They make getting an appointment really easy, especially living in an apartment complex. It's nice they texted me their ETA and everything so I could make sure I was home before they got there. The company and the staff do an amazing job here. They deserve 10 stars if that was an option, honestly. We were needing some work done because our hot water heater quit working one morning. I decided to call around and leave some voicemails, I figured most people wouldn't work on Sundays and if they were they were going to charge a ton for it. I recently had my hot water heater rust out . I only found out when my load of laundry was covered in rusty water. No warning sign at all. I started calling plumbers and tried to find someone that could come out immediately, but unfortunately it happened early evening. First - I narrowed my selection to three highly rated drain cleaning companies including Tinker Plumbing. I called all three the night before (around 10 PM) the service date and left messages. Tinker Plumbing was the first to call me back in the morning (around 9 AM), so I scheduled with them. I asked about pricing, and was told the sewer cleaning tech would provide that when he arrived. Ken arrived in the scheduled window. He quoted me a minimum price based on time immediately. I don't know why the person scheduling could not have done this. It took about 10 minutes to resolve our issue. Ken then asked if I wanted to send a camera in the line to see what the possible cause was. They looked and the problem and let me know what they would need to do and gave me an estimate They left to get parts as my bath/shower is 30 years old and standard plumbing parts won't fit. We had already discovered this ourselves. They returned in a timely fashion and replaced the parts and tested them. They brought down all the packaging and old parts and gave them to me. This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Last weekend we had no hot water and the maintenance manager for our apartment was not responding to my messages. I ended up calling Tinker Plumbing and not only did they send out a technician immediately, they also were able to get in contact with my property management company so I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. I called around to a few places and these guys were the ones who were able to come out the fastest and they also weren't the most expensive. I needed to get my pressure release valve replaced on our hot water heater. I got scheduled with Jason and he came out later that night with the correct part and replaced it easily. I just have to say it...THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! I ended up calling multiple plumbers and everyone was either too busy or using really cheap types of water heaters. Patrick put my worries to rest when he let me know the types of water heaters they use. Only the best of the best. They get theirs from their supply house. You have to be careful because other companies will use cheaper water heaters from Home Depot or Lowes. I was hoping we could get it repaired instead of replaced but since it was a Whirlpool...bad quality....it needed to be replaced. Oh my goodness I am completely obsessed with my new water filtration system. I feel like I can already feel a difference when it comes to my hair and just overall the water. I also really think it will really help water water build up on my shower heads. I've had to get completely new shower heads because of the hard water that was built up on them in the past. Water purification systems can be expensive but they are so worth it! I called Wednesday morning and Jason came later that afternoon around 2:00. He was terrific. I had saved up 8 minor plumbing issues, and thought of one more when he was here. All solved. Ranged from a leaky outdoor faucet, clogged outdoor drain, toilet making weird loud noises when flushed, leak in a basement pipe, water filter needed replacement....
