My work group stopped in here recently and had such a yummy lunch! I have ordered from here many times on Door Dash because the food is not super overpriced on there and even with the fees and whatnot, it's affordable for me to order and have delivered to my work. Anyways, this visit was in person in the restaurant. There were four of us and we went early for lunch. We were one table of maybe 3 that came in while we were there, but there were so many take out/to-go orders that walked out the door while we were in there. They have redone the front area where you order and you can see all the different pizzas they make. I chose the Meat Lovers (1 slice) with a side salad and drink and it was very reasonable! One of the only two pizza places in Lexington I go to. Not quite what we're used to up north but the luzaa is always very good. The lunch special is very reasonably priced at $7.99 for two slices and a fountain drink. The slices are very large so you're really getting your money's worth. I had a slice of Chicken Caprese and 1 slice of meat lovers and the chicken caprese was really tasty! I devoured it before I could remember to take a picture lol. Yum yum yum! Not much open on Sundays around here, so we ended up here by default. I'm so glad we did! I tried a slice of Buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken pizza. Both were DELICIOUS. They have daily specials that fit your cravings in all types of ways. My favorite part about Time Square, is when ordering by the slice, it isn't your basic pepperoni or plain cheese by the slice. The calzone was pretty tasty, but under filled and small for its price, and that is the best thing I can say about our experience. We got two pizzas and both were totally cardboardy, dry and bland. We ordered a 25" "the Works" pizza and had it delivered. Delivery was on time and the pizza was hot. The driver was friendly and actually arrived ten minutes before anticipated. The pizza..... it was typical New York style thin crust with sparse toppings, but it was pretty good. The crust and sauce were good. The cheese was sparse. You won't find and cheese trailing your slice as you take it from the box. The toppings were all good and fresh, with the exception of the sausage-it was very freezer burned and off putting. Great spot! I really love the prices and deals that they have daily. Such a reasonable price and great quality. I got the two slices and drink deal, which is about $8. The slices I chose were one slice pineapple only and then a speciality BBQ chicken slice. I really like the amount of pineapple on the slice, it wasn't like I was wondering where any toppings were. The New York style pizza was great and true to NY! I didn't really care for the BBQ chicken slice, the chicken is fried chunks and sauce really thick. I believe someone who likes that would enjoy, the flavors were good but just not for me. Finally the garlic knots and they are amazing. This is the best item on the menu to me. There are two locations near me and they are not created equal. This location is awesome and the one off Peter's Creek is the opposite. This location had awesome fresh single slice options of many specialty pizzas in their window. The other location had 2 options that after eating one was a day old and sat the day I ordered it. This location has friendly service and made us feel welcomed. Other location is awkward. We ordered the largest pizza and when they brought it out and was the biggest pizza I had ever seen and was so good. We had a large party of 10+ and sat at the mega table. Great service - I will be back to this location. Other location I will pretend does not exist. The white pizza here is awesome and they have a stuffed pizza my son said was the best. This location is hard to get to since they worked on the highway - my friend had to lead me in and GPS doesn't like it. I've ordered the Alfredo multiple times, and each time ive been disappointed. The pasta is always plain, then they throw it on some watered down sauce and call it Alfredo. What in the world... no flavor, no creamy ness. Just pathetic. It's like watery chicken noodle soup. I wanted to think it was just the cook on that day but this is really what they call Alfredo.
