Needed oil and filter change. After two trips to dealer put me in the 2 hour wait line I went here for quicker service. Got it done in about an hour. Basic full synthetic change. They didn't check fluids or top off, check tire pressure or rotate as indicated in promo. I was pressed for time and accepted what they did. My fault. Went here on 1-7-19 and had the worst service ive ever recieved from a store. 1st the employee would not retrieve my popped tire from the trunk that was needing repaired and told me I needed to get it out of the trunk for them. Then after getting it out they decided it wasnt repairable and to go ahead and put a new tire that cost $237 on my rim without even consulting me about what I would like to have done. After I found out what they had done I asked them to remove the tire and to put my spare back on my car they give my keys back to me and stop me on the way out the parkinglot to tell me I had forgot something just so they can throw my dirty rim and tire into the backseat on my leather with nothing protecting it from the bare rim or tire. The employee behind the counter was rude and so were the techs that were working on my car. I will never return to this store location and I will never tell anyone to go to this store read more

I went in for an oil change and ended up needing a new set of tires. Steve took wonderful care of me and got me setup with a great set of tires for a great price. Would highly recommend them (ask for Steve) and will definitely be going back for all my needs! read more

I bought some tires from TD and saved about $100 compared to the other tire centers in the area

Been a customer of TD since about 2015. Bought 3 sets of tires and multiple oil changes. But when I made my appt for an oil change last week I told the rep what kind of truck I have and that the last time I came in they had to go & get a filter. He said "not to worry". Well....... on 7/25 they didn't have the filter and after getting it delivered, I had to pay for it (should have been included in the "oil change price"), like all other places. I hope this is a "one time screw-up" as I'll probably try them again for my next oil change. Other than this visit, they've been GREAT! read more

I made an appointment for 11:00 on Friday to have a tire replaced. They were busy the day I called originally so figured it would be more convenient to make an appt. I had already gotten the tire looked at and told them on the phone that I was told it couldn't be patched and would need a new tire. I also asked how long it would take and the gentleman told me about 45 mins - 1 hour. I brought my car in at 10:45. They told me it would be 20-30 minutes before someone could start on it. My husband came to pick me up for lunch, and I asked them to give me a call when it was ready. We got back at 1:00pm and I was concerned that nobody had called. I walked in and they told me they had to order a Goodyear tire (I have a fleet vehicle and that's what was required) and it wasn't going to arrive until 2:00. I said it would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know that so I could rearrange my work schedule. The tire still hadn't arrived by 2:45 (I only knew this bc I kept checking to see if it had arrived - not because anyone was keeping me updated). Then, at about 2:45, I was told that the person delivering the tire had been in a fender bender and wouldn't arrive until 3:30. I couldn't wait any longer so had them put my damaged tire back on my car and left at 3:00. Nobody even apologized as I left. They pulled my car up and I got in and drove away with my car in the same shape it was in when I arrived at 11:00. I'm not going to use names, but there at least a couple of people at this store that need some customer service training. It was a huge inconvenience. I know things happen, but there is no excuse for not communicating with your customer when your time estimate changes by several hours. I could have worked something else out if I had known what was happening. Instead I had to cancel appointments with my own customers for the afternoon. Obviously, I will never be back. read more

I took my husband's car to Tire Discounters on Friday (6/17/16). I had intended to go to Discount Tires as I have done business with them for years and I love them!! At any rate I decided to allow Tire Discounters to repair the tire that was bad on my husband's car. I signed to allow to have the tires rotated and balanced as well. Tire Discounters called me later in the day and advised me that the tire could not be fixed as there was damage on the side of the tire and it was illegal for them to repair the tire. They also said that the tread was low on the other tires. I authorized the purchase of a new tire. I did not think about the rotate and balance as I thought this would not be done since I had only purchased one tire. I picked the car up and parked it in our garage until my husband returned home. Yesterday, 6/19/2016 my husband drove the car for the first time since the tire repair and noticed that the tire indicator on the car was indicating that the same tire was low. Today my husband took the car back to Tire Discounters to see why (1) the same tire was low; and (2) why they charged us for rotation and balancing. The person he spoke with stated that the new tire was on the front of the car and also the same thing they told me last week that there was damage in the side of the tire and it would be illegal for them to fix the tire. My question is if they did a rotation and balance why didn't they notice ANOTHER tire was damaged? They also said I could have damaged the tire after I left the store. Then they said that it could be the wheels that damaged the tire (which are under warranty thru Cadillac). I'll end with this, my experience with Tire Discounters was not good. I am left with the impression that they're not reputable and I feel they took advantage of me by performing a rotate and balance when only 1 new tire was purchased. Once I have cause to question the actions with one thing then I question everything they told me. I give Tire Discounters the lowest rating possible and won't trust them again. read more
