The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and I genuinely had a great time chatting while getting pampered. They have a really fun range of color options -- everything from bold neons to soft neutrals, plus some fun glitters. Whether you're into something classic or want to try something new, they've got you covered. They did a great job with my pedicure and my gel manicure for an upcoming wedding. Bonus: They're offering 20% off a mani and pedi Monday through Thursday for the next week, which makes it the perfect time to treat yourself (or grab a friend and go together!) My pedicure was perfect, my gel manicure had a couple of spots that were a little over painted along my nail beds.

But considering the fact that it has been weeks, and my toes are still sore, injured, and sensitive, I would not recommend this place. But do not come here. I don't recommend. I came in after seeing an ad online for a discount. It said it was under new management, so I thought I would give them a chance. This was clearly a mistake. I showed up for my 5:30 appointment and waited about 15 minutes before I was even seated at a pedicure station. And even then, I was just seated with some water. How they looked, they would've known I had fell on my toes and needed to be soaked off. But no one started doing that. In fact, nobody even started my pedicure until about 6:05 PM. But once it did start, it was OK in the beginning. She started soaking the gel off of my toes. However, she immediately started to use a nail file to buy the child off of my toes. While doing so, she was a bit reckless and was buffing skin off of my toes. I was flinching the whole time and even informed her of what she was doing. She just kept repeatedly saying sorry. I didn't realize how bad she had gotten me until I looked down, and saw a ton of blood around my cuticles, And saw her dump alcohol on them. It wasn't until I headed to the mail station where I got a closer look at my toes after she finished them and noticed how badly they had been painted. She didn't even pay the full nail and her layers were uneven AF. I immediately informed them that this was not OK. Rick looked and could see that there were issues and immediately offered to fix them. I also have to admit that he offered me a discount for my toes, and eventually fix them. But by that point, she had already done damage. Not only had she taken off a corner of my perfectly straight toenail, But she also really love so much skin that I now have bruises, scabs, and dark spots all around my toenails. Rick did a wonderful job on my hands for the most part. I got builder gel and he ended up doing a design. However, the good service he provided absolutely does not make up for how terrible my overall experience here was. I am so disappointed. I will never be back and I would not recommend. Finally, I want to add, that they are soliciting five star reviews on both yelp and Google in exchange for discounts and free services (designs, etc.) so beware when you are reading some of these more positive reviews across sites.

I was told there was a space, asked to sit to wait, then waited over an hour. For almost an hour no one attended to me. Close to the hour, I was told it'll be just five more minutes several times, however, by that time I decided to leave. I was very patient & quite disappointed. If they didn't have time for me, they needed to have told me. To just wait around for nothing, it's not like I had all the time in the world. I felt as though this experience was so awful & unprofessional, that unfortunately I will not be returning.

They were trying to juggle my appointment and another girl's at the same time, and they actually shut the water off before the tub was even filled. My feet weren't even covered, and the water was cold. While I was waiting, another customer was complaining because her feet had been cut badly enough to bleed. They only gave her a discount after she practically had to beg for one. She also pointed out that the pricing online didn't match the pricing in-store, which they gave her a hard time about correcting. After checking myself, she was absolutely right. The service I wanted was listed online for much cheaper, and I would've ended up paying $10 more in-store if I had stayed. Overall, completely unprofessional, disorganized, and not worth the time or money. Definitely do not waste your time here like I did.

Mika was my technician today and was amazing. Receptionist was wonderful too In helping me choose a color. Highly recommend returning and paying a visit for those looking for somewhere local for your nails to get done. To the manager, thank you for giving me a superb experience.***** Again, still my go to nail salon primarily because of the promotions they have. I enjoy going in the morning because it's quieter and it's nice to have your nails done right before work. I'm actually planning on walking in today or tomorrow for a gel removal on hands and mint pedicure. I'd say the mint pedicure is probably best for its price and going during happy hour it's also discounted. The salon is professional. I'm not a fan of all the employees as sometimes I noticed that they don't standardize the services. Some with give you a slight leg massage, some just completely skip over it.

While the salon was busy, the biggest issue was not the wait but the lack of customer service. Throughout both of our appointments, the nail technicians repeatedly dismissed our requests and made decisions for us instead of listening to what we wanted. I was originally interested in a cat-eye design and was willing to be flexible with the color, but the technician immediately shut down the idea and decided on a completely different design without giving me the opportunity to choose another option. Similarly, my mother requested specific details for her nail design, but her technician repeatedly told her "no" and substituted her own ideas instead. We understand that salons can get busy, but being rushed is not an excuse to ignore customers' preferences. It felt as though the technicians were more focused on getting through appointments quickly than providing quality service. As paying customers, we should not have to argue to have our requests heard. What made this experience so disappointing is that we have enjoyed coming to your salon in the past. Unfortunately, the poor customer service, lack of communication, and disregard for our preferences have left us with little desire to return. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as listening to customers is one of the most important parts of providing a positive salon experience.

But, the value overall is not there. When I walked in, the first woman who approached me told me she would be doing my toes and hands for both of my services. I barely got seated in the spa chair and a walk-in called and the nail tech then told me that she was going to pass me off to somebody else while she handled the walk-in. To be honest, you shouldn't tell me you're prioritizing another client over me, especially when that client isn't even present. The lady that she passed me off to do my toes was very friendly, and the pedicure itself wasn't bad but the paint job wasn't great. I honestly couldn't tell until I got home just how untidy my toe paint was. Even when we started the appointment, she slightly burned my skin while removing my old gel polish from my toes. Therefore, my toe stung through my entire appointment. When it was time to finish my manicure/gel ex set on my hands, I had to repeat myself three times to tell them I wanted French tip. And when you tell nail technicians that you want a short nail, somehow that is really hard to comprehend. I also blame this on the fact that this is now the third nail technician I'm dealing with so it just felt like everything got lost in translation and I really feel like three people totaled my nails and there's no cohesiveness to the final look. My nails aren't terrible and they will do and I'm not a picky person at all. But I am hesitant to come back. I think that there is great potential here and I still think it's a good salon, but maybe just not the one for me.
