David is super professional and he has been tinting all my business vans and personal cars since they opened shop I also have slingshot Polaris that he will be installing my sub woofer and amp. I will never go anywhere else because they use high end products and at a reasonable price

Would not recommend. Paid almost $700 and realized the tint wasn't covering the back seats windows. Light is leaking through the edge of each window. Tried a new place due to being out of town. Super disappointed.

Friendly service and quality product but not so fast. Promised a quick turn around over the phone (1.5 hours), they added a half hour to the quoted time when I arrived for my appointment and it turned out to be an additional two hours on top of that (3 and a half hours total). Disappointed that the surprise I planned for my fiancé didn't go as planned as he had to pick me up from the place because I couldn't wait any longer....he was happy but not surprised. And we were both late for work. :( read more

I learned a lesson today. Always get the name of someone you speak with over the phone so you can refer back to your conversation with them. This passed Saturday after purchasing a new car I phoned tint world who was nice enough to set up an appointment with me for Wednesday. The gentleman on the phone also quoted me a price of $250 for what I wanted done, in this case window tinting including the windshield. After speaking with them today to ask if they had any openings I was told to come on in, however there was no appointment for me even logged for Wednesday so no need to worry about cancelling that one. Upon arriving and reiterating my previous conversation, I was looked at like I had 3 heads when I again wanted to confirm the $250 price point. I was told $259 for the vehicle Windows plus another $180 for the windshield alone. Waste of my time and in my opinion poor business etiquette. Not saying they don't do good work, just saying my experience was frustrating and it was a lesson learned. read more

Had a great experience with Tint America in West Palm Beach. I had to the pleasure to work with Pete and he was great. He and the staff did a great job installing my new stereo system in my car. It was done quickly and well. I did go back to have them make one change to the system. Pete took care of it immediately and without charge. Often, the initial contact with a business goes well but going back a second time for changes or fixes is not quite as satisfying. That was not the case with Tint World. I would highly recommend them. read more

Just got my Mercedes tinted here. All windows look perfect!! Bryan Baum is great. He has been the only car audio installer I have allowed to work on any of my cars. I have followed him wherever he has worked over the last 10-15 years. He is now at Tint World West Palm Beach. My car's roof had a leak and had been sitting for two months, without me realizing it was leaking. When I needed to start driving it again, I saw that it was full of mold...all over the leather seats, door panels, seat belts, everywhere. I needed it detailed right away, so I could start driving it again. I called around for prices and some of the places couldn't get me in for a week! I saw the video on Tint World's web site. They showed a special ozone cleaner that cleans the air in the vehicle. Although, the price I was quoted for the detail was quite a bit higher than some of the other places, David was able to get me in the next morning. If my car didn't have the "special needs", I would have expected a little better detailing on the exterior, but I know most of the time had to be spent on the interior, because of the severe mold, so it was acceptable that the outside wasn't perfect. You never know what to expect from a young guy in a baseball cap, but David was super polite and professional, both on the phone and in person. He looked me right in the eyes the entire time he spoke to me, which gave me confidence in the work he would do on my vehicle. David's knowledge of the amount of time and work it would take to get the mold out, made me realize that some of the other places that quoted me less, might have changed their price when they actually saw it. I will definitely recommend Tint World for detailing and I'll go back again, myself. Thanks David!!! read more

I was referred to they from Maserati of Palm Beach. Im so happy I went there. I had my new Maserati tinted, chrome delete, tinted the taillights and had a escort radar detector installed. They where excellent, went over every option showed me what we can do and how it would be done. Spent lots of time with me and made sure to answer any questions I had. I will not go anywhere else ever for any vehicle modification. Its very hard to find customer service these day, but hands down you will receive it here! read more

Went in on Saturday October 29th to get a quote which was fairly reasonable. Needless to say I was in and out in less than 20mins. When the service guy told me 20mins in my mind I was like yea right. But it was done and looked good. I would recommend anyone to this place, waiting area was nice and clean and the displays were impressive. read more

Tint World people are crooks. They fixed my rim damage competently but destroyed the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) which cost a lot to repair. Despite agreeing to pay for the repair, when it came time to follow thru they claimed that they didn't do the damage. It worked fine going in and rattled like a child's toy coming out, but they gave me a song and dance how I caused the problem. read more

I recently went in to get my tint done and my review is for the initial visit and condition of the car afterwards. I was quoted a much lower price on the phone or maybe I misheard the price but when I said it was a little high I got the whole spiel about why it is higher. I was about to leave and the guy said that he would go lower and I was happy but his attitude seemed off like he was not happy that I haggled the price. I was more than happy to go somewhere else. I wasn't haggling to get a discount. I got a quote that was cheaper but ended up with them since I was there and I wanted to get it done. After my keys were dropped off it took 10-15 minutes for them to come and allow me to pay. When I asked the guy if someone could cash me out his face showed attitude. When I go home I noticed the inside/outside windows had streaks all over and the inside of the doors were very dirty. The car was about a month old so I was pretty pissed off that they would give me the car in a poor condition after paying a lot of money for the service. They are rude and unprofessional and obviously I would never set foot in there again. read more

Before paying, I politely explained to the gate attendant that my new vehicle had some road salt on it (I was in Michigan 2 days ago) and asked if it would be possible to run it through a second time if needed to ensure everything was removed. The attendant was friendly and helpful and told me, "Sure, no problem man -- we're here to help." Great! Based on that assurance, I purchased the highest-tier wash for $30. After the wash, I was still worried about salt residue (as one should) and came around for the rewash that had been discussed beforehand. That's when things took a turn. The site manager (or assistant manager) immediately became dismissive and antagonistic, challenging me with comments like "Where do you see salt?" rather than addressing the request that had already been approved before I paid. To add insult to injury, the "rewash" I was eventually sent through was just the most basic wash -- despite the fact that I had paid for the top-tier $30 package in the first place. It was an unnecessary confrontation over a simple and reasonable request. No paying customer should be made to feel like they have to defend themselves just to receive the service that was already agreed to. The contrast between the polite gate attendant and the unprofessional behavior from management was striking. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude completely undermined what should have been a straightforward customer service interaction. Very disappointing experience, especially for a business that should understand that basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The gate attendant understood customer service. The site manager clearly did not. It's amazing how quickly a straightforward, polite request can turn into a needlessly adversarial interaction when someone in charge decides they'd rather argue with a customer than simply honor what was already promised.

So, I got a new F150 4dr and wanted to get my windows last week tinted in a hurry. So I shopped around and I found most places couldn't take me for at least a week plus out. That and everything was very expensive. Then I came across Tint world in WPB off Okee. Not only were they cheaper but gave me an appointment around my schedule in just two days. The guy that took care of me, Brian, was awesome. Not sure if he was the manager but every time I had a question he stopped whatever he was doing to talk to me. I noticed they had four bays and were all full. Even saw some custom work being done to a SUV that looked bad@$$. It looked like they were installing three or four TV's and were fiber glassing the dash, def not just you average tint shop. Brian showed me that the TV's and the lights of the SUV could all be hooked up to a cell phone and remote. Time was starting to go by and I was getting super worried if I was gonna be out in time to pick up my daughter from elementary school. Next thing I knew Brian told me my truck was ready. I anticipated to be there for two to three hours and I was out in an hour and a half, maybe less. I was so please that I gave a $20 tip. The way I see it is I prob saved that and got the job done all before the weekend. I have OCD and the lines are clean and most importantly, no bubbles. Thanks Tint World and Brian.... Peter and his staff did an amazing job! I have had other high end vehicles with 3M Paint Protection and Tint placed by another well recognized auto detail facility and Tint World's results are far superior! I had my new Tesla P85D fully tinted and 3M Protection applied and the finished product was outstanding. Peter also installed an aftermarket NVX Tesla Subwoofer/Amplifier and integrated the system perfectly with the Tesla interface. Finally, he hardwired an Escort Pasport Max 2 radar detector and the installation was flawless. I picked up the vehicle detailed and thoroughly cleaned. At first I was hesitant about having modifications to a 100k+ vehicle however Peter and Tint World's results astounded me. I would recommend Tint World to anybody who is looking for aftermarket tinting/paint protection/electric upgrades to his or her luxury vehicle. read more

Had the backup camera on my 2017 Subaru that stopped working after some routine service on the car by an auto repair facility. Last year had a similar issue after the guys who did the original 3rd party stereo install messed everything up and couldn't get it right. I took the car to Subaru for service and the camera stopped working and they said it wasn't their fault. I went to Tint World to get the stereo fixed and the backup camera. They got it everything fixed. Based on this experience, I went back to Tint World West Palm Beach and they got me going again. read more

Tint World did a fantastic job on my M440i. Got Matte PPF with clear PPF accent pieces, the windshield tinted (side windows were done factory), and ceramic coating. Could not be happier with the service throughout or the finished product! Khan, just upgraded my kia soul & put the shadetree so call window tinterd to shame, i see how they they sell anything to pay rent w/o quality, but khan oh khan, tighten me perfectly, im cooloer now w/warranty that couldn't be provided frkm the other shops.
