I've been going to Dr. Surh's office for maybe about 2 - 3 years now and he's helped me address all…read moremy dental issues, including squeezing me in for some emergency problems I had. I've NEVER had any any issue with anything or anyone at the office - all the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Surh is former Navy, which I have a soft spot for as I have military family. In his waiting room, he has a photo of the ship he was assigned to, which I thought was a nice touch. He is obviously proud of his time in the military, which I appreciate greatly. The office is VERY clean, well kept, and there is water, coffee, tea, and other refreshments available in the wait room. Theres also a 2 TVs and a playstation, presumably for kids who might have to wait while parents or siblings are being seen. During the procedures, your room has 2 TVs mounted for distractions, including one overhead with subtitles always on (Lol, small details) for some additional distraction - normally tuned to HGTV, but the staff is always attentive and willing to change the channel if you prefer. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Surh enough. I've sent anyone who needs dental work to him and they all say the same - excellent service. Now the only downside: I have is that this man is the only DDS on site, so to see him, you may have to wait to see him. I promise you though, its worth the wait.

I call back a week later to reschedule and they give me a hoop to jump through and say I need to visit a doctor first or get x rays sent over from a dentist I am established with. This was after ignoring my call all day. I chose to go elsewhere instead of deal with their behavior further. Seeing a dentist tomorrow that isn't upset about rescheduling.

If I could give negative stars I would. Just trust that all the negative reviews are true. I…read moreconsider myself a pretty easygoing person with a high pain tolerance, but my experience at this place was horrific. I don't understand why they had me sign an initial contract saying how much my procedure would cost if it was going to constantly change. They called me an hour before my procedure, to tell me casually, it was going to cost $600 more than they originally quoted me. I needed to come in early before my procedure to sign new paperwork. When I pushed back she gave me a weird lecture about paying my employer for better insurance and I explained to her I pay for the best insurance my large (nice) corporation allows. Healing wasn't smooth and when I texted Dr. B saying I had a lot of swelling on one of my grafts (I had two on my top canine teeth) she told me there was "no way I had an infection." When I went in for my two week follow up appointment that Monday I was surprised the assistants were the ones to remove my stitches. I asked if I was going to be able to see the Dr. that day and they said I could make a separate appointment to come back later to check my swollen gums. They didn't remove the stitches. I could go on and on, but when I saw Dr. B later that day she casually said that one of the stitches had come loose on that tooth so the tissue healed incorrectly. I was confused and asked questions about what that meant and she was quick to accuse me of trying to talk before my two week check up appointment. She said something vague about how the blood supply was now compromised there and there's nothing they could do- they would see me in three months. She took additional photos of my graft that "didn't look as bad" as the ones the assistants took that morning. When I got into my car I burst into sobbing tears. I feel like this office completely messed up my smile- my gums are now uneven on either side and they blamed me. I'm out $3,000 out of pocket and I just got yet another unexpected bill for an additional $120. I'm beside myself. I feel like I'm out a lot of money and I'm the same if not worse off. Is this office a money laundering scheme? Pretty much everything they do is to seek payment and cover up liability.

I especially appreciate Dr. Sal for fitting me in on such short notice. My front tooth (#9 crown)--originally done elsewhere about ten years ago--had started to loosen and eventually came off. Dr. Sal was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. He genuinely focused on what would be best for both my dental health and my budget, which is something you don't always find. His honesty made it easy to trust his recommendations. They were able to fix my crown the very same day, and the whole experience was smooth and accommodating. I highly recommend Kremer Dental, and if you can, choose Dr. Sal--you won't regret it!

Unless you have a severe deformity in your jaw or your mouth I would not recommend this office. I…read moresaw Dr. Azari briefly to get a referral for the oral surgeon. I paid $174 (out of pocket patient) for the referral & one tooth x-ray for the oral surgeon. I had recently moved to Paradise from Los Angeles and I did not have a dentist. I had searched and this dentist sounded like a very upscale dentist office which felt safe for future appointments, but after arrival and seeing the front office & treatment rooms that looked like something you'd see when going to Disneyland, I was concerned about what their pricing structure might look like for me, LOL, (expensive decorating not seen in the photos). At my appt., Dr. Azari made a "quick" comment, as she fled the room that the tooth next to the bad one had possible decay down by the root and she was gone like that!! I wanted to ask if the oral surgeon would have to remove that tooth along with the bad one...that wasn't going to happen as she was gone. Two weeks later my oral surgeon's office called me & said Kremer Dentistry would have to cut the bridge before he could pull the tooth. Dr. Azari had given me the wrong info told me the oral surgeon would handle the cutting of the bridge. Apparently it's common knowledge oral surgeons don't have dental equipment for that procedure so I had to call back. I have called a couple times and tried to get some answers from the dentist Dr Azari to find out what's going to happen to me when she saws the bridge.... Questions: will my tooth be exposed, will I be in pain, do I rush over to the oral surgeon, etc etc. To this day I can't get any answers unless I pay $349 for an appt. and then talk to the dentist. It's become apparently obvious to me that it's all about money and not about the care.. I do not recommend Kremer Dentistry.
