I've been coming her for 7 years with all of my cars. Great prices. With my bmw, I wanna paid $120 for both tires great price. I brought my bmw back to fix to fix the last tire. I know nothing about tires. I told him I was there before, basically explaining the situation. He told me all the tires they have, I told him I want the cheaper kind. He told me okay this is what I'll give you. I asked him how much, he ignored my question. I asked him again how much this man ignore my question. Time to pay he told me $115 for one tire. How is that possible when I just paid $120 for both tires at this same location and I always come here, my entire family and I. Never again. A bolt, and I mean a good sized wrench type bolt went into my truck's tire. I tried to plug it myself to no avail, it was still leaking, even with two plugs! I wanted the same type of tire and they told me to come right over, they didn't have the same tire however they said they would order me a new one and place a loaner so I could drive. The place was packed on a Saturday, every parking spot taken, all inside seats full! When it was my turn the garage guy working in my truck, Drew said, "hey did you want me to give it a try at repairing, I'm sure I can patch it for you". They patched it, didn't charge me and I didn't have to buy a tire! It's why this place is so popular, honest fair and they know what they are doing. I'll buy my tires here for life. Awesome. So fast- you can actually get your car fixed and not be without a car for days while you wait. Woman at front desk was very friendly, gave me a good deal, and even called a few weeks after I got new tires to make sure everything was fine. I went to this tire city and got my back tires done and I was baffled when I came home and realized that all of the lugnuts on my back passenger side were ALL LOOSE. I also went there last week and got my front tires done and the tire on my front had a lugnut MISSING. I just cannot explain with words how disappointed I am. Here I thought I was getting special treatment because I was cute. Apparently, the do not charge to check your tires. I had a screw in mine, they took out the screw, plugged the hole, and I was out in less than 30 mins. This is where my enTIRE family gets their tires....I highly recommend this company. read more

They have always been honest, fair, reasonable, informative, helpful and provide exceptional customer service. I was told by an auto mechanic that I would need new tires because the hole could not be patched. Rather than get the tires he recommended I choose to go to Tire City because I know and trust them. They were able to patch the tire for us and we didn't have to purchase a new set of tires. I have only purchased tires here one time - it was a positive experience and the pricing was reasonable and competitive. The reason I am writing this review is because on multiple occasions they have repaired damaged tires that others were unable to fix. And unless they are really busy they often do not charge for this service. Because of this I am a loyal customer and will not go anywhere else for any type of tire work, whether it is repairs or purchasing new tires. read more

Tire City has a very strong reputation locally, my family and friends have used them numerous times in the past all very pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately, I can't say I had the same experience. I recently took my WRX in for new Pilot Super Sport summer tires and had a number of issues with the total experience: 1. On my drive home I noticed the steering wheel shaking at 65 mph. 2. Three of the four valve caps were lost and undersized caps were used to replace them, this exposed the metal pieces of the valve. Not a functional issue, but shows the lack of attention to detail. 3. The stick on wheel weights were different on each tire, some placed on the inside of the rim behind the spokes, some on the outside lip. Some with more weights than the others. Note - manufacturer places them on the inside. 4. Went back to have the balance issue corrected, took me right in and "re-balanced" the tires again. The Tech said "The front two tires were way off." Not very comforting, my initial road test at 65 mph the steering wheel was still shaking. 5. Looked at my rims again, noticed nicks in the rims that never had a nick after 6 years of owning them. Looks like the crew was a little careless with the air guns. Lug nuts also well over the manufacturer recommended 72 lbs of torque. 6. Called Tire City back, on a Saturday, and spoke with the Manager was told "We are very busy today can you come back Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and I will personally look at it?" The Manager seemed rushed on the phone and gave me the impression that he was not very concerned with my current situation. With all of the aforementioned issues and frustrations I decided to take my car to the dealer to have them make the necessary corrections. Tire City seems to be a great place for older cars and trucks, but not a place you really want to take your performance car. read more

Who knew that getting new tires could actually be a pleasant experience?! On Saturdays it gets really busy. I called ahead and they don't take appointments, but I was told to come around 8:45 since they open at 9. I got there at 8:45 and all the gates were closed so I had to park next door until they opened up the gates at 9. So don't waste your time going early because you can't get in anyway. Quick and friendly service and reasonable prices for tires with many options to choose from. I will definitely come back here for all my tire needs! read more

I never had an issue here. I understand that the coronavirus has us a little bit stressed. I had to get a new tire and I told the woman that I needed a new tire. She said in a little nasty voice uh I'm helping someone. I apologized because she was standing there alone so how would I know. Finally they called me and said I needed a new tire and I asked did I get the tire from here? She said "I dont know" I said well I need to know. I said never mind I'll get the tire from somewhere else. She comes running out trying to cover her butt and face and she said see you have 2 nails?? I said I know that. I said can I speak to someone else? Well I get another winner. Her sister. She asked me what tire do I want? While she is looking at the tire list. I tell her I dont know you are looking at the list and I have no idea. She got so upset that I told her that but in all honesty how would I know the list? The attitude from both these women were just unbelievable. I had 3 guys from the shop telling me they are crazy and they been fighting among themselves. I told them hey I've been going crazy myself but never is an excuse to be nasty to a customer. Me and my whole family come here but no more. I'm sure there is another company that wants our business and will treat us with respect. I will never ever come here. read more

I came here to get a flat tire fixed. They are pretty close to where I live so I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm so over Firestone. They seemed a little crowded for a Friday morning but nonetheless I was addressed right away. I was told I could wait or come back. I decided to head to the Amish market to pick up some breakfast and a few other things. It was a pretty nasty day. Raining very bad when I left the market. About five minutes after I pulled into the parking lot at Tire City I got a call saying the tire was done. It had only been less than forty five minutes and I was done. I was asked if I was. Customer of theirs. I said no, I recently moved to the area and I came here for the first time. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the flat and if I would consider them when I needed to buy tires. Well that was incentive enough for me to return. I bought 4 new tires that were great in every way...except they whined loudly from 5 MPH and up. They exchanged them and only charged me the price difference between the old and new tires. That is customer service! They also have repaired tires that other places told me could not be repaired. Highly recommended. read more

When they fix a tire for "free" because you have nail, they may tell you that you need a new tire. They said it is the law depending on if the nail is stuck in the tread or the space (one or the other). You need to buy a new tire for 100 and something. But better to be safe. Ought to know about this law. I still like them. In fact they gave me a new tire and trusted me to mail a check. read more

Through the good recommendation of a AAA contracted tow driver, I was fortunate to have been served by Boney Jones; Tire City on Monday, August 29, 2016. The time I arrived at Tire City was near 5:15PM and I was able to leave withing 45 minutes! I was treated courteously, and given professional attention to get my car back on the road. This was especially important as I had to meet friends at the Phillies ball park by 7PM. This company is family owned and operated, and the energy is immediately felt when customers are received. Superb customer service. I went in here for a tire rotation after having gone to Jiffy Lube twice and them not being able to do the simple job.. What a difference. The waiting room was crowded and I was with my infant son. Everyone was very nice I told them that I only needed a tire rotation and the staff said I would be the next one in. I was done in about a half hour and one of the employees gave my son a t-shirt. Once the service was done I expected to have to pay something as I had not bought my tires at Tire City. Another employee said there's no charge and I was very surprised and thankful. They know how to treat their customers with such kindness and I'll be a customer for life. read more

The Jones family makes purchasing tires a pleasant experience. They are very friendly and professional. They are honest and will not try to talk you into more expensive tires than you need. I did go for better, more expensive tires the last purchase because they made me aware of a rebate offer that made it worthwile. Being a customer, they have patched my old tires for free and send me reminders to get my tires rotated which is also included in your purchase. I normally look for the cheapest deals, but when it comes to tires I know I will get a fair deal and great service at Tire City, and have been a customer for many years. read more

I had to have a tire replaced because of pothole damage. I purchased a used tire on ebay since I only wanted to pay for replacing one, not a pair of new ones. Took it to Tire City to have the work done because I like the family run business story, instead of a chain store. I waited about fifteen minutes before my car went into a bay, and another fifteen when I was called to the desk for some amazing news. They changed the tire at no cost! I asked if he was sure, he said yep. I told him I'd be back, he made me a lifetime customer with that gesture and when I need new tires, I'll be buying them from Tire City.
