I needed my flat tire fixed, within seconds they had identified the nail, and he asked me if we wanted to plug it. I was like yes please. The mechanic was done in less than ten minutes and I got charged fifteen bucks. I'm pretty confident I've paid an arm and a leg for having my flat tire fixed before, so I was really really happy at how quick and effortless it was. I didn't see any cars before me, so maybe that contributed to the speed, but it was genuinely less than ten minutes. You can't ask for more than that in my opinion, this will be my go-to recommendation for flat tires. read more

Be aware and CHECK YOUR CAR before you go and leave this place!!!!!!!!! I was just too lazy so I took my 2024 car here for a simple ten minutes job. Called ahead to check if they do front & rear tire rotation and how much they charge, they told us the cash amount which was ok reasonable, so I checked the tires & rims again, which were all smooth and in perfect condition, so I headed there with my friend. When we first got there, 4 guys came and we double confirmed the price from the call, they told us another price and raised the phone call price for 40% so we planned to leave, but they pulled us back and gave us the original price! My bad "lazy", so we stayed and stepped aside (me and my friend were on the left of my car) , three guys were working on the tire rotation so the whole process went extremely fast, pretty much less than 10 mins. We kept watching and making sure they didn't make scratches, yes my bad, on our side only, nothing went wrong, but my right front rim and spoke have 4 DEEP scratches which obviously from the electric lug tool (my wheels/rims are black color). I so remember who was the guy working on the right tires. During the work, he kept laughing and talking in their language to the man didn't join the work, so I think he wasn't paying attention and careless on the work. I am still mad and regret by randomly choosing this place. My car is only 2024! Pro services? I am not sure if they are, but definitely they are NOT HONEST and very careless! When my tire went flat, they sold me a used tire at a very reasonable price to get me through until I replaced all four tires a month or two later. I've had the bad luck of getting 4 nails in my tires over the last 3 years, and I always bring my car here because they are reliable, trustworthy, and fast. They let you know when the puncture can be fixed with a plug or patch and do not try to oversell you in a tire. I spent $15 on three occasions, and $50 once when the puncture wasn't repairable. The good - I could drop off my car at night and get it serviced in the morning. They were open on a Sunday. They had the tire for my car and also installed my new windshield wipers. The guy working on my car was wearing a mask. The bad and ugly - Two of the employees working there were drunk/high when my car was dropped off. The business had closed hours earlier. They said that they'd put my keys inside, but I'm not stupid and didn't know them from Adam, so I told them I'd come back the next day. One of the guys threatened to tow me if I wasn't there at 9 am, that my car would be towed. Also, not one of the three people working there in the office had on a mask or gloves. They also had a bowl of candy. Really? In 2020, not a nice gesture. I also suspect that I may have overpaid for my tire, but I was desperate and paid. But I got what I was looking for and at this time, that's what counds the most. read more

I still have the same tie rod. I had a mobile mech tighten the tie rod and then took it to big o for alignment. 15000 miles later truck and tie rod is still solid. Stay away from these guys. They are only good if your vehicle needs a tire or a wheel. read more

They will tell you all your tires don't have to be balanced, please insist on them balancing your tires, or you will have a wobble ride. WORST PLACE EVER!!! If I had just read the reviews before going to this place I would never take my truck for alignment. After they said alignment was "done" I went for a test drive and my truck was pulling to the right side so I drove back to this place, explained the situation, and they said they'll have to take it for a test drive. After they went for a test drive, they put my truck back in the alignment machine 2 hrs later they said my truck was ready. I went for a test drive again and this time my truck was pulling to the left side but way more than the fist time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You'll regret it there. Edit: shame on you Zohaib for lying. You refused to go on a test drive after the second alignment, because you knew there was something wrong. I put 4 new tires on my car and a probe, since the first day one of the tires didn't stay inflated, I took it there and they had a disagreement. I discovered a while later that they sold me a tire that was different to the size of the wheel and an old reconditioned tire. Did they do this because I'm a woman? Maybe use the money to buy a mask or two. Also i work in Healthcare and showed up in an N95 mask and literally had it on the whole time. This is a very immature to lie about customers and I find it hilarious and sad. Since we are lying about things.... in reference to a previous customer's bad review that they also denied.... there was a candy jar Purchased tires here just a few months ago since it was local and had good reviews. Was sold 4 tires for my sports car for a little over 400 installed which seemed too cheap to me. The brand was ok.. They installed them outside in their parking lot on floor jacks. They stripped my performance lugs, and used thread tight on a few to get them back on... so I just replaced those and the chrome valve stem caps... because I was left with plastic black ones...Well you get what you pay for. I've had to put air in the tires every week for the last few months. One of the rears finally wasn't holding air. So I brought it in. They were late opening and not a single person was wearing a mask. They were not wearing a mask a few months ago when I purchased the tires either. I asked the employee if he believed in the pandemic and his response was " we just opened so.... I don't know what you expect... ", I wasn't going to keep pushing thr mask subject because that is their choice but them being essential workers and having alot of people they interact with daily would make me think they should take better care of themselves. One of the rear tires had a nail. It was still in the tread, not the sidewall. Several inches from the side wall. And they weren't will to patch it. I wasnt surprised. And they didn't have the same tire in stock. So they were willing to sell me mismatched tires ot a used tire. My car has a staggered set up and I wasn't down for that with the type of driving that I do. So I ended buying two new rear tires....... maybe my chances with a different brand in the rear won't require me to put air in them every 4 days.... they had no explanation for why the others would drop 5 psi every few days. And just told me that I have bad luck and they are just the middle man. and After being there for 45 min, no one still had a mask on except the customers coming in. Also I noticed that they did not put my chrome valve stem caps on and left me plastic stock one.... cool... I will just replace those again. Hopefully they didn't strip my new lugs. They are cheap so I think that's the main plus... but uhh... yeah. I won't be doing business with them ever again. read more

I would recommend this place to anybody. Due to work I was unable to accompany my teenage son to this place after he had two flat tires. All I can do was have AAA tow his car to the tire place. They were really nice they and did not overcharge him they did not try to sell him something he did not need.
