I compiled a list of attorneys from the Chicago magazine Super Attorney list and every attorney I called either didn't respond or told me that they didn't want to get involved with my matter. I was beginning to lose hope going through the list but he called me back and the first thing I noticed is how friendly and down to earth he was. He patiently allowed me to tell my story and he was the only attorney that said he could help me. After he told me his strategy I agreed and from that day Attorney Leibowitz worked very hard on my matter and kept me in the loop on all his moves. I have paid them a partial amount of $900 then I couldn't continue filing the case because I lost my job. They promised to refund the $900 since then but they never did. Which is not a fair business practice. I believe since my case has never been filed by Geracy Law Firm, I deserve a refund. I called them many times but they still refused to give me a refund of the $900. They need to refund me. They charge double of the price DEBTSTOPPERS asked for. I recommend DEBTSTOPPERS because they even filed my case right away before I started making any payments.
