Offered me the drink and color menus, didn't force an upsell on my gel pedi. He also didn't leave my toes looking professionally done. After an hour and 45 minutes in the chair, I left with concave (yea, dipping down in the middle, the opposite of natural) instead of straight nails, multiple areas where gel had cured onto my skin, and a swath of nail glue on my toe for some reason. I'll redo them at home, I don't want to spend another $56. But man, what a disappointment. I can't reshape them because they're so short.

As soon as my sister sat down, the nail technician turned on the water for me and it was extremely hot. The staff member assisting her didn't seem to have good customer service and barely spoke to my sister--she just jingled the nail color samples in front of her without saying anything. When my technician, Lisa, came over, I immediately told her I wanted a classic pedicure, and she responded "okay, classic." During the service, the leg massage was very rough and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. After we were finished, I noticed I had been charged for a deluxe pedicure, even though I clearly asked for a classic. When we brought it up, several workers began arguing with us and made it seem like it was our fault. After going back and forth, the gentleman at the front desk eventually refunded the difference. However, the situation didn't end there. After we left and were already at Chipotle, the same gentleman followed us outside and told me he forgot to charge me for the gel color and asked if I could Zelle him $15. At that point I told him I was not satisfied with the service and that the mistake was on their end. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional and the experience was uncomfortable. She is gentle, professional, and pays close attention to detail. I had a bad toenail issue, and over the course of four to five months, Lynn helped improve it with regular care. She had one of her best staff Hannah to fix my nails with anything I wanted. Hannah did a great job! Annie kept checking on me to make sure I was happy. At the end I was very satisfied & happy with my nails! That's what I call an outstanding customer service! She even gave me a $20 gift card for next time. Thank you Annie! I have to ASK them to paint my entire finger nail every single time. They never ask you what shape you want- the last 3 visits I've resorted to just asking for the file and doing them myself. They also offer drinks and snacks, which is a nice touch--I enjoyed a mimosa during my visit and left feeling good and pretty. Parking is easy, which is always a plus. We sat to wait and a family came in as WALK INS and asked for TWO Pedicures. They came and took them before my Mother who called in!!! This was HORRIBLE! But today was an awful experience. Still waiting 1/2 hour after her appointment and she has still not been serviced!

She was super nice up until the moment I asked her to fix these things. It wasn't Helen nor her daughter, I have never seen this lady before. When I asked her if she can clean up the polish a little bit, she proceeded to add polish ONTO MY SKIN TO MAKE IT LOOK EVEN. I then asked her if she can take it off because I already knew I wasn't going to like it. She then wanted me to pay $30. I called Helen over and asked how it was fair for me to pay more than half when I'm not even leaving with my toes done. She then said "Fine give me $20 and then you can leave." She then took off my polish with the drill and made me bleed on my toe from how rough she was drilling. I left with all my toes red and irritated.
