I loved coming here but not anymore ! My last visit the lady didn't do the best job my nails were filed soo much they are thin ! Prior to this visit my nails were strong / thick and healthy ! Even the nail tech acknowledge my strong nails / nail beds. La Belle Nail Salon lost my business. Not only do they do mediocre work, but have a tendency to talk trash about their customers, (not in English) and then laugh at you while you are sitting there. The straw that broke the camel's back was Jenny's treatment of myself and my husband while we got mani pedis. My husband is disabled and has to temporarily wear some medical equipment. This disturbed Jenny, who asked me not to bring him again. So much for Americans with Disabilities. She said he would disturb her customers. However, we were the only customers in the salon. If this is how she treats her customers, (and I have been going to her salon for several years), then no wonder why her salon is empty. Jenny does not value her customers, nor take pride in her work. She and her worker did a real rush job on us just to get rid of us. Well it worked, because we are never going back. I wish I could give less than one star. read more

I should've known better, but I kept giving this place chances. When I first moved to the area, I really loved it here, mostly because of one specific nail tech who always did a great job. But once she left, everything went downhill for me. These days, I only go in if I have a nail emergency, like an upcoming event. This last visit? It was the final straw. Before this, I had gone to another salon to remove my acrylics after a trip to the Philippines. They soaked them off carefully, and my natural nails were left strong and healthy. I was so happy with how they handled it. Fast forward a month and a half, my nails had grown out, and I couldn't find anywhere to take me as a walk-in. So I reluctantly came back here... and left completely pissed. Instead of doing a proper soak-off, they rushed through it like always, they went straight for the sander without even trying to remove the first layer manually. It was just gel polish. It didn't need to be that aggressive. Even after the foils, they went right back to the sander instead of gently scraping. They did the same thing during my pedicure, too. On top of that, the staff isn't exactly friendly or open to feedback. So I blamed myself for not learning my lesson and not booking somewhere else. I still paid. They did the service--but it was terrible. I might as well have skipped it altogether. Either they used the worst gel top coat imaginable or didn't cure it long enough, because the very next day, two of my nails bent and broke. Now my nails, which had been long and strong, are brittle, bend easily, and are cut super short. That was it for me. I won't be coming back. And this time, I mean it. read more

Nails: 5/5 Customer service: the nails techs are great at what they do. BUT I stopped going here because of this situation. I got gel for my pedicure and I tipped the lady $20 she was so nice and grateful, she told me since she doesn't do full set that I have to go to a different nail tech which she directed me to her co-worker's station. (I had a friend with me, who understands their language and seen what happened) The lady who did my pedicure was telling her co worker that I tipped her X amount and the co worker responded aggressively like yea right, she (me) won't tipped me. She grabbed my hand told me to soak. And I said wait, before you do my full set, let me tip you. I handed her $20 and her co worker who did my pedicure was laughing at her co worker and said see, she tipped you. She spoke too soon about judging me. I get manicures and pedicures as a treat, as they are expensive. The staff here could not have been more rude. No hello, just pointing and glares. First time customer, came in with an appt for a gel manicure as a treat to myself after a grueling semester. I like the location and color selection but am so disappointed in the quality of the work. My gel manicure started peeling at the cuticles on day 3. It's now been almost 7 days and the peeling is so bad that it keeps getting caught in my hair whenever I go to put it up. Not to mention the vibe, they seemed so annoyed that I was even there, that I asked if my appointment time was ok and that if it wasn't, I was happy to reschedule for a better time that worked for them. The only negative thing I have to say is that my friend was charged $20 more than I was and she only got French manicure with hearts. My nails were wayyyyy more work. She couldn't even finish the look because of she got eyes in the heart they would have charged a ton more. I don't like the nickel and dime thing. The women doing my friends nails also messed up on the colors of the French manicure. I haven't had a negative experience here, yet. I often walk-in without an appointment and can be seen within 10 to 15 minutes when they're not super busy. But I do recommend calling in for an appointment if you can because I've walked in when it's pretty busy and had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes-- which to me isn't bad for not having an appointment. My gel manicures usually last two to three weeks before they start chipping. My gel pedicures have lasted much longer. read more

I was disappointed that none of the staff did nail art designs, which require a steady hand, a fine eye for detail & the ability to use a very tiny paint brush) to create designs. I was shown samples of "cat-eye" designs instead. After viewing various colors of cat-eye designs, I found one I liked.technician. My technician explained that she could not duplicate the design I had selected so I just told her to create whatever design she could make. My second visit was even more disappointing. This time, I requested a simple gel polish color change. My technician talked to her colleagues (in Vietnamese) the ENTIRE time she worked on my nails. When my nails were dry [cured], my technician simply unplugged the little nail drying machine and walked away without saying a word to me. After a few minutes, I realized she was done. She hadn't even told me how much I owed for the color change. I went to the sink, washed my hands & found lotion to rub into my own hands. I will not be visiting this establishment again. read more
