The second alignment was on a '84 Mercury Capri. The guy had no clue what he was doing. I had to tell him what part he could move to put it back in alignment, it drove well. The third was the one that made me realize this place didn't have a clue on what they were doing and it cost me $100. This one was a '16 Toyota Tundra and this "gentleman" was having the hardest time trying to get the toe on the right side to move. Unfortunately this wasn't needed because 5k miles later my front right tire was bald on the outside of it. So I had to go to the dealership to get it lined up the right way. Don't waste your money at this place, you will regret it. And the people working here at the time were not very professional.

I of course knew my breaks was scrubbing and was extremely low which is why I stopped by. He said I needed a rotor and my right break pad was ok but left side was not. The rotor he priced with labor out the door was $800+. He wanted to be rude by bringing the other guys around to show how bad it was. Then when I was getting ready to go he was trying to be funny and say how I'm a disgrace and could go out and kill somebody bc of the condition of my break and he's seems 2-3 accidents happen in front of the shoppe because of bad breaks. I get it he was trying to sale me on it. Then he said before I had to leave he wanted me to sign some type of waiver tha if I go and kill someone he's not at fault. Of course I told him no unless my lawyer was present. Fast forward today I took it to a mechanic and he said me where the right side break pads are less than 10% and how how they used a really cheap brand pads and that's why they wore so quickly. Mind you the guy said my right side was good and only left side needed to be fixed. I will Not recommend the to anyone. They only car about your money and great at being rude.

I made an appointment, showed up right when they opened and they were already packed! They said it would take at least two-three hours to fix, but they had a shuttle service that could take me home. I love that level of customer service! BTW, they took me to a local coffee shop instead of my home, per my request. When I came back for my car, I was sent a text message with a full break down of what they fixed and a list of things I should keep an eye out for. If I wanted to get said items fixed, I could just tap the item in the text and it would tell my mechanic to start working on that part! WTF?! It was pretty awesome. For an alignment, balance, oil change, and two air filters replaced it was about $280. Score! I will definitely be back to Christian Bros for the next round or auto needs!

I went to pick up my car and it was in worse condition. I finally took my car that had every warning single on.
