I waited 5 hours to have 4 new tires mounted, balanced and aligned with an appointment. The tech couldn't loosen the tie rod nut to adjust the alignment. Once I had it aligned at another shop, we found that the tires were out of balanced as the truck started to shake at 50mph. Go read my reviews on Tires Plus (Hypoluxo Rd), must be the same place as (Tire Choice: Hypoluxo Rd). SO I go in, front end noise, told them Tire Plus deal (new tires a lot time ago, and about 3 set of tires (Son, Wife and I, etc), They took the car, I went to Walmart in the same parking-lot with my Wife. Get car back, looks like moved two spots in the lot, but OK.. It had a noise, so NOW it has a loud noise. Call my Son and a friend that is ASE certified. Transmission mount (lower) BAD, they did not check the upper two, bearing on the right/passenger side (spindle was bad), and a leaky (OLD CAR NOW HAS A LEAKY CV BOOT THAT LOOKS NEW; either way they did not see it).. AI is coming, the rip off people will stop after this am sure. I feel that the fresh CV boot tear (16 year old car; my Son and friend said it MIGHT be new; but the grease was clean and NO dirt on it). BUT I spent money on a new axle, bearings (all on the one side), all good now. These people did not see a bad boot, a leak in it (fresh grease) and a bearing bad and bad motor or transmission mount. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU. They do the least work required I guess. That was $180 for an alignment. Now $500 later on arts and then labor (cheap, my Son's friend. Crooks, AI will at least fix some things. I did not take pictures, but it is a long weekend. I will get them (mount was NOT replaced yet, CV and spindle are all new if challenged). Will not bother, they make money off people and no one will read this, BUT CARFAX, they sent me there.. read more

Took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation, per our Honda CR-V service schedule. As we were leaving, we discovered they did not do the oil change. The mechanic said it did not look like the oil needed changing! They tried to upsell us an alignment. The appointment started late. We were there over an hour for a tire rotation! read more

Twice, my wife visited the Tire Choice location at 5865 State Road 7 in Lake Worth. In both instances, they've lied to my wife and attempted to take advantage of her, assuming a woman wouldn't know any better. More recently, she presented a valid coupon for a $39.99 oil change for her sedan. They responded that they could not offer the coupon because her car required a "different type of oil". Frustrated, she clarified the manufacturer's recommended oil type, which matched the coupon offer, and they ignored her. Refusing a valid coupon for $39.99, they condescendingly stated that $75 was their best offer. This Tires Choice takes advantage of women, lies, and exploits bait-and-switch advertising techniques. A single star is more than they deserve. read more

After going to the location on Hypoluxo and Military for quite some time, I had a bad experience the last time I was there and decided to go to another location. I decided to give this spot a run a couple of times before writing a review about it to see how the customer service and experiences went. The visits have been pleasant and professional. There is a good size waiting room in case you want to wait there. They take appointments and I've had oil changes, tire rotations, spark plugs, and fuel cleanouts in the last year here. There was a thing that was done the last time I was there, which wasn't needed and it was refunded when I stated out about it being done on the prior visit. The only thing I can't understand is how come the company doesn't have the history for the vehicles if they are serviced at a different Tire Choice location. It was relayed to me that they are going to link the system for the information to be shown in the upcoming months. Once it's fixed, it'll save a lot of hassle trying to remember or looking at the paperwork I've saved from the other location. I have been happy with making the change and hope that they continue the good work. read more

I went to have a battery replaced and have my windshield washer fluid checked because the spray was weak and not reaching the window. The staff replaced my battery, upsold me on things I really didn't need changed and BROKE the windshield washer unit because not only did it stop spraying altogether, the technician ripped off the panel on my hood and broke a few of the pieces securing the panel. What a hack job!!! I'm offended that my car was ripped apart as it was by so-called professionals. I want it replaced! I went in a few hours ago and spoke with Luis who is ordering a replacement for my hood so I could waste more time coming back to have it fixed. This location has been horrible since Gerry left years ago. I am now impatiently waiting for a call to this part that needs to be replaced. Horrible business. read more

Service was quick, and it was easy to check out. When leaving, I was concerned about my "tire pressure light" on my dash, would it still be lit after inspection. The exact same tires I almost purchased from them (with install) turned out to be 50% less at my Audi dealership in West Palm Beach. The only reason why I didn't purchase was because they ordered and installed the wrong tire on my car, and then proceeded to tell me it would be safe to drive with that tire while I waited for the right one to arrive several days later. I drove a quarter-mile and every warning indicator light in my car went off basically telling me that it wasn't safe. Angel was kind to me, he apologized for my experience and refunded me. But this was not a professional experience and was handled poorly. If you've read this far into my review, I'm sure you would realize that I will not be going back. Car dealerships are hurting for sales and service during this time so I've come to realize they are doing anything that they can to provide a superior experience and I will trust them with all of my business moving forward. Took my immaculate Nissan 350Z to this place. New Michelin rear tires, no issue. Also had them change spark plugs and install new fan belt and now 6 months later my son had to pull over on the highway because the belt broke and he lost steering. Very dangerous.
