He never finished the brake caliper service offered as he never came back to install or even provide the decals I paid for. Excuse after excuse and he finally admitted botching the tire cover even more. I told him to just give me back the tire cover and just drop off the decals and I'll put it on myself. It's been two weeks since and I give up. I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt but so far I'm out the money I paid for the decals, deposit for tire cover paint job, and never even got back my tire cover. Should have known better after I texted him from another number requesting another service done while waiting for a response from the number he already has. No surprise as I get a response in a few minutes from the new number and over a day to respond from my inquiry of my tire cover/decal.
