He gave me an accurate ETA and checked in with me again once he was 10 minutes away. I couldn't get my car in neutral to move it for easy tow pick up. RJ is literally my hero!! I was stuck at a gas station. I have a broken ankle and locked my keys, wallet, AND CRUTCHES in the car so literally couldn't move anyway or do anything. I called AAA and had waited over an hour for a call saying someone would be on their way. At that point I got fed up, called back and they said it would be another HOUR. So I said hell no, called Pop a lock and another locksmith company, both an hour wait and was on hold for so long. When I called Tip Tows I got almost an immediate answer, and he told me 15-20 minutes. He literally arrived 7 MINUTES after I called and I had my keys in hand within 45 seconds. Definitely didn't mind paying the $100 to get speedy service! I had homework due online and was able to complete it on time AND make it to my plans afterwards without being late. The quality of service and professionalism that I received yesterday (25Jun24) was BEYOND a five star rating, more like a 10. To begin with, the driver had to do a lot of maneuvering to get my car out of it's parking space. My ultimate problem we believed was my key FOB. Although I had some physical restrictions, my driver ensured that I got into the truck safely. After getting another battery for the FOB, it worked for a minute and quite. It seemed everything was going downhill from there. But Garret (I hope this is his real name, because that is the name that came up on my phone) made the suggestion to just deliver me and the car to the car dealership and get the issue solved there. My mind was not thinking that clearly. When we got there he made sure that I exited his truck safely. The sales representative at the dealership even commented to me later how professional and concerning he was.
