I came here to get my nails done and within 2 days, one broke When I came back to have it fixed, I was charged $5 for the repair, which was already frustrating but what really got me was that another customer was in there complaining about the exact same issue. Clearly, this isn't a one off situation. During my repair, the technician (I believe Both 14..who is either the owner or manager) literally walked out mid-service to go smoke a cigarette no explanation, no hand-off, nothing. Just left me sitting there. After waiting, I had to ask if someone was going to finish my nail. Eventually, another tech stepped in just to paint it. The whole experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and honestly rude. I tipped 20% on my original service, and it clearly meant nothing in terms of quality or customer care. I understand now why this place has so many bad reviews. The service is subpar at best. There are plenty of nail shops in the area--save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. read more

I went here February and I have receipts and all the stores have videos of me coming out of the shop, these people gave me a bad infection on my thumb to where my nail may have to come off and I have to this work. I went on 10/8/25 for the first time to get a pedicure.... Worst pedicure ever!!!! I told the man I didn't want the razor used on my feet so he said ok I closed my eyes to relax and he was draining the water out. So I asked why he didn't use the foot scrubber. !!! My feet were extremely dry and ashy. Very disappointing and I will never go back! My polish was also horrible! People please beware!!! read more

It was my first time at this place. I got a regular pedi with regular polish and fill in with no chip. Prices were comparable to the area. As it is new, it was very clean. I went during the early afternoon so there was not a lot of people but as I was leaving the pace picked up. Pedicures start at $30 for regular and go up with different extras you may like. If you like no chip on your toes it is an additional $15-not for me but hey, knock yourself out! Gel fill in started at $35 with no chip polish. I actually liked how my fingernails were done-not giving a name as I want to keep him for when I need him! I am sure there are others that are just as good or to your liking. Shaped well and the colors of polish are plentiful. Lots of jars for the powder type if you like that. Unprofessional, cold and unwelcoming. I arrived to have one nail fixed. 3-4 Technicians were hanging out in front of the store. As I approached the door, 1 entered and allowed the door to slam in my face. I was not properly greeted just flatly asked what I needed. After relaying what I needed, the same technician placed my finger in acetone to soak the dip off and went back outside to loiter in front of the business. He came back a while later, started working on my mail but stopped to laugh and talk in his cell while I waited. The repair was fine but service was horrible!!!!! read more

Ugh! I hate to do it....So I came here a few days ago and got black NO CHIP polish. 2 days later it started to peel off badly. Mind you, I was home in bed sick for those days so there was no activity that should have caused it to chip. I go back to get a polish change because I have a week long Cali trip coming up the next day. I let them know the issue. I really didn't care if they charged me or not (which most people would being that it chipped 2 days later) I simply just wanted a polish change. Whoever the Tony guy is.....was so rude! I'm super patient and compassionate and even give grace knowing people can just have a bad day but the guy was COLD. He wouldn't help me with finding the no chips polishes. He just kept flinging his finger and repeating "cover there" as he sit in his chair with his arms cross. Sir....get up and help me. I've only been here once before. It was to the point a customer stepped in and said "let me help". Even still I was polite. As he's doing my nails I'm constantly telling him thank you for repolishing them and ....... He gives SILENCE. My manners are on point. I'm a "please and thank you so much girl". Even with his RUDE & cold attitude, he Atleast didn't charge for the polish change, but look at the job! The man just didn't care. He drilled the polish off, dusted them and applied the polish. No wash of my hands, No cuticle oil, no anything. Polish on the sides of my fingers. Just dry, crusty and honestly I wouldn't be surprise if this chips soon as well. It has a bubbly look and the application isn't the smoothest. Even with the POOR service I still gave him $7 as his TIP for doing them (basically 75% of what a polish change should cost anyway) As I walk out I say "Thank you again so much, I really appreciate it".......again SILENCE! As a person with a business, I will never fathom how people can have a business yet be so rude and act as though WE are a annoyance to THEM! Especially in THIS ECONOMY! Getting your nails done is a luxury and if a person pick YOUR spot be thankful and give them a great experience. I think they forget there is literally a nail salon on every corner, If it wasn't for THEIR mistake I wouldn't have returned. It's a nice spot....aesthetic wise.....and you may be safe with a pedicure. but the service is horrible from Tony (the guy to your right when you first walk in) The original lady who did my nails was nice, it just was a bad paint job. I was even humming Christmas songs they were playing to make him Atleast feel more chill and let him know...."listen, I'm in a good mood" but No....he still was cold! If you DO go, Atleast make sure they keep you under the UV for a good time or else you'll be back 3 days later. And if your gonna RUN a business or work for a company Atleast be WARM....Welcoming. Best pedicure I've had in years! I went to Ro... seriously so good! And then my nails were perfect with a little direction. I couldn't just show them a picture, I kinda had to coach them through what to do but it worked out fine. I went to Johnathan, so I don't know how everyone else was. But he was so patient and made sure the nails looked exactly how I wanted them which is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a nail shop. I would definitely recommend this place. I paid $90 for a no-chip fill in along with a no chip pedicure. My nails got a simple design as well so I don't know how much everything costed separately, but I felt it was reasonable! read more

I don't usually leave a review but at this shop they have a sign that says to text a number if you had a bad experience which I did but no one even bothered to respond to my text so now this review is definitely necessary. This was my very first time at this shop and my experience was horrible. I came in for a no chip pedicure and no chip fill in. Venti did my pedicure and he was great. Nina did my nails and her service was absolutely horrible. When she asked if I wanted a cut down I specifically asked her if I cut my nails a little shorter would I still be able to keep my coffin shape and she said yes. While she was filing I kept telling her this was not coffin but she kept insisting that it was. My nails look egg shaped not coffin and some are not even. Horrible file job! She filed my nails so hard that she cut my index finger which still hurts even today. She didn't even apologize and she definitely was not nice at all. My experience with her was all around bad and I am not happy with my nails at all. As I stated this was my first visit at this business and this was not a good first impression. When I texted them my concerns like they instructed on their sign, they didn't even care enough to respond. Terrible quality of service and very poor attention to detail. The nail techs poorly and incorrectly filed my nails, making them uneven. The aggressive filing caused my cuticles to bleed. The techs' nail polishing was very poor and looked like an amateur painted my nails. The no-chip polish chipped in just 2 days and peeled off entirely by day 5. This was a complete waste of money, and I won't be returning or recommending this place to others. I got my pedicure and gel manicure redone elsewhere, by real nail professionals. read more

My experience with Tony was not ideal. Simply put, he's good until he's not. A few times my nails chipped within 1-2 days. Seemed to happen when he was rushing. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt; however, one occurrence, I returned to show him my nails and he had me wait for an hour, only to raise his voice and tell me he wasn't going to fix them. I paid $100 with tip and did not deserve the Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, gel nails with no chip should last at least 2 weeks... For those still interested in giving them a try, I suggest trying Lisa. She sits on the left hand side. Haven't seen much of her work but her attitude is pleasant and she takes her time! Horrible horrible horrible, they kept pulling our cuticles to the point where my friend was bleeding. No apology whatsoever. Be careful as I also did not seen any nail licenses from these two. I have been going here since they first opened and I have always had a wonderful experience with two nail techs. I came this week and they have two new younger nail techs that I have never seen before and it was a horrendous experience. A nail tech asking for reviews while doing the services gives you everything you need to know. Came in this week for a pedicure and full set. I was serviced by a nail tech named Daniel. First off, he completed my pedicure in less than 15 minutes. Never cut my cuticles. In fact he didn't even remove my polish all the way. This younger girl was doing this women's deluxe pedicure and she was seated after me and she was done before me. A deluxe pedicure is something that should be relaxing, not something that is completed less than 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. When he was doing my full set, I was so annoyed. He kept asking me to give him a review and "stars". The other nail tech named Tony was also doing the same thing. What kind of nail tech does this? So unprofessional. Sloppy job considering the price I paid. Will never be going back to Daniel or the owners Tony and Nina! read more

Awful service. The cashier didn't speak politely even though I did. When they made me sit the desk wasn't clean I had no room to put my hands somewhere. The man that did my job spoke so rude and make me still sit in the unpleasant spot with me having to get up from one steak to another when there was a seat were he could move.
