My experience here was mixed. First off they hit you right away with the ol bait n switch. The price I saw online was not the actual price, apparently it was already discounted. When I asked about that he said that it was standard practice and he'd never heard of a dealership NOT doing that. So after an hour of negotiating, and my poor salesman having to make 10 trips into his bosses office to get counter offers, we reach an agreement on price. Then when it comes time, they run my credit and tell me what my interest rate will be. When I told them I think I could do better at my local credit union, thats when the finance manager/sales manager or whoever he was came out to meet me. He stared me in the eyes and asked me "what exactly are you trying to get here?" When I told him I thought I could do 1% better at my credit union, he said "I just got off the phone with your lender, they want to give you that extra percent off" Obviously I was skeptical, but it's what I wanted, so I took it. Then he sneers at me and says sarcastically, "Is there anything else you want? A hoodie, a couple t-shirts, some air fresheners?" That guy was furious and didn't hide it well. Again, My actual salesperson was super nice and helpful, but the manager not so much. Overall, it's a nice place with a huge inventory and I probably would buy here again. read more

We drove a couple hours to look at a few specific vehicles and were very disappointed upon arrival. Most vehicles looked far more rough than the pictures implied. I would guess that these are mostly auction vehicles or trades that were not taken care of. Definitely a place that values quantity over quality. We didn't even waste our time going any further with a purchase as everything we looked at was subpar. Side note: when we filled up gas at the loves down the street we witnessed two things that would definitely keep us from shopping here. Two different vehicles that came over with this dealers tags/plates that were driving erratically into and out of the gas station. Squealing of tires and racing around the parking lot and roadway and then slamming on the brakes. Sadly, these were not people that purchased these vehicles, but workers driving these cars. Clearly no regard for their products or the consumers intending to purchase their products. read more

got offered one amount for my basically brand new vehicle has 3000 miles (over the phone) when I get there they offer me 2000 less for start when i told them i didn't even want to waste my time on the offer they gave me over the phone very unprofessional wasted my time. Truck I was looking at had liner painted on everything and i mean everything from the dealership and they tried to tell me it came from factory as I found the coating on the oil filter then proceeds to tell me they actually did. I contacted Christian in regards to a vehicle I found on CarGurus. I asked him to email me the out the door price as I am out of state and did not want to waste time. I would be flying in to get the vehicle and did not want any hick-ups. When I received the email the price of the vehicle went up $1,500.00. When I asked why the increase, it was because I did not have a trade in +$1,000.00 and I was paying cash +$500.00. When I explained it was not on the site, I was told it was on their site. Drove 2 hours one way to look at 3 vehicles each priced over $50,000. They offered us $1,000 for a 2017 Chevy Suburban, which is completely ridiculous. Even with prior salvage title, the vehicle is worth thousands more. Met with Rick in the sales department who assured us we could get a lower priced deal on a 2022 Yukon XL. We were then met with the sales manager, who presented him a very unkept manner, sloppy, underdressed and not interested in keeping a customer, apparently. He was extremely hateful, rude, and kept us there for 20 minutes ridiculing us for trying to get a lower price. The car smelled like smoke on the inside, had lots of interior flaws. They are dishonest in their pricing. The online price you see on their website is ONLY if you have a trade-in and ONLY if you use their inflated interest financing. If you don't use their financing because you have stellar credit, they aren't interested in selling you a vehicle. Absolutely stay away from this place! Do not shop here. I was pre-approved for financing, and flew in town to purchase a vehicle. After running my credit check with my pre approved lender, the salesman came back and told me that I needed more money down or they could submit my loan application to other banks. I called MY preapproved lender and they advised me that all of the numbers submitted by the finance manager for the loan were incorrect. This was undoubtedly an attempt for the finance manager to swoop in and save the day, offering jacked up financing. NO THANKS! After flying into town, an hour drive to the dealer, and working with the salesman for 3 hours, I walked away without a car, which I'm not upset about. They were trying to pressure me into financing through them, however I was not desperate to purchase, or attached to the car. I'd rather walk away than spend a dime at this place. Don't do it!!! 10/10 would not recommend in a million years! If I could give Zero stars I would. Bought a car in November. First was told there was only one care that they could sell me due to a previous issue on my end. I was desperate for a car as mine crapped out and I'm a single mom with no spear vehicle. Even though it didn't sit right with me that they only had one car to offer, like I said I was desperate and didn't want to risk it. Was told it did not qualify for their lifetime warranty so instead they were giving me a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Turns out it was just a power tran warranty that I actually paid for it was not given to me. How did I find this out you ask. My electronic power steering system went out and I called the dealership who told me they can't fix it to call jeep. That dealership advised me to call the warranty company to ensure coverage. Turns out it's not covered and I'm out $3000 if I want to get my car fixed. Then I look at my paperwork to find out I was charged for the warranty. I realize that's my fault for not looking over every little detail it I wasn't even told the sales price of the car before purchasing so it didn't set off alarms. I know I made so many missing this purchase but this place took advantage of a single mom in desperate need of a vehicle. The dealership already has only two and a half stars - so it is clear that others agree. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. They are currently hosting a "hail sale" and claiming that you, as a buyer, are saving $1,000s off the price of the car - and then they are selling them to you at Kelly Blue Book. Every dollar on the sale of a hail damaged car goes to the dealership. Their insurance company has already paid them the full value of the loss on the vehicle - so every dollar you spend on the car goes directly to the dealer. By charging full price, they are SCREWING the customer. I called this morning (from California) willing to travel to buy. I spoke with a rather rude salesperson who clearly knows nothing about selling cars. UPDATE - The "Sales Manager" responded informing me that I am wrong. Today - Kelly Blue Book on this exact used 2016 Jeep Laredo with 108k miles (using the VIN number) with no damage is $13,334 - their "hail discounted" price (for VIN: 1C4RJFAG6GC368310): is $13,895. Once we told the salesman that, he old us that we could leave and come back another day to talk to another salesman. 2) Less than 24 hours after giving only my name, email, and phone number (which they required to talk to us) I have started receiving spam calls and emails. They are only to the number and email I gave the dealership, and they address me by the legal name I gave the dealership, not my common name. The dealership has reached out to me with multiple phone calls to discuss my particulars, and I feel like the customer service was very good and their concern was genuine. I don't think it's necessary to go into details about my situation, but I'm comfortable in the fact that the dealership cared that I had the issue,and explained it in depth so that I would understand exactly what occurred. For me, Travis, the salesman worked out great, and Matt, the sales manager, who reached out to me had genuine concern for my feelings. I will be back to purchase another vehicle from this location. We had been truck shopping for a while. We shopped several dealerships, all different makes. We knew what we wanted on the vehicle and knew what we were willing to spend. A lot of year end deals, incentives, rebates, etc. We ended up buying a new truck from Adam here at AutoCenters Nissan. They were willing to give us a fair price on our trade in, they did knock the new truck down some and got to a point we could agree upon. In the end what sold us was the warranty. If it's what they say, it seemed to us to be the deciding factor. I will say you have to watch the internet pricing because it includes all incentives, and most customers would not qualify for them. We knew that up front because I read about it on their website. Yes, we spent 4 hours making the deal and doing all the paperwork, that would be true at any dealership. Adam really tried to expeditiously move things along, all of the staff that we encountered were polite and professional. They offer water/coffee/soda while waiting, showroom/restrooms were clean and modern. Only had the vehicle one day, but so far we really like it. It's new, what's not to like, right? Seriously, vehicle rides nice, seats are comfortable, love the touch screen for the map/audio. Lots of cup holders and places to store things. Our truck came with spray-in bed liner. read more

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue here. Christian was great with the sales process and very responsive. I had some issues since I had my PPT rolled into my loan and they reissued the check and got everything corrected. Christian was very patient even though I did get a little emotional with the issues I was having trying to get my new car legal. Still love the car. The only thing that I could think to improve would be having the service department available on Saturdays since the dealership is open. Due to my ignorance, I didn't realize this so it makes it a little difficult to schedule maintenance as I work in Washington, MO and normally don't get off work until 4 PM throughout the week. Awesome to Awful: I bought a new Titan here about a year ago. Loved the transaction and process. I was a lifetime customer here. Until today... Over the past few months I've been getting email and text from this dealership telling me they want to buy my truck. I figured since I have some lifestyle changes it might be a good Idea. After using their online tool to see what the trade-in range would be, I decided it might be worth it. After several back and forth with Mr. Skaggs I decided to come in and see a different truck. After the 45-minute drive to get there Mr. Skaggs was nowhere. I met with Jordan, who I had the pleasure of dealing with before. Talking to Jordan I realized they might have lured me to the dealership to pitch some misinformation to me. My "offer" from the website was a range 4 thousand more than what the dealership offered. I had the whole BAIT and SWITCH pulled on me. If they're going to use a "third party" site on their website, they should stand by it, or not use it. This whole experience ruined me on this dealership. Zero integrity. I wasted my time online with this dealership, 45 minutes to get there, 45-1 hour there, 45 minutes home. They didn't respect my time or my willingness to be a return customer. Return I wont. They may have sent me back to Toyota. read more

Absolutely disgusted with our experience here. We had our mind made up and came in to purchase a new 2017 Armada Platinum in White. They only had 1 left. Our salesman was very nice and honest and had us test drive it to make sure we were happy with it. The vehicle was pitiful looking to say the least. There was dog hair everywhere on the inside, make up all over the mirrors and the cloth surrounding the dashboard, and scratches all in the dashboard. To add to this there was paint transfer marks on the rear bumper and the vehicle had 5,700 miles on it. We thought we had been placed accidentally in a used model. When we asked we were told no it was new but the owner had let his wife drive it as a demo vehicle and sadly that's how he left it. At this point we were disappointed and asked what could be done. We still wanted the vehicle just not at a "new" price as it clearly wasn't new but they claimed there was very little they could do price wise and that they would try to fix it up for us but it's still considered new. Needless to say we didn't feel our business was valued and left it at that. Pretty surprised the managers/owners would let this kind of care to their vehicles and customer service happen. read more

3/08/2022 Went to get tires changed, wheel alignment and oil change. Towards end they gave me a paper saying they performed an inspection and everything was good. I new i had a parking light out and asked about it well they came back to me and said we can replace it for about $30 well i just so happened to have called a few days before getting a quote that said they would charge me $10 for the labor the bulb its self was like a dollar something. So i pointed this out and they did for that price. To me that's kind of shady one the price difference and two are they actually doing a full inspection on these vehicles or just saying oh its good. Also asked if they could replace my batteries in my key fobs and when they gave them back to me i was told one didn't have a battery which made no sense because I've used both. Later on when i was home i noticed one of my fobs buttons where very lose and rattly so i called to inquire and Mike answered and said he was the one who did the batteries to bring it back he might of not secured it right. When i got there they opened it and was like there is no mother bored in here. None of this made sense I've used both fobs in fact the one now with no mother board was the fob i used to drive there. I call ed the manager the next day and pretty much told me they don't no anything about the missing board that mike did everything right. So i guess it just disappeared poof magic gone. Was told i would have to buy a new one these things aren't cheap like two hundred plus dollars plus a seventy dollar programing fee. So if i hadn't just bought tires from there and had the lifetime rotation and warranty through them i probably wouldn't go back. Don't like to be lied to. When these tires expire probably will go elsewhere. Its a shame thought this was a good business. read more

Be wary of their 30 day buy back policy. The sales people have incorrect information, I am out $3,000 because I trusted them with their information. They only know how to sell cars. They also will not escalate your case and make up excuses when you ask them how the policy actually works. They tried to short me $2,000 instead of offering me the actual sell price of the vehicle saying it was some rebate they didn't receive. Their policy and what they say contradicts each other. Don't trust anything you get in writing from them that isn't a formal letter. Their words verbal or written is non-binding. It's a Wiggidy Rippoff!! Don't do business with these people!! I drove over an hour to buy a vehicle there, to start the address for their website was wrong where the vehicle was. I got to the dealership talked to Sidney and I told her I think someone was already test driving it because I passed them on the way in. She looked around for 20 minutes then said someone is buying it, she then said we have another one but its not here its at a shop getting a stereo or window tint installed (seems a little strange) and she said you could put a deposit on it and come back Monday to drive it, i told her no thank you and I left. 15 minutes later she called and said the original vehicle sale fell through so you could come back and see it. I went back there test drove it and loved it, (on the test drive the previous owners mail was in the glove compartment) and the interior wasnt clean, it obviously wasn't detailed. I told her let's make a deal I will buy it today. I asked her to give me a better price because it was higher than kbb.com, she said she could come down $100 I told her no if you can't make a deal then bring back your manager, the manager comes back and asks me how much i want to pay and I told him to give me a number, he never would, I told him if I give you a number its going to be way lower, I told him $4000 less and he went to ask his manager and I got the same answer as the other salesman. I would give zero stars if I could... I take in my 2014 Maxima to have general repairs completed of the Transmission oil changed and coolant systems flush and fill. I drop the car off and tell them they have as long as needed to complete the repairs. When I go to pick up the car, I ask the service writer what coolant was installed because I know it requires a "blue" coolant and he said that "blue" coolant was installed. I go home and inspect their work and find coolant covering the engine bay and it had "green" coolant in the system. I called and spoke with the service manager "Jan" and he said there was no difference between the "Green" or "blue" and I asked to see proof of this with a "TSB" or information from the manufacture on the difference. He would not provide me with any proof other than he said so... The problem is some coolants if mixed will cause coolant system failure of the water pump, gaskets, and O-rings within the cooling system. Jan said he talked to an engineer at Nissan and he said there is no difference and he also spoke with their mechanics who said the same thing. Jan did tell me they installed the "Green" coolant because it was $20.00 dollars less expensive than the "Blue" coolant. So my question to him is if the "green" and "blue" are the same chemical solution; why is there a difference in price? I asked to speak to his boss or the general manager and he said he was the "top person" at the dealership and they did NOT Have a general manager. I asked for the dealership to cover any cooling system problems due to their mechanics installing the wrong coolant. He said NO that they would not stand behind their mistake because there is no difference in the two coolants. What a joke in a Nissan dealership.... I take my car to the dealership who manufactured the car thinking they know how to do the repairs the correct way. He said several times the car was 6 years old and they have never worked on the car before so he couldn't stand behind their mistake. Jan, you don't have to worry about that car anymore, because I went to Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood, Mo and purchased a brand New Nissan Maxima. I would highly recommend Bommarito Nissan read more
