They have 5 different pedi options I believe and my go-to is the usually the cocktail pedi for $35 in which you get a sugar scrub. I go for the tangerine scrub and it smells so good. I also enjoy a cocktail while I relax in the massaging chair. They have mimosas starting at $9 and wine starting at $8 along with beer for $4 and up. The staff is always friendly. They even have a reward program and get points for each visit. It's also easy to check in using your phone number. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Worst pedicure I ever received. And I have been getting pedicures for years!! The salon was completely empty- and now I know why. An older man, who may be the owner, started my pedicure. Cold water, no soap. He just filed my nails frantically , all the way down, basically filing off my skin. It HURT. I had to tell him to stop. Ridiculous! Then he slapped on some lotion. The whole pedicure lasted 8 minute. He was getting ready to paint them. I said "wait, what about trimming nails, cutting cuticles, etc etc". ALL the basic things you get with ANY pedicure. He just starts yelling in another language, called over another woman, and then left. WTF???!!! Absolutely crazy. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I made an appointment for 2pm today (a Sunday) and showed up on time. I asked a couple of questions about service and picked out my color. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked about how much longer I would have to wait. I was told it would be "five minutes" because all of the 2pm appointments showed up at once. Um, isn't that how appointments work?! I watched as other customers were offered beverages and no one came up to me to ask if I was comfortable or to offer any sort of indication that they cared about the delay. After 20 minutes, and employee drove up and parked in front of the salon. He walked in the door and was told that I was his appointment. Again, no explanation or effort to acknowledge the lack of customer service. Rude. read more

My wife and I went for a mani-pedi. Nail tech made racist, disparaging comments about how even though we had dark skin, we were quiet and classy, "not loud and rude like other people my color". We spoke to the manager, and to our knowledge nothing was done. Blatant racism aside: They were almost an hour late servicing us for an appointment that we set a week before. The pedicure tech didn't fully clean under my nails and cuticles, and accidentally cut through my wife's nail bed (which they then charged us for as an acrylic add-on to cover the damage.) I get my nails done monthly with my Mrs, and this has been literally the worst, lowest-class, least professional mani-pedi experience I've ever had. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

I honestly don't think I've ever had a worse pedicure in my life. Not only did the tech not clean or remove cuticle, he didn't even attempt to remove the callouses from my heels. All he did was very lightly smooth over them with a pumice stone. He said he can't do much because of laws against causing an infection which is total BS. He also didn't file the nails plus he did not cover the full nail with polish. You can see the white tips of the bare nail. The only thing he did do was remove the ingrown side. The salon was ok but very worn and the wood on the chairs was scratched which is something normal care can easily fix. It was nice to have a glass of wine. The pictures were taken just 20 minutes after the pedicure immediately after I got home. You can easily see the horrible job he did. I do not recommend this nail spa. read more

This spot is right down the road from my house and I pass by all the time when I walk to Ross, so one day the owner Leo convinces me to try out their services. I did my first professional wax and the lash life OMG I'm obsessed. if you need a wax, ask for Jennyka she was super fast (did my whole thighs, bikini line and butt in about 20 minutes!!) and super sweet, and Beth does a GREAT lash lift, I'm going to try the tint next time. I toweled myself of after a 30 minute wait and left. When leaving they still couldn't offer the service, I'd have to wait another 5-10 minutes but who knows. Anyway I check yelp so I end up at Tipsy's nail salon. What a fun yet professional place. My first visit was two weeks ago and my nails still look fantastic. I'm going back today because obviously they've gotten a bit too long. My first visit Nina did my nails. I didn't realize that she was so highly solicited so when I called today for an appointment, I'll sit with John today. I'm confident I'll have the same great results. I know I have the same fun. They have a full bar which is really nice. The place is clean. Lots of happy noise. And I understand that they have other services as well. I'm still getting to know them. I'm so looking forward to my visit today. While I'm there, I'll take the opportunity and find out about the other hair services especially the hair salon. They made a great first impression. I love going to Tipsys so much, I occasionally visit twice a week. Of course, this only occurs if my pedi and mani are both in need of revival (I'll explain later). I make my appointments with Nina! However, everyone seems super friendly and great at their job! On Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have a great deal where spa pedicures only run $20. So, I make sure to visit them after work on these days for a deal and go in for a manicure over the weekend to enjoy a cocktail (or two)! I went in for a fill and was missing 2 nails. I was charged more then it would have cost for a whole new set! Thank God the receptionist at the front and Andy helped me get a refund or 10$ back. Spent two hours here at Tipsy, first on a signature pedicure ($65.00) which lasted an hour and then on a regular manicure ($15.00) that also lasted almost an hour! That's because the nail techs are perfectionists, and I love the fact they spend their sweet little time pampering you to the fullest. When I come here, I usually have a mimosa while I enjoy the massage chair and receive my feet transformation. This time my feet were in a dire need of a pedicure because I had been busy and traveling so didn't get a chance to have my regular pedicures. I love the signature pedicure because it's very detailed and they use high quality products here. Today they used charcoal scrub and mask on my feet and then eucalyptus cooling gel massage afterward which was quite refreshing! My feet are always a shade lighter afterward because of all the dead skin cleaned off. Moving to the manicure, they spent almost the same amount of time on my hands making sure all the cuticles were removed nicely and massaging (although not as much as the feet of course). The nail tech, I didn't catch his name, was extremely nice and patient. In the middle of the manicure, he noticed the nail color was old and was forming a weird coating on my nail so he went to search for a new nail polish of the same shade instead of using the old one and just patching it. He re-did my nails with the new nail polish and spent ample time. I try different places for nails all the time but Tipsy never disappoints! read more

When I went to pay, I was charge an additional $20 for the gel, and an additional $5 for the tips added. So what exactly was the $40 for? Seemed sneaky and was caught off guard when my total was $65 rather then $40. I went to pay and inquired where to leave a tip. I was told that I need to pay the tip in cash. I said "I don't have cash." Then was told I could use their ATM to get cash for a tip. I Am certain that this salon will get money no matter what the way....deception, inconvenience, or just plain lying. While the service was top notch, the deceit receives them 1 Star. The salon itself is large and looks impressive with many colors to choose from. I made an appointment for a mani pedi with gel removal. The manicurist spoke zero English so we struggled to communicate. She put the acetone and foils on my nails to remove the gel and started the pedicure. She asked if I wanted a drink and another person came over and said they had wine. I accepted a glass. The pedi took one hour. No one else came over to help with gel removal. My fingers started feeling weird so I removed the foils myself. I reminded her and she sent someone over to scrape off the gel. We ran out of time for the mani and my nails were left ragged. When I went to pay they charged me $35 for the pedi, $10 for the manicure and $8 for the "mimosa." Most salons that offer a drink do so complimentary. I would not have accepted the wine if i knew. I did request they remove the extra charges and they did. But I left with ragged nails and the skin on my fingers cut and pruned. No thanks. read more

Let me start by saying I loved the salon itself very nice. My daughter had a great experience, but I was there last night and my nail person was awful! It was an older man who was very rough and rushed. I actually said "ouch" out loud twice because he was being so rough. He cut my toe and finger during the whole ordeal and he kept roughly yanking on my hand when doing my manicure. Plus he wasn't wearing his mask properly and sniffling the whole time which was very unsettling in these COVID times.
