The guys here were awesome!! I came here after I had received a patch repair at a nearby Walmart. The mechanic at Walmart ended up tearing the bead of the tire and refused to replace the tire that they ruined. I went to Tire Barn where they were very kind and walked me through the different tires I could choose from. The cost didn't kill me and I was out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!! read more

Ran over a monstrous crooked nail which punctured my right rear tire. Put on my spare and made an appointment when I made my way back home. Although I set up an appointment online, I found out it wasn't necessary for the tire fix when I arrived at the shop next day. Took it in and waited for no more than 30 minutes as I watched Gunsmoke in their lobby. Service was excellent; they removed the spare and put it back under the back belly of my SUV, and they patched up the actual tire very quickly. It's been over 3 months since the patch, and the tire has been performing without any problems. Total cost: $20. Wait time: 30 minutes. Look forward to coming back the next time some idiot decides to leave a trail of hazards on U.S. Route 12. read more

I bought a set of Michelins from these people, and am very happy with my purchase. Then I got a nail in one of the tires, they fixed it, no charge. Then I noticed two of the tires had bad leaks. I took it in, and found it, it wasn't the tires, it was these special valve caps that I bought that lets you know if the tires need air. The air was leaking out of these valve caps. They didn't charge me for that either, even though they took the time to find out what the problem was. By the way, this is the first time I have ever bought Michelins, and I am now convinced that they are the best tires for solid traction. read more

I have been buying my tires from here for years. The last time I went in here for my free tire rotation they told me there was mud inside the rim about an inch thick. They told me I would have to take the tire off and scrape it off. Where is the customer service in that they have the tire off the vehicle and couldn't run a tire tool or ranch or anything along it to knock the dirt off. Very disappointed in customer service. Even though a tire was fixable they also said it was not fixable and I had to buy a new tire I took it somewhere else and had it repaired and had to pay for it. read more

I took my car to tire barn along with 2 new tires. I told them I wanted the two passenger side tires replaced and put on the rear. instead of doing that they replaced both rear tires. one of the rear tires only had about 3000 miles on it, it was still new. now I have a bald tire left on my front passenger side. they need to listen to their customers and the installer should have looked at all the tires to notice the tread left on all tires. read more

I have been a customer for many years. The last tires I purchased in January 2015. I had a nail removed in November, 2015. I developed a slow leak in December 2017. Diagnosed as a problem with the bead, but they felt they could clean and service it and it would hold OK. I came back today, October 15, 2018, with slow leaks in both front tires, which I assumed was the bead again. Keith informed me that they were unable to loosen the lugs to remove the tires. He said that his records indicate that the last time I came in was 2016 (incorrect). If I waited two years in between, he was not surprised that they were "frozen". Keith said that I would have to go somewhere else and have them loosen the lugs, and then he would have someone work on the car. Really? I had to go to another tire store to have them loosen the lugs and then bring the car back to Tire Barn.!!!! The other store certainly had a laugh at that. I asked Keith whether it made sense for me to continue coming to Tire Barn if they would simply send me somewhere else to do part of the work. He said that if it was two years later, it wouldn't surprise him if the lugs were frozen again, and that the same thing would happen and he would have to send me away to get them loosened. When I called him back later in the day to let him know that it had been less than a year prior when I was in last, he just said that there was no way of knowing when a lug might freeze. A tire store that is unable to remove a tire???Maybe it's time to move to a "full service" tire store, if this is Tire Barn's idea of Customer Service. read more
