at an inexpensive price. I had a necklace which lost a tiny crystal. I'd already checked at a crafting store and their smallest crystals were too large to match the remaining crystals. I stopped by Time to Repair and Ciro not only told me he had matching crystals, but he could have the crystal installed in about 15 minutes! I walked a lap around the lower level of the mall and returned. Ciro was polishing my necklace...and charged me a whole lot less than I ever expected. Great service, great price, great guy. I brought a ring in that I purchased from Macy's and they said they could not resize it from a 7 to a 5. I brought it to Time to Repair and they said they could do it. They sized it exactly to a 5 but the ring is pretty heavy and I was worried it might slip off so they they sized it smaller for no extra charge!! Great work and honest, nice people!
