Very yummy lobster roll and fish tacos! There isn't any seating inside though so be prepared to sit outside in the heat.

Definitely worth checking out in Amelia island! We heard it's where the locals go which is always a big bonus in finding a goood restaurant. We grabbed lunch here and it was really delicious. The blackened shrimp and lobster roll were my favorites! The blackened shrimp was flavored sooo well! You do have to sit outside which is the only thing but they had plenty of fans and it was mostly shaded! The service was great and very fast!

On our last day in Fernandina Beach, my wife and I headed down to Timoti's for lunch. Touted as one of a few local restaurants serving fresh locally caught shrimp, I made sure to order shrimp for my lunch, specifically the Baja Box with fried shrimp. My wife, who was jonesing for clam strips for some reason, decided to order fried clam strips even though I cautioned her they're not known for clams AND we'll be making a separate trip to Cedar Key (clam capital) sometime soon. Anyway, my dish was good. The shrimp were well prepared, tender and not rubbery with crispy breading that wasn't too greasy. The cilantro ranch dipping sauce was a good compliment. My wife liked her clam strips even though some pieces were a bit chewy. The batter was nice and crispy and didn't seem greasy but she thought it had too many little pieces. Oh yeah, those hush puppies were quite good! Good ambience and decent value for fresh seafood. Lunch for 2 with tip came out to just under $32 with tip.

Omgggg the food here was sooo goood!!! The blackened shrimp is to die for packed with so much flavor and the lobster rolls were very fresh. Some of the best seafood I've had in a while. The service was amazing and the ambiance was nice and very mid friendly too. I would drive back to Amelia island just to come back here.

Cute fast casual seafood place. Outdoor seating only which was perfect on a nice sunny day in February but maybe not so nice in summer. Counter service where you order and they literally shout your name when it's ready. They shout loud when you sit near the window! Server was very friendly. The Po Boy and cucumber salad was delicious. Check it put

The wait staff here was super friendly and pricing is very reasonable for the type of food and town. Food came out very quickly and the whole place seemed pretty clean. Only complaint would be that I didn't get much of the meat. I ordered on the box but I understand that tuna is expensive. Overall great spot and will be back due to reasonable pricing and great taste for some island food.

Great fresh seafood spot! Street parking or public parking (payment required) available. Order at the counter. Really enjoyed the shrimp tacos and cucumber salad. They also have a playground outside in the back which was nice for the kids.

Located in the downtown historic district, this place is simple and good. We stopped here for lunch and had a Chicken Caesar salad and the Lobster rolls. Seating is outdoors only. Would definitely recommend a stop here when you're in town.

Visiting from out of town and was in the mood for Seafood. The restaurant has a rustic vibe with wood tables outside to dine on. You order inside and they call your name to pick it up at the window. We ordered to meals to share. The first was a fried clam basket served with fries and two hushpuppies. The clams were fresh and tender with a light batter. Very tasty. The second meal was $20.00 lobster rolls. More like lobster spread. Very disappointing for a town adjacent to the water. The bathroom needed updating as well.

Finally, welcome to 20th century seafood dinner pricing! However, be aware that you must eat outside after receiving your order. As you can see from the photos the decor is more upscale than an ordinary shak. Service was prompt and, upon placing my order, food was meticulously prepared and tasted fresh/fantastic. Steer away from the maine lobster roll as it tasted more like lobster salad and will disappoint. Upon my return, I will try something broiled or baked.

I have been here several times now over the course of a few years. Always consistent, fresh food and well prepared. Very casual, outdoor seating at large picnic tables but tastefully done. Clam chowder is very good, the fried shrimp have some corn meal in the breading which adds a nice crunch and texture. Fish sandwich is always good. Food is prepared to order and arrives hot, staff is friendly and competent at what they are doing which you don't always see. I plan to be back.

We visited the area over the weekend and happily came across this little "shack". It's counter service and seating is outdoor picnic tables. While the space is cute and the weather was ideal, I can see where this would be inconvenient in the heat of the summer or rainy days. I ordered the clam strip basket and my husband chose the fried shrimp....fresh and not overly battered. We were both very pleased with our meals. Will definitely recommend and keep this place in mind when visiting the area in the future

We haven't been to Pogo's since they revamped the menu. We liked the food in prior years, but the…read moremenu was sort of scattershot. Now it's clearly Italian, leaning modern. The decor really hasn't changed; it's still one of the nicest rooms on the island. We showed up with three bottles of wine from deep in our cellar, and they handled them well. I offered to cork the 2015 Chablis, as I was a little unsure about the cork stability, and they were fine with that. (By the by, the wine was fine; absolutely wonderful, in fact). Our party of 7 ordered across the menu; the burrata starter (with an extra order of focaccia, as suggested by the server), the meatballs, the suppli, and 1/2 dozen of the east coast oysters. The oysters were great; small, shallow cup, briny and fresh. The suppli were small, but cut into bite size portions, we shared them around, and the taste was all there. The meatballs were slightly smaller than we thought they'd be, but they were meaty, juicy, and came in a ragu that perfectly complemented them. The burrata was the star of the show; fresh, milky, and accompanied with diced tomatoes, onions and strawberries. We were in luck with out entrees; they had their burger on the menu. The burger is made from scraps of their Waygu steak. It was served on a toasted brioche bun with melted cheese, house burger sauce, and house made pickles. The fries were delivered extra crispy, as I requested. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Truly spectacular. The pastas really shone; the lobster ravioli were wonderful (though the portion was a little smaller than we thought is should be) with thin hand stuffed pasta and plentiful lobster filling; the pasta carbonara was wonderful (and prepared with guanciale, as it should be), and the English pea and mint agnolotti was a vegetarian's dream. The smoked chicken lasagna was a huge portion served in a cast iron coquette; I seem to recall it from the old menu, and it was as good as always. We were all stuffed after our feast, but we still had room to share some of the mini cannolis. They were made à la minute; no mushy pastry shell here. First class dessert Service was good, pricing was reasonable, and the atmosphere was lovely; highly recommended for modern Italian on Amelia Island.

Cassidy took incredible care of us, Chef Alan was so thoughtful, and every single thing we ordered made us pause mid-bite. But what made the night unforgettable was the hospitality.
