I went here because a friend recommended them to me, said they were nice and super helpful. I needed my flat tire fixed, within seconds they had identified the nail, and he asked me if we wanted to plug it. I was like yes please. The mechanic was done in less than ten minutes and I got charged fifteen bucks. I'm pretty confident I've paid an arm and a leg for having my flat tire fixed before, so I was really really happy at how quick and effortless it was. I didn't see any cars before me, so maybe that contributed to the speed, but it was genuinely less than ten minutes. You can't ask for more than that in my opinion, this will be my go-to recommendation for flat tires.

Next, while on the phone with the representative he advised me there were other work orders that came up I should take care of. (Trying to upsell me) he mentioned oil change, then said you've done that recently so I guess not (wtf then why say it came up) He then mentioned alignment and one other thing, I had already told them I recently had my vehicle serviced so nothing else was needed. During pickup, two older gentleman were there and not Alex who had checked me in. I asked for my vehicle and I thought they'd walk me out and show me the new tires and the work. They did nothing just hand me my keys and try to charge me again, when I had already prepaid for the services. This experience began well, then ended weirdly for me. Alex has done a great job but the other individuals did not. Since no one took me over to the vehicle or walked me through the new tires and job I hadn't noticed. Maybe this is why they didn't. When they removed my old tires you can see the black crowbar marked on my rims and both were scuffed and damaged. What am I supposed to do now? I'm furious took my vehicle and entrusted it to "professionals" and now my vehicle rims are scuffed and damaged. Upon Googling the ,' Nearest Location to Albany ' - I found a Store in El Cerrito near to Central Avenue on San Pablo Avenue about 3 weeks Ago. Mr. Paul , the Store Manager, was Polite on the Fone - Informing me that he could handle my request the same day if I reached there within about 30 minutes which I did. Upon arriving- I was greeted by Mr. Mirani who seemed an old hand @ the Trade having owned a Midas Store himself in the Past. S..o..o I decided to sign ' The Work Order '. I may've reached the store around 1:30 - 2p.m.'ish. Was informed there would be a wait as they had other vehicles ahead of me. I had only had 1700 miles since my last change around 04/25, but Of Course most Shops I've talked with Inform me that there is yet another ' consideration ' involved ' which is ' Oil Viscosity Breakdown ,' from Car sitting in Park Mode !!! A few months later I tried to check the tire pressure and found plastic stems in the rear wheels. Moreover, two of them had stripped threads and could not be used to adjust the pressure. Also, they were unable to perform the alignment on my vehicle so I had to take it to the dealership. I wish I'd just taken it to the dealership in the first place. When I called to ask why the plastic stems had been used, they checked their records and said in fact they *had* re-used the metal stems I provided.
