The front passenger tire blew up and the rim (wheel) was damaged on my 2010 Mercedes E350 on my way to Arizona. I took it to Discount Tire, Walmart, and Costco to have the wheel and tire replaced. None of them could replace the wheel. I called the Mercedes dealership. They said they can have the wheel delivered overnight. I really did not want to stay in Riverside for another 24 hours. I called a few other wheel shops and they couldn't replace it today. I was about to give up and go to the dealership. But I tried one more time and called Ray'z. They were able to replace the tire, wheel, and install it right away. There's always concerns that tire shops can overcharge stranded tourists. Rayz did not do that. Ray was supposed to be my boy. I've always gone to him for my wheel and tire needs. One of his mechanics was doing a brake and rotor job on my car and somehow managed to freeze my calipers. I felt the calipers still compressed as I started to drive away then I noticed my E-bake light on while my E-brake was clearly disengaged, also my ABS light was on. Turned back and the mechanic put their computer to my car and multiple other lights came on in the dash. Leaving me with no power steering, no lane keep, no crash mitigation, amongst multiple other things as well. I went back for 4 days in a row and they couldn't fix my car and each day I was there 5 plus hours. Ray gave me a refund and said if it was their mess up he'd fix my car I just pay labor. Okay, went a couple places and they both said my caliper's were frozen (that's how I figured out they were) called Ray and told him and he said he needs my car for a day to look at. I work and this is my only car so that virtually impossible for me during the week. Mind you I went to the shop 4 days in a row for them to fix it and they didn't know what they were doing. I ended up paying almost 400 bucks each caliper, called and text Ray to let him know. Only to find out he blocked my phone number. For people trying to come here for the first time and trying to check it out DONT!!!! I came here last week to get my tire changed out and it took them 4 hours to come help me!!! So RIDICULOUS! After putting the rim on the tire and car, I was charged $100. The car was shaking worst than what it was when I brought it to them. I tried calling (909) 907- 5656 which is supposed to be the shops number. I called for DAYS. I tried calling (909) 737- 7126 which is the number on the receipt. No one picked up the phone. I couldn't drive the car because it was unsafe to have my babies in the car. I took the car to the dealership, they said the rim was not the correct rim for my car and that Rays drilled the axle hole in the rim, bigger to make it fit. I ended up buying a rim from the dealership. Ray's lied about the rim they sold me. I go in to talk to the owner (Ray) and he was rude and didn't offer a solution. Went in for some tires, rims, chrome delete wasn't gonna get the chrome delete because I didn't know they did that till they told they do chrome delete as well so I was like okay let's just do it I wanted all my emblems and chrome parts black they said they could do that so I trusted them and left them my car the next morning and it still took another day and once I went to pick up my car it was sprayed painted and had some scratches on where they will cut the film after a week I messaged them that some letters where falling off and no help not even a bring it back I'll fix it they wanted me to pay more so they can order me black emblems smh read more

When I left for work, my car notified me of a leak on my back driver side wheel. I of course was headed to work, so I did not have a chance to really look into what to do next. I called a few places before calling this location, & mind you, it's a Sunday. I called in to get a quote on wait time and the cost of possibly getting a patch on my tire, & was told that there was no wait, as well as the costs of the repair. Upon the service he had found that even though there was a nail on my tire, I did not need a patch after all. He also went ahead and filled the 4 of my tires with air. At the end, I asked him where I could pay for his service and he told me that it was FREE. This was such a kind gesture from a stranger I had just met. Made my day so much better. Zero stars if that was possible! Treated horrible! Been going to Ray'z tires since before it was called "rayz " (Zapatas) but I will no longer go back. I like to support small local business but after today they've lost my business. Went to put tires and wheels on an older vehicle, with newer wheels and new tires, ran into a problem with the bolt pattern not matching, needing wheel adapters, I was told to go to a place where they had them . So off we went Accross town to make an order for this part only to get there and they tell me that part was just ordered by rayz. Ok no problem call them and ask if I should pay for them while I'm here. She says she can't do that. I said they told me to come here. Now I know rayz is making a profit on the part. Again ok with that but why would u tell me to go there if you were going to do it? So we drive back to rayz to ask what the cost is gonna be . Walk in and the guy working comes into the office immediately raises his voice and proceeds to tell me that he has costs he has to cover , taxes , travel etc. I never get a word in! He's now yelling! Never lets us get a word in tells us take our shit and leave ! Wow, I'm honestly in shock! Like is he serious?? I was gonna pay for the wheel adapters either way. I just came in to get the quote. Messed up buddy! He assumed and screwed this company! Ray, I hope you talk to your employees and set a standard for their attitude and customer service. Unfortunately I won't be back!
