The tint on the rear windshield was previously installed by a well known tint company was bubbling to the point that it wouldn't pass a safety check. Price was upfront and had a small waiting room while tint was being done. After leaving I discovered bits of left over tint film on my windshield and inside the vechical. I had searched high and low for a good quality company to do the tinting for my mini van and when I had asked on my Facebook page, I had an abundant amount of replies all highly suggesting that I take my van to Tint by Koa. I requested through their Instagram page, for their pricing and I was immediately sent a detailed message of the prices and the many different type of tinting services they offered. They had a link that redirected me to a page where I was able to set up my appointment to the right date and time that suited me and my schedule. When it got days, even hours closer to my appointment, I had received both email and text message reminders which were very nice and convenient for me since my days are always so hectic. When I went to drop off my van, I was able to ask any questions I wanted to and the gentleman was very helpful to give me as much information I needed to know. I felt very safe and positive that my vehicle was in good hands. My vehicle didn't take long to finish, including them being able to add in another last minute service of tinting my windshield as well. When I came to pick up my vehicle, as soon as I seen it, I was immediately pleased. These guys did a great job with my tinting and I am very satisfied. I couldn't have asked for a better job. So i went in and did my tint on my 97...yup thats right 1997 Nissan Maxima...thats right baby i keep it old sku...anywho my brother recommend Tint by Koa and even set me up with an appointment...now let me tell you Koa and his team are such Mr.Alohas that they even squeezed me in when they couldve just called it a day and went home. They also let me and my 2 kids cruz in a waiting room which has amazing air con...xbox and tv...AND toys for the kids. I even got to take a cat nap and they didnt wake me (my daughter told me lol) Koa and his team were just on point mind you this is my very first time going to a tint shop and lets just say if you own a tint shop or any shop at all i hope its as "Ohana" as over there. Been looking for someone to tint my '14 rav4 ever since I picked it up from the lot... it took a while to find someone I thought was good enough & I could trust. One day I was on IG and came across tint by koa. I went through his pictures of all the tint he did on pervious cars, and I thought he did a good job. So I texted him for an estimate & it was pretty decent, for ceramic it was about $340. I texted him again, but the only hard thing was our days didn't match up. I asked if I could set up an appointment for nov because I was going on a trip and my only off day was his off day. But his wife is expecting and he didn't want to make my appointment and have to cancel just in case she went into labor. So he told me he would come in on Tuesday... that honestly blew my mind. Who's going to come in on their off day just because our days weren't matching and he didn't want to cancel on me... that's the best customer service!! That's the kind of people you want to go to & give them your business. My appointment was today, and it was great! Seeing him tint was pretty cool, He's so professional/meticulous & very out going. We were talking throughout the whole process.
