The clerk told everyone they were backed up for days. I said I'd leave my vehicle for as long as they needed it. Got a call Friday 6/20 that the vehicle was ready for pickup and the only thing that was wrong was a signal light. I went in, paid and got my keys AFTER I asked for them. I was finally able to get a ride to pick the vehicle up Monday 6/23 and I noticed the rejection sticker. It was clear the vehicle had not been moved from the spot I parked it, i.e. taken into the shop. I told the my friend who gave me the ride that 99 didn't do anything I asked. She said, "they did the same thing to me! I went in for an inspection and an oil change. They put an inspection sticker on it and said I didn't need an oil change." I called this morning. Tuesday 6/24 and asked for Sherry (the owner). The clerk said "I don't think she's around here" and hung up. I called back to get his name which is Dustin. Update: Dustin called Tuesday 6/24 and asked what I wanted, but didn't offer a solution or options.
