She explained the wax wasn't cooling because the building was so hot, but the wax itself was way too hot and very uncomfortable. She didn't apply pressure after removing strips, which made it especially painful, and went over the same areas of skin more than four times. I've been getting waxes for over 10 years and have never had this type of reaction from my skin -- I left red, irritated, and sensitive for days, and even then not all of the hair was removed.
