Inside the beautiful hotel. Has live music and tasty food. There are tables and a bar to sit at. Good menus snd appetizers. Gets crowded but makes for a fun atmosphere .

I'm sorry, not sorry but I don't get the charm of this place. I mean, does it have potential? Yes. is the charming old man playing the red piano iconic to the hotel? Yes. I've been here twice now and it's loud, cold, and uncomfortable. We were watching football and asked to have one TV switched over to the game but we were told something about it being stuck on this cable shopping channel. This isn't a Motel 6... The wait staff are perfect. They seem to help each other out and it seems like it's one big, happy team. We ordered food because we are celebrating New Year's Eve. This is the second time I've eaten here and been completely unsatisfied. We got the cauliflower appetizer and it was actually phenomenal. Perfectly breaded and fried. Sriracha dusting and drizzled sauce made the perfect complements. But my friend's main meal and my main meal left so much to be desired. My friend must've put three or four teaspoons of salt on hers. Mine tasted like a lean cuisine out of the box. Actually, the lean cuisine would've had more taste and been a whole lot cheaper!!! I used salt, pepper and then I had to ask for Sriracha sauce and red pepper flakes. I doused my meal and to bring it up to mediocre. So sad....

Paramsean and Truffel fried Okra. It was very good.

Went to the Red Piano last Thursday for drinks and appetizers. It's a lovely venue in the Skirven Hotel. It was crowded with what appeared to be after work groups, but we were lucky and snagged a table. It has a nice vibe and is fun. It is a bit noisy with the music and conversations. The appetizer menu is limited. We enjoyed the Red Piano and will go back.

Interesting place to visit. Ambiance was a bit louder than expected, drinks were way to iced down, and overall it would not be something I would recommend to my travel community. I had to revise my original post and omit my professional opinion. I am keeping the basics as I see fit.

Since we were staying at the Skirvin, and the air was getting frosty outside, it seemed natural to try the Red Piano for drinks and a bite. The space is warm and intimate, and our visit featured a singing pianist who, well, excelled at being a pianist. A server said we could seat ourselves "if we could find a spot". We indeed found a table in the back, and awaited a visit from the server. It took a bit, but she was friendly and attentive once she arrived. On the drinks front, we tried the signature Red Piano and a cranberry martini. Upon sampling, both were very tasty, but my GF and I decided to swap, with me taking the martini. The Red Piano featured rum, pomegranate liqueur, and cranberry juice, and it was definitely befitting the name in color, a beautiful moderate red. For food, we decided on the weekly flatbread featuring chicken, red onions, luscious cheese, and a wonderful crust. It was definitely a nice dish. Following that, we selected the "fancy mac and cheese", which consisted of cavatelli pasta, roasted chicken, smoked gouda, and poblano cream. It was a fairly good mac and cheese plate, although it would have been better if the chicken were in smaller chunks and better distributed through the pasta. Overall ambiance was classy, with a moderate noise level, and there are some TVs near the bar if you want to keep tabs on your favorite sports. A nice place to visit, even better if you're already staying in the hotel!

I'm so happy we stayed at this hotel and we got to hang out at this beautiful bar. I had a perfectly crafted Aperol Spritz that I'd come back for again. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and service.

This place really set the mood for my stay at the Skirven Hotel. A little pricey but what do you expect inside a nice hotel. The in-house entertainment was ok for being a 3-piece acoustic set. All-in-all was a good time.

Husband and I stopped in here to get a drink after an event Thursday night. I'm such a girl as I always tend to notice the decor. Loved it! Marble tables leather studded chairs it just goes along with the decor of this vintage historical hotel! Service was great we had melody who was friendly and very attentive. She asked us three times how we were as we sipped on our drinks. Their drink selection was great also had everything from stiff scotches for the men to fruity Caribbean drinks for the girls. I was shocked at how reasonable their drink prices were also! My cocktail was only $6.50 I'd figure it being in a nice hotel it would have been at least double that. Overall it was a nice relaxing little piano bar that isn't loud smokey and super busy definitely would recommend it for a drink to just relax and unwind!

Amy is a great bartender, drinks are good and not severely overpriced. Only 4 stars because the food is mediocre and expensive.

We visited expecting the wine tasting that's advertised on google, just to find out it's been discontinued years ago. Disappointed.

Humidor: It's small, but everything in stock is top shelf. Well stocked also. Staff is very helpful in finding what you're looking for and making recommendations. 10% off for military, vets, and first responders (cigars only). You can smoke on site, which is getting rare these days. Bar & staff: Nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, chatty (if you want that) and make the best Old Fashioned I've ever had. 3 different bartenders, 3 old fashioneds, all amazing. I told them they need to have a "mix off" for bragging rights. They're considering it. If Old Fashioned isn't for you, very wide selection of top shelf liquor, wine, and beer. Wanna play "Stump the Bartender"? I dare you. They'll know how to make it. Atmosphere: Lots of locals and a few visitors like me. Very welcoming. Told me a lot about the city and made me feel welcome. Definitely not a snooty "you're not from here," vibe. They welcomed me as one of their own. Not a sports bar, per se, but the games were on the one TV, which is fine with me. No kitchen on site. If you need food before your liquor, eat beforehand. Bottom line: My go to place in OKC. Should be yours also. Miss y'all already. Hope to be back soon.

By the time we left the place was nearly full. Arbolada is a great neighborhood bar. Located in a historical building it is charming and cozy. A wonderful bar to have drinks with a small menu to satisfy your appetite. I ordered an Old fashion and Jan ordered an expresso martini. The happy hour prices for the old fashion was $7. The expresso martini is not a happy hour option. It was $12, and it was excellent. I never order them, but always taste Jan's. This was the best expresso martini I've ever tasted. For food I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It was good and I enjoyed it, but I'm not a fan of chicken salad with grapes in it. Jan ordered a hamburger that was very good.. we shared an order of pimento cheese fries that were excellent. The prices are good, the noise low. The atmosphere fun and relaxed.
