I called around 9 AM just to check availability, and they already had the exact 35" tires I was looking for in stock, along with Fuel Off-Road wheels. That alone was clutch since I'm an impatient person lol and most places I called either had to order or couldn't get what I wanted. What really impressed me was the turnaround. By 6 PM the same day, my 3rd gen Sequoia was fully dialed -- Westcott Designs lift installed, new wheels and tires mounted, and alignment done. Everything looked clean and felt solid driving off the lot. Pricing was another big win. The suspension install was cheaper than any of the other shops I called, especially compared to off-road specialty shops. On top of that, since I was doing wheels, tires, and suspension all together, Ali hooked it up with a package discount that saved me a good amount compared to MSRP on both the tires and wheels. You can tell these guys know what they're doing. They took the time to get everything set up safely and correctly, and the truck drives great with zero issues. After putting on the new set, I had an issues with one TPS and could not correct the issue at home when following the manufacturer recommendation. Where the heck did my old review go Yelp? Magically disappeared I guess. Seems to happen way too much. Other Yelp elites seem to echo the same treatment of their previous reviews. Uggh... I came here in August to check prices on a set of tires. One of mine has a nail in it and another had 2 nails in it! Seems like Sac have a bunch of a-holes who leave nails in the roads. So lame. Well, I have been driving on these tires for a bit since I wanted to use them up and get value out of them. Lol. I did just that. One tire just had wire all on the edge. Haha. Ali was great. I have come here over 5x for stuff in the past. He took me to show me the tire options. Never upselling. Damn. Prices of tires are up so much like everything else now. Settled on a set for a fair price. Work was done fast on a Wednesday as no other customers in the afternoon when we were there. Even offered sodas for myself and my teen while in the waiting area. I was driving off and was stopped as it was noticed that I had the plastic oil area cover hanging off. They zip-tied it for me. They care. Truth be told, making a trip at a tire shop can be unplanned more often than not. Especially when an unexpected nail hit the sidewall part of the tire of my SUV on a beautiful Sunday morning. This is why I took matters in my own hands and visited "Tire And Wheel Mart". Located directly on Fulton Ave. and adjacent to Arden Way, this place has the distinction of being one of a very few tire shops open on Sundays! They actually have very generous hours being open Monday thru Saturday, 8:30am-6pm and Sunday, 9:30am-3:30pm. I arrived here on the afternoon of Sunday 2/28/21 around 1:15pm. They were busy as a few customers were waiting in the customer lounge. However, that did not hesitate the staff to take a look at the nail in the tire by informing me there is no way this could be repaired. Since I have quite a bit of automotive knowledge, he was indeed correct where my Michelin tire had to be replaced. What makes this place great is that they do not try to upsell you at all. I was given one of two options for my Honda CR-V; one is to buy a brand new tire (priced anywhere from $125-250) OR to buy one of their used tires (priced in the $40-70 range). Since I had moderate tread on my other 3 tires, I opted for the used one so that it would be a lot smoother drive. The employees here did not hesitate at all, they put my SUV up on a tire-lift, took out the punctured tire and replaced it with the new "used" tire in only 10 minutes. Best of all, this only set me back $40 and I was on my way. Furthermore, this particular location is in a generous business area so if you need to have tires & wheels done for your ride (that might take longer than 30 minutes), there is a lot of shopping/restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend visiting "Tire And Wheel Mart". The employees here are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and won't give you a bad deal at all. With excellent customer service, amazing hours (open 7 days a week), and fair prices, this place deserves a stellar five-star rating to a job well done. read more
