I left and went home and didn't realize I got the Spicy Salmon Hand Roll (a wrapper cone with the salmon inside; doesn't have rice). Called thinking they had made a mistake and explained to the owner who then comped me. The owner calls back and then explains that because it was my fault they wouldn't comp me. I called again after reviewing their online menu to confirm and explain how it was confusing and was offered to be comped after I pointed out a price difference. I declined as I probably won't be back. Just felt like the manager/owner could have at least sympathized with having to drive 20 minutes there/back again ‍
