We were a party of four friends, visiting for an evening of drinks and conversation last Friday. We sat ourselves and the waitress was very friendly. She reluctantly explained the QR ordering system (sounds like she's heard complaints about this before) and brought us Singo cards as well as a little lamp for the table. That's the end of what went well. From there we all placed our orders: 3 mixed drinks including my "tipsy water" and a beer. The tipsy water is their version of a classic ranch water (3 ingredients - Blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, and Topo Chico). Their menu confirmed these are the ingredients of their "tipsy water". When our drinks arrived, I took the first sip of my drink and it was awful! It tasted like pure salt, missing carbonation, and tasted NOTHING like a ranch water. I had my friends all taste it as well to ensure it wasn't just me. They all agreed that this did not taste as it should and recommended I send it back (which I have never done with a drink before in my life). The waitress was so sweet to oblige and took my drink back to the bar from our table. She returned with an other tipsy water which tasted the exact same. She asked if it tasted better and I unfortunately had to say no. I had already thought about what I'd order instead, a standard vodka and Diet Coke (easy to not mess up) but wasn't given that opportunity. Instead our very kind waitress told me that the "manager" "bartender" had instructed her to not tell me, but she refused to make us anymore mixed drinks. No explanation. My husband asked to have the manager come to our table. Haley (the name given) arrived at the table and we introduced ourselves. I shared that my drink did not taste like any ranch water I've had before. She stated that several other customers had not had an issue with their drinks that night. I asked if she'd said she wouldn't make us anymore mixed drinks. She said she had not said that. I shared that the waitress had told us that and then Haley said, "did you hear those words come out of my mouth". I asked her if she was calling our very kind and pregnant waitress a liar? Haley then confrontationally asked if we wanted to have the waitress come over and say that in front of her. Of course I said, no! I would not be responsible for her getting in trouble for sharing the truth. The next part was the truly unbelievable. Haley then proceeded to reveal that she'd made the drink but they were out of Topo Chico, which no one had shared beforehand. I have no idea what they substituted for that crucial ingredient, but it was awful. Haley defended herself, the drink, and her comment and finally revealed she didn't even make the drink correctly. The entire interaction Haley was escalating the situation versus diffusing, as a manager should do. I finished by asking who the manager was. Haley said she was. I asked who the owner was. Haley said she was. I informed Haley I'd be leaving a review then and we would be leaving. We paid and left the tip in cash for our sweet waitress (who I hope received it). It was a truly shocking encounter. We left and determined not to let Haley ruin our night, found another bar and had several well made ranch waters. We will never return to this bar. read more

Came in on Friday night stood the front where the sign said wait to be seated. I guess I can take a little blame on this because at the very bottom of their sign, says you can set at bar and wait to be seated. So I went to the bar with the exact same kind of service I got from the sign.. at no point did anybody acknowledge me say hi ask me what I wanted which are pretty much a typical things in any kind of customer service I've ever dealt with in my 33 years of doing the same thing. I've seen them advertise different espresso martinis. They had a Mardis Gras drink menu with a NOLA espresso martini. It was fantastic. Very clean bar. The bartenders were great. Very friendly and engaged. Met some new friends and had a good time. read more

I finally went to the new location of Tipsy Island. I met Haley and Belle. What a great place. The patio and patio view will be my go to when the weather is not being bipolar there are so many drink options plus bar snacks/food. I will be planning to go to a karaoke night as they start at 7p! They use a QR menu which is fine but then you have to order from the app and put your name and credit card into the app. Charged 20% if you pay with the app. We paid cash. The app was not user friendly at all. It seemed the staff was frustrated with the while app situation too. I felt bad for them. They spent more time explaining how to use it than if they would have taken the order. We won't be back. Too many other places to go to deal with all that. read more

This place is truly a gem in the Mustang/Yukon area! They have such a huge array of flavors and the inside is such a fun vibe! The environment is clean and well-decorated, making for a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere to socialize with friends. A pleasant place for a girl's night out, seeing as it has a 'feminine' aesthetic and vibe. I do have a few complaints however. The prices for shots were not listed on the menu and I had to ask more than twice how much each shot was. I got the response of, "the price varies depending on which shot you order." Finally, the third time asking, I was told a shot will be $6-$6.75. Next, and as other customers have warned, they don't put much alcohol in the beverages. I was there for 2 and a half hours and left only feeling a little tipsy. I had 1 drink, 4 shots, and a margarita flight, which was all a little over $50. (Including tip) Lastly, they don't serve food. A minor complaint, but still would have enjoyed a small snack with my beverages. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to get more than tipsy and party. I would recommend this place if you're wanting to drink and socialize without getting too drunk. read more

Bored rainy Friday night so my brother and I decided to head to JoJo's on Mustang road. As we were walking up we passed by a new spot called "Tipsy Island Margarita Lounge" so we thought we'd stop in for a drink. It was a great choice!! This place is very neat. It's a chill atmosphere with over. 12 margarita flavors, good music and comfortable seating. The staff is super friendly and the drinks are delicious! I high recommend trying this place out if you're wanting to get out of the house but don't want it to be a crazy night. 10/10 for me. read more

Tipsy Island is a new addition to the bar scene in W. OKC/Yukon/Mustang. From the moment you walk into Tipsy Island, you feel like you have stepped into a bar that would be found in downtown OKC or any metropolitan area. The vibe is comfortable and welcoming. There are plenty of tables to sit, or you can choose to sit at the tiki-style bar. Tipsy specializes in frozen beverages but does have liquor and beer. I ordered a cola-type frozen beverage which was delicious. These frozen beverages are not wine-based but liquor-based, which is different from the other to-go margarita bars in the metro. Another plus of this location is that it is a no-smoking establishment. There is no food offered, but you can order from Bella's, which is located in the same strip mall. This is a perfect place for a night out with a boyfriend/husband or a girls' night. read more

This place is super super cute the staff is just as friendly. The drinks taste amazing. Only complaint I would ever have is that they're more slushy drinks than alcohol. I don't drink very often, so I'm an extremely lightweight person when it comes to alcohol. There just isn't enough in these drinks for the price, but I promise you they taste amazing!!
