I've used tint LA twice now and I've been thoroughly happy with their quality of service and transparent, fair pricing. The first car they did was my Mercedes roadster, last year, and the installer arrived on time. I had a small issue with the film peeling after a week or so but they corrected the issue professionally. My daily audi was done last week and even though it's an older model (1999 A6 avant) they still handled it without issue (it only has 84k miles so the seals are in great shape). Overall I am glad I found these folks and I've already recommended them to some of my friends. Will definitely be using them for my other current fleet & new acquisitions

This place was great. Their prices were pretty much in line with everyone else but I was able to get ceramic film for a little less than what other were charging. They are mobile and came to my house so my daughter and I didn't have to sit in so e shop for multiple hours. The work was fast, clean, and looks great. Would use them again

When the weather started getting hot, I thought of getting my front side windows tinted including windshield to reduce the heat inside my car. I drive a lot and left side of my arm and face get a rash during the summer. I kept putting it off til one day, I decided to go online to find the right company to do it. I got on yelp and saw many companies that do it. I went with my instinct to go with this company And so happy that I made the right decision. The appointment was easy and they accommodated me right away within a week. Pam and Paul are the owners and they gave me a great deal. Pam gave me many options regarding different shades and advice. I'm glad I took her advice since I originally wanted to get my windshield tinted really dark but I listened to her since she knows better. I was so happy with the result that I had them done my little office windows as well, since the sun bothered me a lot when I'm working. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Overall I'm very pleased and highly recommend! Thank you Pam and Paul!!! You guys are awesome!

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. This is a current issue, so take time and read don't go by these 2-3 year old reviews its complete bs. I had my past car tinted with this company. Came out great. But I recently got a new car and me thinking this would be a good place to head back to clearly I was wrong! For starters the owners of this so called business is not in here Granada hills, they have moved to Florida so it has became a third party company. Which means they literally pick up any random ass person that tints and sends them over to your location and start tinting your vehicle. I specifically asked for 5% tints all the windows front and back, and front windshield to be 20% make tints all CERAMIC. Cost of job was over $500. The guy that came literally rushed his damn job, second guy that came showed up an hour and half late to start tinting, once they are done, I literally see a scratch from TOP TO BOTTOM on the windshield, both tinters saw it and clearly ITS GONNA BE REPLACED. I'm not gonna pay for tints that are gonna be scratched up. I don't think anyone will! He ends up removing and does it again, he ends up telling me he's not able to do it cause it's dark so they need to schedule me another appointment. Some other dudes show up and they tint it again, and they left scratches on the right side on the windshield we told them about it and they said it should be gone once it dries. So we left it , 3-4 days go by and we still see those marks. I called them and they said they can have it replaced. But then I noticed that my whole back windows were SUPER see through. For being 5% they are suppose to be DARK. Day and night. Especially with having the windshield 20%. You can literally see from one side to the other so I went ahead and told the company about it. Pam beforehand guaranteed me that they were gonna be pitch black like my last car. They argued with me saying no it's 5% but I told them it's not, it's super light. They mentioned about having them tested with some meter, they come up with an excuse saying it wouldn't fit the glass to read it so they gave me my money back and left the tints on the windows. I had to Go pay and get them removed with that money and pay someone else to do the tints all over again. So now these guys came back to redo the windshield but I ended not doing it with them since tints have a different color from looking inside out. I told the guys just to remove since they clearly had to do it in the first place. I called Pam the owner of the company and told them about the situation Due to having so many problems and issues with them I don't want to deal with them anymore, so I just want my money back completely and go elsewhere. she told me she can't do it due to them showing up and doing the tint on the windshield but I had told her they had left right after taking it off. I told her to just refund me she didn't want to since " they still came out to my location" so I said fine let's do half the $175 for windshield. She agreed. Told me she would send me my $87.50. 3 days later still no money back, I contacted them and they end up telling me they can't refund me since it's not up to them anymore it's up to the person who tinted which by the way even himself he said " I don't know I can't decide if you can get your money back it's up to PAM" . So here I am today with still NO money back from windshield, no tint on windshield. They blocked me from calling them, since I'm upset at the fact that I'm waiting on my money to be sent over. Told me to contact the dude that removed tint, he even told me PAM is suppose to return the money not them. Truly this place has lost its touch. In customer service and customer satisfaction. I don't recommend this place at all. If you do decide to give them a long shot make sure you inspect the job. Hopefully it goes out of business soon smh. Pictures show scratches, see through for being 5% day time, and my windshield having no tint currently but still paid $175, and tint comparison. Lol trash company. Go else where, BEWARE!

I recently got my Honda Accord tinted here! My mom called for an estimate and the lady who picked up the phone gave us two options for tint and explained the differences and pricing. Very reasonable price and set up the next available appointment they had! Tint LA is a mobile service so you can have the option for them to come to you, which I really like! I didn't have available space in my garage so I went to their home location. I got 5% ceramic tint all around and I think my front windshield was done with 50% (if I remember correctly). The job was done within 2ish hours!

Guess who had the best Friday the 13th? Well it's this guy who woke up with 1 maybe 2 jobs. Fix interior issue & maybe tint my windows. After making my appointment for mid afternoon but hoping to reschedule for earlier time, my interior job got postponed & then opportunity for a great new local business popped up with that earlier appointment opened up. I had already met Paul who convinced me I was at the right place & would get exactly what I had been shopping around for. When I spoke with Pam she also made the process a breeze & made my day. On a Saturday afternoon, I decided I wanted to get the windows on my car tinted. I called around and most places told me they were busy until the following week or on a first come, first serve basis (with a crazy wait). I messaged Tint LA, a mobile tint business, and received a message back from Pam, 30 minutes before their posted operating hours. I received a reasonable quote for carbon and ceramic tint and was told they could do the job the following day, if I drove to them in Granada Hills. I booked the appointment since it was convenient to me and chose the carbon option. I was told the job would take 1 1/2 hours. On Sunday, I promptly arrived at my appointment and was greeted by Pam's husband. I told him I wanted 35% on the front 2 windows and 20% on the rear and he went to work while I waited in the backyard. About 1 1/2 hours later, my car was ready to go. The job looked great! I paid Pam, received a receipt which stated the tint had a Lifetime Guarantee, and was on my way. Pam and her husband were friendly and accommodating. Quick and easy! 5 stars!

I was looking for someone who would tint garage door windows. I called a few places for estimates, either they were very expensive or wouldn't bother calling back. Then I came across Tint LA on Yelp and spoke to Pam. She was extremely friendly and tried her very best to give an accurate estimate. She called back and locked the price and made and appointment. The installer who did the tinting was Jay. He had his mask on and was very friendly. He showed the different levels of tint to choose from. My girlfriend has been wanting to tint her windows for some time on her mini-cooper. But we just couldn't make time to park her car for a few hours at a shop to have the tint done. Mid April 2020 comes and its 105 degrees outside and we both agree its time to make it happen. I searched around a few places not expecting much with the Covid 19 issue. I stumbled upon Mobile Tint LA, and decided to give a call. The woman who answered was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I work in sales so I was truly prepared for a "pitch". Nope. None. Just gave me facts, pricing on the two options they offer and an explanation of why the more expensive option was better. Pricing was FAR lower than I expected with a company that comes to you and right on par with what I would expect from a shop that you drop the car off to. I immediately booked a time, which they were able to accommodate within a couple days. They showed up, on time, materials in hand, and ready to go. Work was done in around an hour and came out flawlessly. On top of that, they agreed to do another car while they were there. Truthfully cannot recommend them highly enough. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Excellent mobile tinting professionals. Pam was very responsive in answering any and all questions I had in setting up an appointment to what brand tints they use. My installer Jae was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up super well around the area. After 2 weeks I can say that the tints are flawless and no bubbles anywhere. I put down a 50 dollar deposit and on the day of my appointment I was told that a worker needed dialysis so my appointment was canceled. I rescheduled for Friday, 3 days later, and when I informed them I had to reschedule, they told me I lost my 50 dollar deposit and had to pay an extra 50 dollars. Obviously a scam. Red flags 1) this place is run out of a home garage with no waiting area. 2) the workers are obviously old and unhealthy. 3) they ask for upfront deposits using Zelle knowing its impossible to dispute transactions. Please be aware of fake customer service. read more

Don't walk, but run away from this business, you don't want the headache I went through. First off the installers don't look professional at all no uniform or any type of care for appearance one of them was high on the job because he dropped his stiiizy pen in front of me. The tint shade is the wrong one I asked for limo in the back and one before limo in the front, but yet you can see into the back of the car. I washed and detailed the car both inside and outside the night before and when we get the car back there's spray marks left all over the inside and outside of the car no regard to the paint or anything they left pieces of tint off over my drive way. But wait there's more they scratched my brand new car that I barely had for 2 weeks and then denied do any of it they only reason they decided to try and get it buffed out ( which wasn't able to buff out) was because I hadn't paid and still had a balance of 500 left so they weren't leaving without getting paid. In the end, they dropped the price from 375, which still isn't worth the job. I am gladly going to a different tint shop to get it removed and pay again because I will not let this so called business near my car again, and you shouldn't either. Don't say someone didn't warn you. read more

Pam promptly provided a quote after I blasted out a request on Yelp last Sun 7/15. She arranged for Jay to come by at 8 am Wed 7/18/18 who was punctual, courteous, and provided excellent advice on ceramic vs. carbon as well as shade of tint. I opted for 50% tint in ceramic for my front and 20% tint in carbon for my rear windows on BMW i3 REX, and the tints turned out great. Jay left both my car and garage clean as he thoroughly cleaned up after his work. Then I noticed not one, but two bubbles. I notified both Pam and Jay who immediately responded. They asked if I could let it dry for a few days, so I did. By Saturday, both bubbles were gone. I'm very glad both Pam and the installer Jay stood by there work, and have recommended TintLA to the community I live in as well as several buddies. Prices are excellent too. Thanks Pam and Jay!! This place gets double positive rating. Out of 8 places I contact through yelp. This business was the only one that followed through. They text me the appointment details, then called me when there was a cancelation. They were quick in arriving and super professional. They took their time and did a great job. Let me suggest why you should hire this company: 1-Punctuality. Paul arrived on time and ready to go. 2- Convenience. Tint LA came to me. I didn't have to drive all over town in traffic to get this job done. THANK YOU TINT LA 3-Quality. The ceramic film used is top grade. You can see it and feel the difference in the amount of heat that it keeps out of my vehicle. 4-Warranty. Tint LA gave me a one year warranty. Overall, Tint LA (Paul) was very nice to work with. This company was really helpful and quick with the service. I had an old tint on this vehicle and bubbles started to show up in the back. Tint LA came out the house and removed the old ones and replace them with better quality tint. They worked on it in a timely matter and I'm vary happy with the outcome. The car looks brand new again. We have been using Tint LA for years. Paul, his wife Pam, office staff and their tinting crew are all so great. They are efficient, reliable, friendly, kind, professional and their tint work is unparalleled! We buy and sell a lot of cars, and Tint LA has done at least 10 cars for us; and every one is perfect. Also, I suffer from skin cancer, so getting my new cars tinted ASAP is crucial, and Tint LA always comes out very quickly! We cannot recommend Tint LA enough!! The best! read more

This is the second time I used their services and both times I had a great experience. They always answer your calls and do their best to get you booked asap , plus the job was completed quick as well. First time was regular tint but this time around I went with their in house ceramic tint, and it is a BIG difference, way cooler inside the car plus visibility is a lot better. I have mixed reviews for the recent tint job performed by Tint LA. Everything went smooth leading up to the tinting of my C43 sedan. Pam was extremely attentive and the installer was very nice and generally did a great job. Now for the negatives. I noticed the left passenger window had a slice in the tint. I took two photos and sent them to Pam and her response was the following: "They would never make a long cut like that all the way down the middle of the window so there's no way that could be from my installer. Often times there are scratches in the window that are not noticeable when the window is clear but then shows up when dark tint is put on." First, the statement someone "would never make a long cut like that" is illusory as I never contended that the cut was made purposefully. Could the tint have been cut purposefully in connection with a prior job? Definitely possible. Could the cut have been made inadvertently during the process? Again, possible. Could the installer have intended to make a cut but stopped and did not realize that it had cut the tint? Also, possible It is unfortunate that My concerns were so easily dismissed. I requested that they at least send someone out to inspect the condition, but I have yet to receive any reply. I don't think it's unreasonable to request that the condition be inspected and the one window re-tinted. Hopefully this can be resolved because I was otherwise happy with this company's work. I planned on having three more cars tinted but it appears I will have to take my business elsewhere. I'm sure it would be universally appreciated if a customer is treated with the same attentiveness and hospitality both before and after using a service. read more

This is my first experience with using a mobile tinting service. I had two vehicles (car & suv) tinted (one ceramic & carbon) and they both turned out great. I received excellent customer service from Pam and the installer, I think his name was Mike. In addition, Tint LA's prices were competitive. I would recommend checking them out if you're in the market for window tinting. read more

My experience with Tint LA was nothing short of amazing. I sent a request for a quote on a Monday near their closing hours. To my surprise, my inquiry was quickly responded to by Pam. She presented a very competitive price range for my BMW. Pam was even able to squeeze me into their tight schedule the very next morning! They sent out Nicole to my home to tint my car. I won't let anyone else touch my cars but Paul. He's the best and makes it look so easy! He was done with my Civic in an hour! I love how they come to my house so I can get other stuff done while he's working on my car. Much better than sitting around a boring shop all day! My car is so much more comfortable to drive now. I highly recommend anyone reading this to get your windshield done as well. It's an extra $125 but waaaaaayyyyy worth it! They have really light tint that cuts the heat in half! read more

Paul has tinted 2 cars for me, and fortunately, unfortunately, 1 of my cars 3 times (long story short ).
