Based on other reviews, I went out of my way to get to this store. I was in the market for a updated audio set up for my car and these guys had everything figured out, on hand and ready to roll. Super friendly staff from folks up front to folks in the back. A little misunderstanding but they fixed me right up and made the customer first. I appreciate that.

I went to this store twice. First time around was very quick in and out. I was given a speaker mount/adapter that didn't exactly fit and so I went back the next day. Even though the store policy is not to give refunds, they were able to exchange the product without question. My second visit was very helpful. A store representative worked with me at the car for quite a while and made sure the speaker would fit in my car door panel. I wen back home and was able to mount that speaker without issue. This place gets my seal of approval. I even got a call from the owner! :)

I don't know what else to say about this place other than AWFUL. Back in February I had a car brought in to have an amp and sub (my own)wired and installed for $491.00 It sounded good however fast forward to June, I gave the car to my mother-in-law and took out the amp and sub to use in another vehicle. To my surprise, the amp had a huge sheet metal screw driven in through the top to secure the HOT wire! Additionally metal shavings were all over the trunk. Unfortunately, the person who picked up the car for me did not inspect the work. I call up there and speak to someone name Wahud/Walid/Whatever. He say's come on in. I get there and some guy named Josh is there. So I speak to him. He asks me was I sure the amp was not like that when it was brought in. I say absolutely not and showed him pictures. So we discuss compensation. All I really wanted to do was highlight the SHITTY job his guy did. They offer me an amp of equal value and promises to call me the next day or so. I wait 14 days and NO CALL. So I text Wahud/Walid/Whatever and he tells me they'll work on it, blah blah blah and I should call him. At this point I decide to cut my losses and stop wasting my time. If that was their intention to make it right, they would have done so that day instead of backhandedly asserting I brought in a damaged amp. Get this, I only paid 169 bucks from Crutchfield and it was in a Maxima previously. I certainly am not going to damage an amp like that and expect it be used again. Of course I took photos and if I had given them a bad amp, why were there metal shavings in my trunk? Mind you, I don't drive this car much at all. So the idiot who installed it did the cutting while in the car and never had the decency to "hide" his shitty work by cleaning the trunk! I belong to a very large motorcycle club and know a lot of people who like music on their bikes and in their cars. I tell everyone I come in contact with that this place is not the place to go. It's already "off limits" to our MC (over 200 members). All they had to do was replace the amp with one of equal value and specs. I wasn't asking for a "top-of-the-line" replacement. Just make good on what your moron tech screwed up. Needless to say, I will never do business here.

My install was more difficult than they anticipated, and we ran into problems with parasitic drain on the battery.

Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!

He's clear, straightforward, no fluff, but awesome to talk with. We have more in common than not. So I booked the first opening he had the following day. 16 years in business has kept this shop humming, and I quickly saw why. When I arrived, both Randy and Austin were waiting, handling my car with the kind of respect and attention I usually only see from myself. The team moves with confidence, checking details, stepping carefully, careful, calculated, seriously proud of what they do. Beyond tinting, they do full vehicle wraps, and sound system installs. Their tone of care left a huge impression with me. Watching my new 2025 Accord being so thoroughly looked after gave me real peace of mind. I'll be returning. Shoot, I'll be sending as many I know their way too. Gratitude to Randy, Austin and team for treating my car as if it were their own.

The appointment was set for a week later and estimated to take 4 hours. We dropped the car off on Friday morning, and they called 4.5 hours later saying it was ready. When we arrived at 2 PM, it wasn't. The unit turned off with the ignition. After another 3-hour wait, they fixed it by correcting the fuse connection. However, the lens was installed upside down, showing the unit wasn't quality checked. By 4 PM, I took the car with the condition of testing it. An hour later, I called back--the rear camera's view was obstructed by defroster and antenna lines, and the side views only showed the cab. They agreed to move the rear camera outside, but this caused another problem: the gridlines during reverse were a foot off, making parking inaccurate. In the end, I was left with a unit that didn't cover blind spots or back up properly. The $600 dashcam wasn't suitable for my car and shouldn't have been recommended. It seemed they only offered this unit without considering its compatibility with my vehicle. I was told if I wanted those features, I needed to pay for the $1300 version. Their next appt. to remove the device was made 2 weeks out. At that time they refunded the mirror, but not the $400 labor. I cannot in good faith recommend their expertise regarding the products they sell, the labor quality or the salesman tactics of this establishment. Their level of professionalism only lies within their current structure - anything outside the box just "costs more".
