Very dissatisfied. 1. Parents are not allowed to go in with their children. 2. They make you sign a consent for "hug blanket" for treatment - it is not a blanket. It is a heavy jacket with Velcro restraints for wrist, waist and legs. 3. They make you sign a consent for physical restraining your child's head 4. When I asked them to please do not use physical restraint, they said "then we won't do the treatment". There should be more options when treating children other than restraints. 5. When they explained the treatment to my kid they told her "it's a scary and very painful procedure". 6. My daughter said Dr Patel yelled at her during treatment saying "you're going to have to work with me or else you're going to make this worse for all of us" Unethical, disgusted, unprofessional, and uncaring. this is a kids dental office and they don't know how to work with children. read more

If I could give zero stars perhaps negative stars that would be great, I've been coming to this offices since my kids were little, the question to myself why do I keep coming here if the service is horrible, today I made the decision of not ever coming back, the two front staff is horrible they have horrible skills, I believe there's a place to joke around and they working hours meaning give the patients the respect they deserve, secondly they always schedule appointments and they don't respect our time, they should think we have a life and we schedule on our day off, and for them to every single time we come, come out with a bullshit excuse to be called in late, they either say low on staff assistant or doctors, every single time! Minimum wait it's 2 hours!!! It never fails, they rush the work, and do not clean the teeth, they take X-rays polish the teeth without scaling the teeth of the child when it needs to be done, how are they going to polish/prophy the teeth when the teeth are dirty, & when the patient needs treatment they could care less about your child, they want to do everything the same visit, they do not care about your time, your child, horrible office, they talk their chisme and when they ready they call you to sign the paper work. I'm updating my review, because when I took my kids for their dental check up they said neither one needed treatment, well, they didn't diagnose that my son had a gum problem, & had a broken filling, he ended up going to the ER for his gum problem of how severe it was, lidocaine was given, which is a anesthetic rinse, & a different medication. I took him to a new dental office which I truly recommend they are the opposite of this office, they did the cleaning, X-rays, exam, and did the broken filling he had, we gladly scheduled an appointment for his six months check up, but let me tell you I did call the dental office this one here tiny tots, and explained the situation and let me tell you one of the billers was rude and careless the owner dentist said he will not reimburse the insurance, he wanted my son to return to his horrible nightmare office for a real cleaning, a cleaning he should of gotten properly when he was scheduled for his routine check up,.. read more

If I am giving it 1 star is because I have too! Without thinking about it if I could I would rate it a negative. My daughter has been coming here since she was small. Her first visit ever was very good I had no complains (reason why I came back even after moving to Riverside). The visits after that just kept getting worse and worse though the years. The time my daughter remembers was when she was restrained for treatment for no reason! Being in the Medical Field i have always talked to my daughter prior to appointments to make sure she has an idea on what is going to happen. I also do not like that I am not allowed to be in the room with her. The last time she was seen in February 2019 my daughter refused to go in the room by herself. The Dental Assistant told her mom cannot go in with you my daughter then told her well I will not go in unless my mom can. At that point I was able to go into the room and stayed for the whole procedure. At this time I decided it was time I found another dentist that my daughter was comfortable going to. Lucky for me I found Children Dental World in Fontana (closer to home), and whom which my daughter loves. I also changed because trying to get an appointment has become such a mission. They never answer and when I try leaving a message the mailbox is always full. I also have been trying to call because obviously at this point I have changed my daughter to Children Dental World and still NO ANSWER AND MAILBOX IS STILL FULL! I do not recommend this office at all. But like I mentioned I am glad I found a new office that will treat my daughter with care. And that I am allowed to be in the room for everything. read more

I've been here a few times with my kids. Girls are very friendly upon check in and work well with the kids. The only thing that seems to concern me is the the amount of work wanting to be done at 1 time. I asked the assistant if it would be a good idea to do 10 treatments in 1 visit. Her response was "yes she's old enough". I of course opted out of it and the actual dentist says it was a very good decision as she would not have done it in the first place. I'm not sure why they think having so much work at one time is ok but PARENTS keep an eye out and don't sit in the waiting room while your kids come in. Also... keep an eye on the assistants as they come in and out of the room open doors using the same gloves. I hope this helps to improve customer satisfaction! read more

When calling this dentist for information about parents being allowed in the room with the children because it was my sons first visit, the person who answered the phone said they allowed only one parent to go inside with them.. once I made my appointment for my son's dental work they were about to start treatment when they told me I couldn't be in the room with him.. I was very upset that wrong formation was given to me. Specially because my son has ASD and I was already nervous about how he was going to react to the lights and loud noise and I wanted to be there for support but since I was given the wrong info I wasn't allowed to be there.. other than that the staff was really nice but I felt taken back for the short notice of not being able to be in the room because they failed to give the proper information. read more

WORST PLACE EVER. Never take your children there especially your toddlers! They think kids won't talk and they do. I remember being here last year a child was left alone his mom had left while her child was being treated, when he got out he had to wait for his irresponsible mom in the lobby he was about 6 or 7 years old I believe they pulled some teeth from that child he was in pain and bleeding a lot from his mouth he was scared and crying cause when he got out his mom wasnt there. So one of the ladies that work there came out and told the kid that if he didnt stop crying she would take him back in and pull more teeth out scarrying the child even more. She was so desperate for him to be quiet she told him several times to be quiet or else! That poor baby was so terrified! I believe she could of handled it differently. They dont care about your children here i also dont like that we cant go in the room with our kids! I tried making an appointment for my kids all december and no one ever answered! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN! They don't allow you to be in the room while your child is being treated. They overbook, make you wait 3+ hours to be treated and then they don't finish the work in the same visit. Not to mention horrible service by the extremely overweight receptionist. I seen a lot of negative reviews about this place so I actually even cancelled my appointment but then decided tiny tots try. Today was my first visit with my 4 year old daughter Aubrey I've been to 3 different dental places chino hills, Ontario, and upland and I was very upset about every place so definitely skeptical about this place. I read I had to wait 3 hours! And i couldn't be in with my child while she had her visit. First of all I wasn't even done with the paper work when they called us in. Her name started with and A can't remember it but she took X-rays of my daughter and was very patient with her normally my daughter freaks out at dental appointments because of previous experiences. They did let me know some Doctors prefer the parent not be present during proceeders but I definitely want to be there so they set me up with a doctor that does allow that. I will definitely be back to tiny tots and keep updating on my visits. read more

Dont bring your kids here. They ask you to sign a waiver to strap your child down in the "hugging blanket" plus additional restraint of an assistant holding your childs head in place. They also use something called a mouthdrop which keeps your child from closing their mouth but if it moves the wrong way it can cause them to choke. I took my first child here and she was traumatized for a long time after treatment. So when I decided to bring my 2nd child here I said no to all of those restraint methods and since they dont let you be in the room while your child is getting treatment i found out afterwards that they used the mouthdrop anyway even after I signed a paper which refused the use of it. The dentist also told my kid "dont cry because if you cry we will do it all over again" this place is just trash and I will never be returning here. I understand that some kids will just not sit through necessary treatment but they dont even give the child a chance to get comfortable and go straight to using that straight jacket they call the hugging blanket, the whole time you're there you can hear screams of children sounding like they're being murdered.
