There's a reason they don't even have 3 stars. I thought this was a good reputable place by their customer service when I bought all 4 new tires, however, when it came to quality of the tires they sell, they won't stand on loyalty of the customer. I bought all 4 new tires in April 2025, I left and the tire valve caps were off on all 4 tires so clearly not paying attention to detail after installation. I was 9 months pregnant at the time so having to come back to get the valve caps was an unnecessary errand. But I let it slide. Today, I clipped a curb at about 10mph on a city street and the side wall of the tire was cut. So I went to the place closest to me which was Firestone. I explained the situation and they advised me this shouldn't have happened on 1. New tires that I've barely driven on since I WFH and 2. Clipping a curb, especially at a low speed. So I call Tire choice and this lady, who claims to be a manager, has a know-it-all attitude from the get go. States she personally sees this happen to tires "ALL THE TIME!" No customer service priority. Apparently road hazard wasn't included, when she looked up my account, in the price of tires like most places automatically do. Again, when I purchased them I was 9 months pregnant so perhaps I didn't pay attention or something, but nonetheless, this is NOT normal for new tires or any low wear tires to completely be cut from bumping a curb. (See photo) So because they don't care about keeping customers or their reputation by offering some sort of credit for selling faulty tires/accountability for an uncommon situation occurring with practically brand new tires (or so they said), I am taking my valuable time to write this review so this doesn't happen to someone else. As a company that seems more family owned, they should really consider the value of their customers, especially when they take forever to put on 4 tires only for the valve caps to be left off. Yes, I'll be petty and be bothered by that now. Thanks to Firestone in Antioch, I was taken care of and they were the ones who advised that this shouldn't be happening with any tires on an AWD SUV let alone a brand new set. Yes, it was more pricey there but they stand on their customer service and brand new tires from here won't have this occur. read more

Pretty good place. We got our tires done here and I do love the oil + tire rotation for half the price I would get anywhere else. You just got to put up with some oddities like the guy doing meetings on loud speaker in the main lobby where customers are waiting, LOL, but still well worth the price. They also repaired a tire for me in a jiff the other week with little notice, which the price for that was also very reasonable. read more

The staff was straightforward and did not try to push anything I did not need, which is something I always pay attention to at places like this. They checked my car pretty quickly, explained the issue in a way that actually made sense, and gave me a couple options instead of just pushing the most expensive one. I appreciated that. Pricing felt fair for the work and the turnaround time was solid. The waiting area was decent too. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable enough if you are there for a bit. He was nice enough patiently listen, and explained what he could do for me. When I arrived, I found that the time and date of my scheduled appointment were completely different from what I had expected. They were unable to guarantee the timing of my appointment. This is going to be long so here is a summary if you don't want to read all of it: This shop quoted me over $1000 of repairs my car did not need. So my Honda Accord vibrates at high speeds. This is a symptom of a balancing issue with the wheels. The logical thing would to get this checked out before checking/replacing more expensive components. I took my car to this tire shop to get them balanced. $40 for all 4; thought this was a good price which is why I came here. Dropped off the car then later got a call that my car needs $2500 worth of work. The first thing I thought to myself was what the f**k!!! I went in for wheel balancing only and got quoted for tons of work. They told me I need new front brakes and rotors, 2 new tires, an alignment, 2 new cv axles and other smaller crap. I have the quote attached below. I got quoted for all this when all I came in for was to get my wheels balanced. In all fairness to them, my car does need new brakes and tires but the cv axles came as a shocker to me. On the attached quote it states "Front CV axle are blown out" and the employee told me "both CV axle boots are torn and leaking oil". I attached photos of what my cv axles look like. You be the judge if they're torn and leaking oil. On the attached quote it also states that I need an alignment. I had already gotten an alignment done late last year (5,000 miles ago) and my car drives perfectly since then. Any honest shop would be able to put the car on an aligner (machine used to align wheels) and see that the car is aligned to spec and an alignment is not needed. To add insult to injury, they rotated my tires without prior notification. My tires did not need to be rotated. This car is front engine front wheel drive meaning the front tires wear quicker than the rear. I had the tires with more tread up front and my old (in need of replacement) tires in the rear. They moved the worn tires to the front and the newer good condition tires to the rear. Not only was this unnecessary, now I have worn tires up front meaning my traction while accelerating, braking, and turning will be severely compromised. So in conclusion I took my car back and did not even get the tires balanced. I refuse to leave my car with a bunch of thieves. Do NOT bring your car here they will scam you!! read more

I made an appointment for an oil change and they said the oil change was going to take 45mins to an 1hour. I WAS THERE FOR 2.5 HOURS for a simple oil change!! NOTHING ELSE!! I waited in the cold sitting area. No TV or coffee or nothing!! The WORST PLACE IN CONCORD to get your oil changed!! And on top of everything they tried to sell me a $400 battery and was told other things were in need of serious service on my car!!! People who don't know any better would have been duped into paying over $1500 for an oil change and to get all the things fixed at this shop!! I marked my tires before going in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check. The tires were never rotated, the brakes still squeak, and the skid plate wasn't reattached properly so it was scraping the road. I took it in the next day and all they did was zip tie the plate back on and it still is scraping something. read more

I had great service from Lore and Leo. I required a new tire after having a flat that couldn't be repaired. They were detailed in explaining why. I also had a 2nd tire i thought had a nail in it but they brought the extracted nail to show it was very short and no puncture, but did bubble tests to make sure. DO NOT GET ALIGNMENTS HERE Came in for an alignment, payed. I never received an alignment. They had tweaked the machine for the print outs to show a "significant" change. I took the car to the Toyota dealership after driving and feeling no change in the steering. Toyota fixed the issue and I felt a noticeable difference from their alignment. For the value portion of this review, I would say for temporarily stealing my car and permanently stealing my money, makes this a wonderful ripoff. I lived next to this shop for a long time, and worked across the street from it, and constantly heard about how bad management was, how some people working there sell you snake oil with pride. we were gifted a Groupon for an oil change tire /rotation. We dropped off the car around 1115 and I was told that I would get periodic updates throughout the day. They called wants to say that an extra charge was going to be added for extra oil and that the car would be going on the lift soon for the rotation. This was early in the afternoon and we were told that it was getting worked on . Finally at five , I called to see what the timeframe would be because I knew that they closed soon and they said to just come down. When we got there at almost 6:00, the car was up on the lift. When we got into the car, we noticed that the technicians had gotten oil all over my daughter's new steering wheel cover. I'm only giving one star for the girl at the front desk because she was very kind and helpful but that's about it. Would never use this service in the future. They need to have more transparency with their customers and not continue to book customers when they have ones still waiting from the day prior. read more

This place has gone downhill since MIKE left. I called and made an appt for an oil change. Spoke with Cassandra. She said to come in at noon. When I called at 11:15 to check to see if noon was still a good time to get in and out, she said she was now too busy and perhaps try back tomorrow. What is the point of making an appt? I told her I had an appt. She quoted me 2 hours for an oil change and apparently took many walk in customers so they were pushing me off. Late review but about a month ago i took my car in for back tires, dude up front was chill for a bit but talked my ear off and over talked with my little sister that i had with me in a weird way. On 9/19/2024 I brought my car to these guys for a wheel alignment. They didn't do it, charged me $129.00 and said that I also needed another $1200.00 in work on the vehicle. They told me that I needed new shocks and struts. This was a lie! Because I had that done the year before. I've been coming to this shop for a for oil change/tire rotations for years. Even got a brake job here. I made an 0800 appointment and was told it would take about an hour. The person at the desk went out to check my mileage and tires. He said he cannot rotate my tires because the front tires were too worn. Then I got a quote for a new set of tires. I told him I would have to shop around and would proceed with the oil change. I WAITED OVER 2 hours for the oil change when I was quoted 1 hour for both the oil change and tire rotation. I've been driving for 40+ years and get my oil changes/tire rotations religiously! This is the first time I've ever been told that my front tires were "too worn" to be rotated. Isn't that the purpose of a tire rotation, to wear tires evenly? I will NEVER return to this shop!!! Ntm $109 oil change that should have included a complimentary tire rotation. read more

Well I should have read the reviews before taking my car here. I was given a quote of $348.36 out the door for a new tire including the alignment. I thought it was a fair price because I've been quoted $200-$250 for a new tire somewhere else but this place was closer and I was told it also included the alignment. I even asked again to confirm the amount and the total. I was then told to take my car at any time, no need to make an appointment. My car is currently two hours away from me so my dad offered to take my car which is currently driving with a spare tire and he gets told that the total is now $490. So I talk to the person helping my dad and he tells me the alignment is $150 and the tire $340. I asked to talk with the same person who gave me the quote. At the end, they told me they never gave me that number. And then they said "sorry if you got confused." What a waste of our time. read more

I brought my truck to this tire shop for an oil change and tire rotation, but honestly, the tire rotation was the whole reason I went--I can change the oil myself and even rotate the tires, I just didn't want to bother. I'd had doubts from a previous visit with another vehicle where I suspected they skipped the rotation, so this time I marked the front left and right tires to be sure. After the service, those tires hadn't moved at all--they just wiped them down to fake it. It's really unfortunate because this is the closest shop in our area, and I was hoping for honest work. If I could give a zero I would. This place is almost 30 minutes from me. I came on Tuesday with an appointment I had made under the appointments. You can choose whether you're leaving the car or you're staying with the car. I have to stay with my car I figured for an oil change. It wouldn't take that long. He tells me it is going to be in until mid afternoon. It is 9 o'clock in the morning when I made the appointment. I don't understand why they gave me an appointment if they can't honor that time so he says come Friday morning 8 AM and we'll be able to do it. I just got here and he says you're able to leave the car with me for the day? I'm like no we had this conversation on Tuesday. That's why I made this appointment at this time because I can't leave my car. I don't have anybody to pick me up and he's like oh I'm really sorry I have eight or 10 cars ahead of you.
