Ella is an absolute angel. I have been coming here for a basic pedicure for a while and Ella has done my nails a handful of times and let me just say, I have walked out happier each time! She is so precise and caring of her craft. She truly puts in the best effort and she is so kind and wonderful as well! She is a rare gem. The salon is very clean and very neat and pricing is fair. There is a huge parking lot with lots of spaces available at most times which is a huge plus. Majority of the time I am able to get an appointment for that exact day within a couple of hours which is really nice! This place welcomed me with a really friendly staff, i was immediately seated and asked what i prefer for today. Every time when i go to a new nail salon i'm really anxious, because i've experienced a really painful take-off of acrylic nails once, and wasn't to go through it again. Fortunately, the process of manicure went really well and smooth, even tho my master wasn't really confident in her actions, as i noticed. I'm in love with the combination we chose- metallic polish and black matte, but as you can see on a picture, it's not a very neatly done work. I had acrylic all over my cuticles almost on each nail, and as soon as i got home i took it off and also corrected a shape, since it was asymmetrical on some fingers. The manicure took more than 3 hours also. I went through other reviews of this place tho, and i noticed some nice work, so probably it depends on a master that you will have. Overall, i'm satisfied enough, but i'm not sure if i will come back. read more

The amount of attention to detail my gal spent cleaning, massaging, and painting my toes was incredible. I was a little hesitant at first to get my nails don't here because of all the reviews but I recently got my nails done here and I'm pretty happy with the end result, with the exception of there being way to much excessive gel on the sides of my nails. No big deal though I just filed it down and we were good to go. I could see what everyone is talking about with the wait time and the unprofessional staff as I did see it happen first hand with another client. It's to bad I really liked how my nails turned out but after seeing the reviews come to life I don't think I'll be returning. The women here are all lovely and patient, however the work was a little sloppy and they can not do designs to save their lives. I don't like that they pass you off to almost every woman working in the salon - three women worked on my nails and I had to tip all of them - waste. I will not be going back. I am so upset with this place. I went 10 times. Today was my 11th. So according to their stamp card, I had earned a free manicure. I have sent my mom here, my sister, heck even my husband. They've never done an excellent job, always just decent (thick, uneven, etc) but they were always very nice and the place wasn't ever crazy busy so I enjoyed going and wanted to stay loyal. After my 10th stamp Queen told me oh next time your total will only be $30 since your manicure will be free (I do gel mani and regular pedicure so my total is usually 45). Today when it was time to pay (I had an appointment and they made me wait 15 min, but I wasn't even that upset about waiting), she took the calculator out and said "ok, $45 minus $13, your total is $32". I was so confused because I always thought their manicure was $15. So I paid and went on my way. I was sitting in my car and decided to yelp them and see if their prices were in the pics. Guess what. They are. And guess what else. Manicure is $15. So basically, after being such a loyal customer, she still cheated me $2. Why would you do that to someone who comes continuously to your nail salon? Why would you cheat someone who has sent customers to you? I don't understand. It makes me so angry. It's obviously not the $2, it's the principle. Sooo congratulations, because you thought you'd sneak 2 more dollars out of your loyal customer, you just lost that customer and everyone else she sent to you. Hope that $2 was worth it!! read more

AVOID AVOiD AVOID this place!! If I could give one star to this place, I would! I just walked out of this place! I don't usually leave negative reviews unless it's really really terrible! I called in before and asked for prices and the lady on the phone told me $45 for gel mani pedi and I usually pay $35 for gel meni pedi in my regular salon but I didn't have time to drive to my regular person. I walked in the place and after I picked the colors, the lady says "it's $60 okay?" I said that's not what you told me on the phone and she starts giving me attitude! So I decided to do gel meni regular pedi instead. The same lady proceeded to do the meni. I told her I had a recent shoulder surgery and needed her to be careful with pulling my arm but no, "she forgot" every single time she pulled my arm! I felt excruciating pain after!! During the appt, I noticed she's leaving the sides of the nailbeds unpainted. When I brought it to her attention, she yelled at me!!! NEVER been treated like this! WHAT kind of customer service is this?! 2 other ladies next to me complained to them about the high prices and the staff gave us the dirtiest look and mumbled amongst themselves! Once I saw this, I decided not get pedicure anymore. When it was time to pay, she said you have to pay an extra dollar for a $30 medi because you're paying with a card (regardless of debit or credit)!!!!!!!!!! $1 is nothing, it's the principle! When I asked why didn't you mention you charge extra, she just started giving me more attitude and raising her voice so I just paid and walked out! Michelle worked on my pedicure and I couldn't imagine a better pedicure. She was gentle with my recently scratched up foot and even clipped any unevenness after she completed the pedicure. Today was my SECOND time in a row going to this salon, trying to get a simple color change on my toes. They gave me the boot yesterday saying they were too busy, and when I went today they AGAIN refused service on me. I had gotten a pedicure just this past Saturday and ruined the polish by putting on shoes. Due to it being a holiday, they are the only nail salon open, so I had mentioned that to them. I told them I would pay full price for the color change, but only wanted to redo the 3 nails that were ruined. They asked me to get a manicure too, but I told them I didn't need one. And the main lady went as far to say the color I had on my toes was ugly, and that my pedicure looks poorly done so that I should just get a new one entirely. Ultimately she refused to do the color change. I've gone to them before and received a mediocre job, so it's safe to say I will NEVER go back or refer anyone. read more
