Purchase 4 new tires along with road hazard. The tires halfway through the warranty are about bold. called the store, was told to call or email manufacture. Manufacture said the dealer deals with warranty. No return phone calls, no communication from the Corp. Office. If I could rate no stars, I would total rip off they will not honor or stand behind what they sell. lost my phone number as well once total waste of time and money. good luck manager is totaly lost as well. read more

Unethical. Will LIE and try to SCARE YOU into a sale! My wife took her car here for a promotion they were having that included a tire rotation. Before they started, a service writer named Dalton called her telling her they can't do any work on the tires b/c they're older than 6 years old. He actually told her it was illegal to have tires that old, and that if she got pulled over the police would tow her car and she'd be left stranded. Basically he tried to incite a panic and then tried to pressure her to buy new tires there that day (suggesting the lowest tier options on the phone). She was on speaker and I quickly looked up the Ohio statutes; there is no such law. We had the shop finish the other items in the promotion (oil change and filter replacements). When we got there to pick up the car, we talked through the options for tires. We asked Dalton what tires were on the car b/c we didn't know, and he told us they were some crappy brand he didn't even recognize. The brand in question: MICHELIN! So either he's incompetent or this was another lie and scare tactic to try and make a sale. It's a shame we had such a bad experience here this time. They replaced a tire sensor for us a few months prior (tires were still older than 6-years then!) and we had a great experience. It seems the quality of the staff there has taken a turn for the worst. I'd suggest trying another shop or location for more honest service. read more

I have multiple concerns with this store. Too Long; Didn't Read - I want a refund, but I'm getting no communication from the store. On January 5, I called the store to see if there was a specific tire in stock (N PRIZ AH8). A kind employee, Will, assured me that they were in stock and they could get them installed the same day. So I went into the store. At that point, Will told me he made a mistake somehow and that they did NOT have the tires at the store. He pushed me to some different tires (Cooper Endeavors). It was clear he was trying to sell me a very specific tire (I assume he gets commission based on how he was pushing them), but I was in a rush to get my tires taken care of. So I agreed to the tires he told me I should get. I drove them home (less than three miles away), and I didn't drive the car again until January 8. On January 8, I got on the highway to head to Lexington for a work meeting. Immediately, I knew something was wrong. Tons of shaking, rumbling and vibration. It felt so wrong that I stopped at another Tire Discounters in Lexington to have them take a look. They said that the real problem was that my wheels were bent, and they balanced them the best they could, but there was nothing they could do. I took it to the Honda Dealership on January 12 because I felt so uncomfortable with the service I received. Either the Tylers Corner store failed to notice and/or tell me that my wheels were a huge issue, or the Lexington store didn't help me with the best possible service. Either way, it was hard to trust Tire Discounters at this point. The dealership told me that the problem was the tires and that they were reading at incredibly high road forces. They said my car should be sitting between 10 and 15, but my current tires were in the 20s. I called the Tylers Corner store to ask for my money back. Chris asked me to bring my car in to see if he could figure out what was going on. I brought the car in for him to take a look. I dropped it off that night (1/12). I called the next day (because the store hadn't called me). Chris said that he road force aligned them and that he got most of them under 20 (*they weren't under 15*), but one wasn't. He said he wanted me to drive on them and to call him back if I didn't feel comfortable. He recommended calling on Wednesday, because he was off Tuesday. I called back that Wednesday (1/17) to tell Chris I wanted my money back. Not just for the one tire, but for ALL of them. I didn't feel comfortable with those tires. He said he would need to talk with his regional manager on Thursday, and he would let me know on Friday (1/19). I hadn't heard from him after a few days, so I called back on 1/22. At this point, Chris tells me, "I told you I would tell you when I heard back from my regional manager. I haven't heard back. I'll let you know. 23 days later... On 2/14 I called back because I hadn't heard anything. I asked for Chris. Curtis told me that he wasn't in yet but would be coming in later. He assured me that he would make a note and make sure that Chris called me as soon as he got in. Nothing. It's now 2/18. It has been over a month of me driving on tires that make me feel unsafe. I have received no communication, let alone the refund that I've been asking for since this whole process started. I feel unsafe, unheard, and unhappy. I will be telling everybody I know to AVOID Tire Discounters unless somebody makes this right. I consider myself pretty reasonable and slow to anger in situations like these, but this is ridiculous. read more

Jake is the man! We were passing through from Kentucky and stopped at a Speedway in the area. When we came out and started to pull off a woman flagged us down and said we had a nail in our tire. After thanking her I realized that we were basically in a parking lot with a Wal Mart that had an auto center. They couldn't help so I Yelped and found this Tire Discounters that was close. Initially the girl I spoke with said it would be a 2.5 hour wait but I explained my situation and that we had to be in Tiffin by 4. Enter Jake to the rescue, he knows how far we were from Tiffin and said that everyone in front of me were drop offs and not people waiting on their cars. This coupled with my situation and an open bay allowed me to be taken care of immediately. They're working on the patch now and I felt the need to thank Jake as soon as possible while it is fresh in my mind. He may never read this but hopefully his boss(es) do and recognize his value and importance, at least to me! read more

I got there just before they were closing but they stayed to help me out and repaired it quickly. Then they did not even charge me. I was blown away! They made my day. I stopped by to get a quote for four tires at Tire Discounters. I was greeted by a front desk employee that gave me the impression that I was imposing on him. I left without purchasing tires. I went to Discount Tires locates off of Tylersville. I was greeted by Tim with Discount Tires who made me feel as if my business was important to him. He professionally answered the many questions I had. I decided to purchase the tires there. I even saved $120.00 over the previous quote. The installer did a great job installing the tires and complying with my specialized instructions for tire inflation. My advice is to always get additional quotes and to make sure that you stop and talk to the folks at Discount Tires. You won't be sorry! read more

I went to them with a screw in my back tire, the screw was not near the side wall but they insisted that they could not repair it and that they could not just replace that one tire because the treads would not match. I bought a full set of tires because I didn't have time to go somewhere else. After speaking with my husband he said that my tire should have been fixable. Tire Discounter just wanted to make a sale. Stopped in to get a flat tire repaired they gave me some bogus lie that due to my tires age they could not repair it and that the transportation and safety administration would not allow them to repair it. I needed tires, my air conditioning looked at and my 12 volt charger in my car inspected. My phone wasn't charging properly. I called the Tire Discounters on Main Street in Hamilton before coming here. I advise calling any place before showing up. There are times that are better than others and not all locations offer all services, though this location seemed, to me, to do everything. They saw me about three hours after I called. I won't woo you with how lovely it was inside. Really, it's a tire place. While I waited, a mechanic came out with an older woman's key and told her whatever he did was no charge. She seemed shocked and I was, too. Everything costs, right? I don't know what he did but that was a good impression on me right away. My car charger bit they quickly explained was my own fault (though in a much nicer way). Chargers aren't all the same voltage. I didn't know that. I just needed a higher voltage charger. No charge to just be told that. The air conditioning... Bummer. The mechanic spent a very long time on it. Calibrating, doing car things I don't understand, really. But they took me in the back and showed me the parts that would need to be replaced. Hoses, the actual unit and explained the best case scenario and likely worst case scenario. My air conditioning man actually said, "I'm a windows down man, myself." Think I might be, too. All that time with the air conditioning? No charge. The tires, I was charged for. I don't know anything about them, so, honestly, I didn't really haggle or anything. I asked what they thought was best. I knew I didn't need anything in the top tier, so if they would have said that I would have called it. But they didn't. The girl said what she thought was best and I called it a winner. I was there a couple hours but they did A LOT for me. At the end, one of the mechanics told me I'd need new bearings on my car soon. I asked how long I had. Of course they can't actually tell you because of liability, I'm sure, but I think I have a vague idea how long I have to save up some more cash. Worst case scenario? One of my tires goes flying off my car. He said to try to get it done before that happens. I'm going to do my best. read more

Do not go to this Tire Discounters. I went this past Saturday and the gentleman that helped me was rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. I didn't schedule an appointment but had to get my back 2 tires changed. He was sarcastic and said it was going to take "hours, hours and hours" until my car would be finished and said that I needed the same brand tires as my front 2 tires. Total bull crap. It seemed like he didn't want to help me and was just having a bad day. Won't be coming back here any more. Guaranteed. read more

Since moving to West Chester I've visited this TD more times than I'd care to admit (enough that the wifi password is saved in all my devices) and they have consistently treated me well. Brought car in at 9am for a plug. Been a 20yr TD customer. Employee went to check tire and told me it would be a little while to get pulled in...... waited 2hrs only for them to say it can not be patched and I had to buy 4 new ones. Wasted over 2hrs and wanted to waste more time. Went down the road to Discount Tire got set of new tires and out the door in 40min. Sure no alignment, but my HOURS are worth more than The cost of an alignment. Same warranty and easier to deal with. Past 4 visits to a TD have been a nightmare yet I still blindly pledged my loyalty since it is only place we have gotten tires since I started driving. read more

Website does not reflect services at this location. Oil changes can't be done here because of the lease next door at oil express. Front desk is disorganized and very slow. Not sure how this place received five stars. And they blocked my car door with their tire cart. I couldn't get my baby in the car. Attention to detail and customer service not their forte. read more

I was having horrible car shake and hoped it only needed a rotation. Turns out, one of my brake calipers was locked up. Jack and Dominic diagnosed the issue and called me to let me know right away. The very worst customer experience I've ever had in my 40+ years of my life. The rep at the counter said we needed new rotors and brakes. My wife said she didn't think we needed that work because we were literally at the dealership that morning and they said all that work was fine. The rep at the counter got rude and hung up on her. Then when we arrived to pick up our car, it wasn't ready.. but she was ready to be even more rude to the customer. I basically paid them $1K for new tires and they didn't even finish the alignment. I had a flat and wasn't sure why, so I stopped in at the shop and asked them to check it out and see if they could fix it. These guys removed a screw from the tire and fixed it in less than half an hour. Really friendly and professional staff. I'll definitely be stopping back in a few months to buy a new set of tires. read more

When I returned the next day after the tire they repaired the day before was still leaking they told me that tire had been rotated to the front (a lie) then they said the tire in question couldn't be repaired. $200.00 and who knows how many lies later I was done. I had a Wonderful experience here! Being a girl and not knowing much about cars, I was hesitant to walk in and buy 4 new tires afraid I would get taken advantage of. Kurtis (the guy at the front desk) was so helpful! He answered all of my questions and helped me find the best deal to fit my needs. He never tried to "sell" me anything and just to make sure I was getting the best deal I called my Brother in law and Kurtis talked to him over the phone explaining each tire to him along with price. I was there for about 30 mins asking all my questions,going back and forth on which ones to get and he remained patient, helpful and most importantly honest on what I really needed to my car. First, over the past few years I have purchased tires for at least 3 cars from Tire Discounters. Today I came into the West Chester Tire Discounters and explained I had a flat tire and asked if the tire could be plugged. I was told they could work on my tire but couldn't get to it for 2 hours. I totally understand but I had to get to work and couldn't wait 2 hours. I wasn't asking for anything special favors but being a long time customer, could I get the tire patched quickly. I was told again it would be 2 hours. I told the representative I'd go to one of the other tire places up the road and he told me ok. I ended up a mile up the road at Discount Tire. A person came out quickly and told me to pull my car into a bay. Within 15 minutes they had plugged my tire, balanced it, put air in all of my tires and checked the lug nuts on all 4 wheels. A person came out and said "here is your receipt." I looked at the receipt and they didn't charge me. I word to Tire Discounters. Be more consumer friendly because this simple incident cost you a long term customer. There's a lot of competition out there looking to get your business. Not being consumer sensitive is a good way to lose business, which, in this case is exactly what happened. read more

We have gone to this Tire Discounter since it opened. I quality of service is diminishing. I made an appointment for a tire rotation. Since I had not had my tires aligned in two years, they said they would check it and it would be 45minutes to one hour. 1 1/2 hours later, I am told the rotation was done and they were waiting on alignment. Another 20 minutes lasped before I was shown the results. I was told that the tires were out of alignment and would be another 20 minutes. They apolized for my wait. They aligned three tires for free and said to bring back to align the last tire. read more
