It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. Do not go to this place of business as they are inconsiderate and horribly run.

When I arrived 30 minutes early (I had made an appointment easily), Troy greeted me and gave me advice without pressure on what service would be best for my nails (they were in rough shape from a previous full set). That's when Troy led me to the best nail tech I've sat with- Linda. Linda hands down is the best, most detailed and yet efficient nail tech! But Henri's customer service is awful! He has the worst mood and absolutely terrible patience. The new pedicure chairs are TOP TIER though! The chairs give an arm massage, thigh massage, butt massage, and even squeeze your shoulders for a light massage! The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and accomodating! They turned my terrible experience with Henri, into a lovely one. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make up for his lack of service.

He doesn't just make nails look pretty - he actually looks at your natural nail, how it grows, where the strength needs to be, and builds the nail accordingly. My natural nails tend to grow upward, and K knew exactly where to place the apex for strength while creating a beautiful slope toward the tip. He also refined the underside of the tip so my oval nails could stay full and feminine without looking thick or bulky. The shape and balance are beautiful from every angle. I'm very particular about my nails and I know exactly what I like, so I really appreciate a nail tech who can explain what he's doing and why. K clearly understands the technical side of his craft, and it shows in his work. He does an amazing job. The spa also provides great service. They have a good system in place that even when it's packed, they manage appointments and walk-ins seamlessly.
