this just didn't happen once but you order then after a couple of minutes say they don't have it would you like something else you ask for that then they come back and say we don't have that as well. Tried to order Mostacciolli the spaghetti. Poor management, poor service from their workers. It's sad of the poor planning the place has. Had them cater my wedding it was great. For the price, it's hard to beat! Classic spaghetti and meatballs (sausage is pretty good too!) get the roasted garlic, it's great mashed into the bread rolls. Parm is a step above restaurant parm and their sauce is very good. Service is good, but some days they are packed. Call ahead! Sandwiches are really good! Personal fav is the capicolla and provolone for the cold sandwich and Kolbassi for the hot. Worth the detour. read more

This is some of the best take away food in the world. I've tried about 10 of the menu items, and have been satisfied every single time. It's a classic Pueblo stop with traditional italian fare, generous servings, and great prices. The service is excellent - really nice family owned business. You just can't go wrong here. I have been going to Collette's for more than 30 years. I used to stop by on my way home from work for spagetti & meat balls. The quality, size, and price through all these years has been consistent. Customer service is good. I also do take out for larger group gatherings; Christmas, Easter, funerals, etc. Great food in large quanties! Pasta is NEVER over cooked. read more

It would be great if they ever bothered to use food service gloves! The good is great and the price is great..but THEY NEED TO START USING GLOVES!!! We were very pleasantly surprised by Collette's. We went here on the recommendation of a friend who said they have great egg salad. However, we did not try the egg salad. We had a meatball and Italian sausage sandwich. I think the sandwich was about 8". It came with a tomato sauce and Italian peppers. Sometimes my husband finds tomato sauce too acidic for him but this one was good. We also had the pepperoni, salami, & provolone sandwich. This came with mayo, mustard, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and I think it had the Italian peppers also. We really liked this sandwich. Again I think it was about 8". Out of the 2 sandwiches, this is the one that will make us come back to try more. Oh yeah, we got fries too. They were also really good. In summary, everything we ate was good and we recommend you try this place. We will be back. read more

We ordered meals for our Men's High School tennis team during the State Tennis Tournament in Pueblo. Everything was delicious!! The boys were hungry and ready for a good hearty meal. The popular items for team was the chicken parmesan and the meatball sandwich which was huge!! I would recommend the manicottis or raviolis. The manicottis are so creamy and delicious. This place is amazing! Every sandwich they make is delish! My fave is capicola, ham, and swiss!! Totally orgasmic! The meatball subs is totally to die for!! The balls are yummy : ) I love the fresh bread, and the fresh ingredients they use! Ive never been unsatisfied! The workers are all family blood related or not, I love that!! The customer service is amazing and they make your food quick! I also love the pasta there! Its made fresh and still hot when you get home! We just discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and we've already eaten here five or six times. The service isn't the best; the order area gets really chaotic and they're kind of slow, but the food is amazing and the prices can't be beat. It's real food and it's cheaper than many fast food places. I recommend any sandwich with roasted peppers on it, the cannelloni, and especially chicken parmesan. Great selection for kids too. For my friend: For starters; they were supposed to have people around to serve but they didn't stick around. They were supposed to supply coffee and they didn't. So; fine; family members stepped up to serve. They had set the food in warming trays but never lit them. Fine, I lit them but the food was already getting cold. We tried to call them, but no answer. We move on and enjoy our night. Fast forward to Monday: Caity contacts them to ask for an adjustment to the bill and a very rude woman yells at her, telling her that they never told her they'd do any of the things they didn't do and said their staff stayed to serve. Then she hung up on my daughter. I told her to call the owner and explain the situation (thinking the rude person was an hourly employee). She finally got a hold of him today. He literally called her a liar at least a half dozen times, regarding every issue she voiced. She told him she wanted to pay a fair price and she hoped he would work with her because of the problems. He finally told her he'd knock $25 off the bill (which was $750!) and kept referring to her as "people like you". She told him there were plenty of people there who would substantiate her claims, and he said we were all liars who would say whatever she asked us to say. Asshole. What I don't think he realizes is that his family and our family go way back. He didn't know he was talking to a Buneta, but it's disgusting to know this is how he treats customers. I will NEVER use them again, and at this point, if they want a dime we will see them in court. read more

I have been coming to Colletti's for 20 years. It is a pick up and take out kind of place. I have always considered it a 4 to 5 star place because of the food and service at the counter. I absolutely love the food. The service on the other hand is terrible and awful. The workers are rude. I called in my order but still waited 20 minutes. The first cashier took her break when it was my turn to "order" again. I was also told there was a long wait on lasagna, but the customer in front of me was able to order it. I would eat here everyday, and some weeks, I do. It helps that it's right down the street form my house. Have $1.88? Then come grab a pint size meatball sandwich from Collette's! I promise you it is a bite of heaven. A fresh roll, cut almost in half, two meatballs, some parmesan cheese and friggin heaven! I don't know how Collette's does it, but it's perfection every time. The Sandwiches are the only item that is halfway descent. I remember this place being one of my favorite places. We order pasta, it looked like they threw tomato paste on it . NO Flavor what so ever.
