I went there today (8/24/23) drove up to their garage saw a few guys walking around, parked my car and started calling out to them. They took a quick glance at me and kept looking busy. Waited there for around 5-10 min kept calling them but they would literally pay no attention to me. I reversed my car to exit but before I did I waited a few more minutes to see if they'd tell me anything but nothing at all. I at least expected them to guide me to their office or anything. Had a tire that was slowly leaking air. After a quick examination I discovered someone had lost a brand new, shiny nail in my tire! Called up TireDawgz and asked if they could fit me in for a patch or plug. They said come on down and they could do it right now. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and quick. If you are looking for used tires and you are any place west of 99th Ave, this is the place to go. I have an older car and I needed a really good set of tires, but I didn't want to spend the money on new tires, not for this car. I did a lot of searching for used tires, even in Phoenix, but the prices were all too high. I was driving by and noticed this place, so I stopped and asked. They had great prices and quality used tires. I bought nice tires with about 75% tread for $41 each mounted and balanced included. They had a large selection and let me pick out my own. Being a mechanic, I appreciate that. They have cheaper prices with less tread. I came on a Saturday and they were very busy, but, They got me in and out very quickly (less than 30 min) . Place is clean, well organized, and nice equipment. They aren't overly friendly and a bit blunt, but that is fine with me because they are fair and good at what they do. Better than waiting around for hours at Discount Tire and I like supporting local businesses. All and all a great experience and I would highly recommend them. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Not only did my center caps fall off driving out of their driveway- but also found a "rumor" to be true when I went to their shop. This place actually leaves nails and screws in their dirt lot so when you drive over it, you're almost garunteed to get one stuck in your tire! (Job security much?) The kids working there were unresponsive half the time I tried speaking to them and cared more about what time it was and sending text messages than the job at hand (my vehicle) I typically support "ma and pa" shops and stores...NOT THIS ONE EVER AGAIN read more
