I will start by saying I've had them tint 4 cars in the last 2 years. So I'm a repeat customer at the very least. They scratched my 2023 Honda Accord with only 65 miles on it. The Tint has so many bubbles, and debris as you can see from the pictures. I drove in today, and spoke to Nick who agreed to look at it. To my disappointment instead of owning up to their mistake, and offer a fix he told me he didn't like how I was accusing them of this. I said you are the ones who tinted it so who else's fault would it be. At that time a manager came out again NEVER said sorry I'm here to help what is wrong. Immediately starting being defensive like I was trying to get over on them. I'm like please look at all this damage you can clearly see there is major issue. I never raised my voice I just kept saying how disappointed I was. The manager said we are toobusy and can't do anything about it. Then after about 45 minutes of just trying to get them to fix it. He brought out a tinter who said I don't want you to leave unhappy which I appreciated. He offered to fix it, but then the manager turned to him and said it will be the same right? lol So the tinter said yes it would turn out the same. I said so this is the type of work that is OK to leave your shop now. Then the manager said we can pull the back window cause it is messed up, but we are going to probably damage your back window. I was floored when he said that. I asked well now I just want a refund since you said your gonna damage my car. He said he has to talk to the owner, but "Refunds are never an option". Long story short there are a million other tint companies out there. Do yourself a favor and don't go here!!! I've spent $1,200 with them on 4 cars roughly and I mean nothing to them. You will mean nothing to them as well. I'm giving the owner till Monday to issue me a refund or I will be disputing this charge, and looking into recovering the funds that it will cost me to fix the big scratch on my new car. I was there for over an hour with nothing fixed, and never once did I hear sorry. I'm not some jaded reviewer in fact it has to be considered one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had for me to take the time to even write this review. **Update** Greg the manager called me, and I told him I lost faith at this point and after Ryan his manager said they would most likely damage my car trying to fix it. He asked me to remove my review and would grant me the refund, but had to be cash. Now he decided to slander me, and make false accusations in his reply to me. My wife was with me today and neither of us would ever be aggressive towards another person. True colors of people come out when you shine a light on them. I will just be disputing the charge now, and I hope you all can see the level of customer service you'll receive. I'm absolutely appalled and feel So disappointed that I chose them for my cars. I must've been getting lucky with my other cars. Yelp is also doing an investigation now since the owner offered a refund only if I removed this review. He knows they screwed up bad and even admitted it on the phone. He apologized and really thought I was going to get taken care of. Instead I received the below reply. Like I said before YOUR manager said he spoke with the guy that moved my car and admitted to causing damages, in regards to the repairs the owner did offer to help and pay for the damages but after taking in to a recommended shop by him, the owner BLOCKED my phone number and refused to ever respond to find a solution, upon looking at other reviews I came to find out the owner has a tendency to run and hide when his employees cause damages to other vehicles, in regards to my car being a 2013, I actually took it into the FORD dealership the same day after I took it to his recommended shop to verify if there were transmission recalls which I was told there is not. I did try to go through my insurance so that neither of us would have to pay for any damages done, however given the circumstances they wouldn't cover it. The owner is a joke and a scam. read more

While waiting for my job to be completed, I spent some serious time talking with Ted and going over the nerdy details of car audio, how crossovers work, settings techniques, etc. I'm an audio engineer by hobby and I can verify that this dude knows his stuff.
