They could have also been stories of the Temecula Chilurzo Winery or his living in the LA area. We all shared so many similarities in life, he took us on a private tour of the production facilities a couple blocks away. Waaaaayyyyyy cool!!! Super sustainability and eco-friendly. I was impressed. We didn't get to try any food, and I volunteered to be the designated chauffeur of the afternoon winery tour. The patio is my favorite place to eat at, the site inside has so many wine selections, gifts other fun nicknacks. My mom was in heaven, the wait staff was so friendly with her, brought her little cup cake and sang happy birthday to her, my mom had a great time. We finished our food and drinks and finished our visit by stoking up on Stella Rosa and San Antonio wines. Until the next time.

Tin City is really amazing. So much surrounding this place. The inside felt very much like being at home but with a school vibe to do the lockers where they store there wine in. Isabelle took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. Always willing to recommend options for us. She was beyond friendly. Despite being close to closing time she didn't rush us in anyway. She even shared some food with my 3.5 year old as she was needing a little something. We ended up sharing ghost stories for a bit with her so that was really fun. What I liked is that she actually sat down with us and talked about the wine. Like I said I felt at home. The whites were very good. Unique varietials were offered. My friend who liked the whites was very pleased. The reds were also solid. I ended up with a bottle of franc for home and I joined the wine club. Isabelle was a huge reason we joined the club. We also split the charcuterie board and chicken sandwich. The charcuterie was alright, but nothing amazing. Same for the chicken sandwich, overall pretty good but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it here. The service was really great, and we enjoyed walking around the property after lunch. After that, everything was fantastic. I love that Justin offers this tasting room separate from their main winery, which is several miles away. Having a location right in the downtown Paso Robles square is so convenient, especially being surrounded by shops and restaurants. I also really loved the setup with tables to sit at versus standing at a bar. They offer wine by the glass as well as different tasting flight options, and they also serve small bites. We heard there are different menus depending on the day, which is a nice touch. Our server greeted us quickly, brought water right away, and got our first tasting to us fast. She was very knowledgeable about the wines and did an excellent job explaining each one.
