A friend of mine used them for her honeymoon and couldn't stop raving about how they had their flights/hotels booked to hop from city to city in Greece, at a great price, with top notch hotels and sight recommendations, and weren't forced to do any sort of tours! They can obviously do that for you, I just prefer to have a loose itinerary and discover things at my own pace. So on to my personal experience... I used them for 2 recent trips in the past couple months and I highly recommend Jack and Zara! The most recent was a 4 day snow trip to Mammoth for a group of 12. They really went above and beyond. I couldn't find anything decent or large enough when looking online and they gave me multiple options so fast. I booked right then and there for my group and also added on lift tickets and snow gear rentals with them. Top notch customer service. They get unbelievably good deals frequently too, like round trip flights to Paris for under $500, so I'm keeping my eye out for the next one.
