I bought 4 brand new tires and I was happy about the tires. When it came to the alignment we decided to get it there since we thought they knew what they were doing, but we were wrong. The guy didn't even seem like he knew what he was doing, he didn't even lift up our car with the machine so he could do alignment. So we decided to say there was something with our car. We payed $70 for something they don't know how to do, so if I were you I would ONLY buy the tires there and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR AN ALIGNMENT. When we went to another place to get an alignment they told us there was nothing wrong with our car and they were able to do it for us. read more

Terrible service. Went in for a small and quick job and my service was put on hold half ways because another vehicle arrived with a bigger job that payed more. After waiting an hour in a half I brought it to there attention and instead of finishing the job they rudely told me to leave since my money wasn't worth them losing money. I went in to get 2 new tires on a Wednesday. They didn't have what I wanted in stock so they said they'd order them for me. Said it should take a day to get them in. They wrote my name and number down on a Post-it note but all day Thursday I never got a call. I called Friday morning and asked if my tires were in and the associate who took down my information and was supposed to order them wasn't there. The man I spoke to said he'd call the other associate and get back to me. Never called me back. I called one last time and he had no useful information for me. I went down the street to America's Tire and received amazing customer service and a better price on the same tires! read more

Omar is the owner and super helpful....so I purchased 4 Lt245/75/16 tires for my truck...they were 10 ply.....very good tires for........get this.........$400.00 out the door....they were half the cost of what Costco wanted to charge me. Very unhappy with service. We found the tires we wanted and they were going to do an oil change. Long story short. The oil was dropped and never filled. My oil light did not come on so by the time we figured out there was no oil it was too late. Had to replace engine. $6900. Tried to talk to shop about some kind of good faith gesture to help with cost and owner would not take any responsibility. Be Cautious! read more

Really good experience! Made a call about their tire pricing and was able to tell me about when I needed to get in to purchase and install the tires. However when I got to the shop, the tires were bought out by another shop and I was recommended a cheaper priced tire from a sister company of the Japanese tire and decided to go that route. It took a little over an hour to have 4 tires installed because they had to go pick up the tires. They were also willing to work with my aftermarket lug nuts because the impact gun would break the lugs, so they used hand tools and everything came out great! For the price, service, amount of time for installation, free rotations every 5k mile, free road hazard for my tires, I'd say its so far my favorite tire place in town and I will definitely be back! The only improvement that I would recommend for the experience is making sure the tires are properly inflated because my tires were over inflated by 10+ psi from my factory recommendation, nearing the Max tire pressure of the tire spec. Not an issue since I can take out the air from the tires, but should be considered for other customers. Overall best prices in town for all the benefits with the purchase! read more

Great service and great prices. Stayed over from out of town for up to flat tire in hotel parking lot. AAA changed flat then we decided to check pressure on all tires - same side front losing air so took to Tire&Wheel center. They found nail in front and back, repaired both, checked all pressure and got us going for only $30! And less then 1/2 hour. Definitely recommend! read more

I absolutely love and recommend this place, on a Saturday my car needed a new battery and was not starting on Its own anymore, it was 5pm and I was looking for some place open until 6pm.. I found tire and wheel center on yelp, when I called them Sabika helped me was absolutely wonderful. She really new her stuff, and was extremely informative when answering any questions I had. I told her that I needed to purchase a battery and have it installed by today because my wasn't starting.. she asked to put me on hold, and when she returned to told me that she talked to their warehouse that was closing up and asked them to get my battery I needed over to their shop before they closed, and that she could have it there to purchase and installed today. I was absolutely thrilled. I went right over, they were done with everything in less than 20 min. Everyone was polite and welcoming with amazing customer service. I will be going back in about a month to purchase new tires from them as well! read more

I bought many cheap China made tires from this guy. If you want a quality tires not here. The owner told me he has a 30k alignment machine So I give them the job to do alignment. Before alignment my car slightly pull to the right only but after my alignment done it got worse pull more to the right. I take it back after 20 minutes test on the road. The guy did the alignment told me it's the road did that. I told him no it's doesn't matter which makes I stay it always pull to the right. Second time I took it back alignment man to me my subframe need to adjust to correct that and he was told me that they only do alignment only not to do the subframe adjustments. I was unhappy that day so the owner came to me bring it back Monday I will personally do the alignment myself. On Monday I took the car back to the owner her took the key and give it back to the same guy did the alignment and there again he know everything try to explain everything to me again and again that what need to do which is not supposed to. I ask him when was your alignment machine was calibrated he gave me all kind off answer and didn't answer my question. Please people don't support this people over promise u under deliver. Take to some place you pay little bit more but get a quality work done. Thanks for reading my post. read more
