I would say I would come back, the only thing is when we got our toes done, a group of 3 people and 2 of them did not get their cuticles on their toes cut which they were looking forward to... I took my daughters in for a basic manicure. One wanted dip ($45) and she agreed to pay the difference. Their own website states a basic manicure is either $20 or $23 (not sure why the difference). When I went to pay the total was $91. I asked for a breakdown and he said $35 for a basic manicure and $55 for the dip. I paid but will never go back, I don't like the whole bait and switch. Wayyyy overpriced, slow as all hell, subpar design skills and a total lack of care, and to top it all off, very unprofessional and rude enough to badmouth me to other customers because I had the audacity to tell them I was unhappy with my service. The pedicure: I asked for gold chrome and she gave me gold sparkle without even asking me if it was okay or showing me the color before she started painting. I even asked if it was going to turn chrome and the tech said yes, but by the time I realized the color wasn't turning chrome it was already done. The acrylic shellac fill: my nails had grown out only about 1/16th of an inch but I'm going to Vegas tomorrow so I wanted them fresh. You can see in the photos what the prior nail design and length was - I didn't need much filing and she didn't need to shorten them. But they still proceeded to charge me extra for "long nail design". LONG NAILS? WHERE? And since when does a fill have a long nail charge when there's zero shaping or filing or creation of the nail shape AT ALL? To top it all off, I was charged $45 extra for 12 stones on each hand. See photo below - I could have bought their entire BOX of stones for less than $10 on Amazon! And I had to keep asking her to make sure they weren't crooked, which was hard to even convey because she didn't speak much English. The other nail tech had to keep translating which only added to the slowness of the service - THREE HOURS for a fill. A fill!!FOR WHY THO?? There was no trimming of my cuticles either snd no cuticle oil. So why was my FILL $100?????? Make it make sense! When I finally get up to the counter I politely let her know that I was unhappy with my pedi and could I please have a discount. My tech and the main lady start arguing with me about how "well we don't have the chrome you wanted" "it wasn't her fault" okay then why not TELL me before you start painting a color I don't want and lie to me and say it will turn chrome?? I would have gotten black to match my fingernails if that was communicated to me. But instead I have sparkly gold toes that look terrible and don't match anything. They didn't even give me a choice of gold! They ended up giving me a measly $5 discount - but I'll be paying another $30 to go get these fixed somewhere else! Now the worst, most unprofessional part of this whole experience? I left the store after paying but had to go back inside briefly. The main lady is literally badmouthing me to her customer saying that I chose the color and was cheap and blah blah blah. I said very loudly "no that is a lie, I did not choose the color, i did t get a choice of color, I didn't even SEE the color before she started!" For $100 I could have gotten an entirely new, lengthier set with design in Vegas or even Seattle. I will not be going back. Which is disappointing because I have been going to them since March, but the service has declined terribly and the prices have inclines astronomically. My last set, the red ones in the photos? I was charge $15 for TWO appliqués that broke apart 2-3 days later. Thing is I might have even brushed aside the terrible service if I hadn't walked in on the lady badmouthing me to the other client. 0/5 stars. read more

My sister and I had booked an appointment with a specific person after reading some great reviews about select staff, but when we came in at the time of our appointment, they did not coordinate or confirm any details and set us up with different people. This of course didn't end up mattering since both people were great. The gentleman doing my nails was very gentle/friendly and I did not have any problems with filing or cuts on cuticles. The pros: Affordable, large color selection, covid plexy glass The cons: I recieved a traditional pedicure with regular nail polish. It's been an hour & my polish is still not dry. Burned my feet TWICE and didn't give a shit. The water was way too hot and then he poured ice cold water on it right after with a smile. Then shoved my feet into the hot wax bag and laughed because I said it's too hot. Even though I said my experience was bad that I can still feel my feet burning the manager Jay still made me pay for it. The price they told me to pay was not the same as in the books so watch for that. They are there to get as much money from you as possible and throw the customer relaxed experience out the window. Second time going to this nail salon. First time I got a pedicure pedicure and gel manicure- absolutely incredible. My nails lasted over 4 weeks without chipping and they were impeccable. Literally. Flawless. I RAVED about this place to everyone I talked to because I received so many compliments on a basic red colored gel mani. No idea what happened to that quality when I went back this week. The nail tech didn't remove all of my red nail polish before she started my new light pink polish. I didn't noticed until after she had cured the base coat. I had to stop her during the first coat of color and show her that you could still see it. Instead of fixing it correctly, she just took a file to the already half painted and cured base coat to pick it out. There were so many spots but she only took care of the ones I specifically showed her. I also had to stop her from curing one hand because she had lumps in the polish from where she took the file to it. At the start, I showed her an inspo photo of what color I was looking for- basically a very shiny almost jelly like neutral color. She picked up a pink and started in with that before I could explain that wasn't quite right and showed her the photo again. We went back a forth a few times and I eventually just let it go because just wasn't understanding me. It's not a bad color just not what I wanted or would normally get. And now, 3 days later not surprisingly, the lumpy uneven gel is peeling up. Which never happens. My nails have an unnaturally healthy bond with gel manis. ... *** WARNING *** they use GARBAGE brands for shellac manicures. My nails looked the worst they have ever looked. Too many layers, way too thick. Goopy "balls" of polish on the tips (see my photos). Lint and bubbles everywhere. My nails were filed all different lengths and shapes instead of the shape I asked for. Tina herself did my service and she said I was lucky because she rarely does shellac...I left there laughing my a$$ off, her technique was terrible! The disgusting discount polish they use smelled so bad, I left there reeking of chemicals. My coworker actually asked me if I had pumped my own gas, she smelled the chemicals from her cubicle. The hand rest and manicure area was filthy, I was hesitant to even put my hands there. Now that the polish is coming off, you can the damage it did to my beautiful healthy nail bed. CND and other name brand polish never does this to my nail bed. It pays to spend more money for good polish and good technique, so I will continue to seek an A+ shellac manicure from somewhere else. read more

Came to this salon with my sister after a recommendation from a friend. Went on a Monday got ourselves a gel manicure and by Saturday our nails were cracked. And chipped. I'm not doing anything to peel the gel, I'm not tapping on a hard surface. We're not soaking them in dish soap- just your normal everyday stuff. Major hit or major miss. I have been getting my nails done here for the past 4 months. Sometimes my nails look great. Other times they come out horrible and I have to ask them to cover or remove it. Every time I've gone in, I've had a different person, but all of my good experiences have always been with the men in the shop, even the one that watches Netflix or FaceTimes while doing nails. (I've seen some negative reviews mentioning him but i am actually amazed at how well he did my nails while not even paying attention.) There are 3 or 4 men that do nails there. Every time one of the ladies messed up on my nails, one of the men would come over to fix it. I guess it's my fault for not asking for someone specifically, but I just haven't found someone there that I want to stick with. I normally tip $20-30 too on a $90 tab, but apparently that isn't an incentive to do better on my nails. I've been getting my nails done regularly for years now and have always tipped the same. I don't think I will be tipping that high here anymore. I've decided to get my nails done elsewhere but will still go to this salon for pedicures. read more
